Day four of starting a new farm in Stardio Valley. If you can’t tell, I sound a little different because I am sick. Let’s talk about that. Let’s talk about how people often forget that part of being productive is also knowing when to rest. If you don’t refuel your car, it will eventually stop working. If you don’t take a break and rest when you need to, you eventually won’t have a body to work with. I used to do this a lot. I’d feel guilty whenever I took a break. And then I understood how resting is just as important as the work itself. It’s part of the cycle of being productive. If you feel bad for resting, you’re not alone. It often comes from the need for validation. Remember, working until you bathe in blood means you’re working to be seen by others. That’s day four. See you tomorrow.

Couldn’t be more true when i was working i pay too much attention to work and how people would think if i take work less serious in the end i couldn’t take it anymore everyday i think about yea after a year i won’t have to work here anymore after year pass i quit and don’t have the courage to work again anymore
This is especially true with physical activity. I’m a cross country runner, and I would get on to for not taking breaks and resting like I needed to. I was too focused on trying to get better that my body couldn’t keep up. Now I understand just how important it is.
