So, you know, we’ve got Swiftness, Regen, Iron Skin, Endurance, Life Force, Thorns, uh Heart Reach, Inferno, Rage, Wrath, and then Cooked Fish. We got all this here. It’s um it’s a lot. It’s a it’s a lot. I just I just decided, hey, you know what? Oh, I don’t even have my I forgot my uh forgot my lava bait. Um yeah, so basically I’ve just I’ve just been doing a lot of fishing and um yeah, getting all the potions and everything. I you my my other world where um Okay, wait, hold on. My dragon needs to Hold on. Let me let me upgrade him real quick. I forgot to do that. There we go. All right, all good now. Okay, so what was I going to say? Okay. So, I guess the plan for tonight is we’re going to try to kill the Moon Lord. We’re we’re going to try to kill him tonight. Um, however, uh, yeah. So, I think I think we’ll we’ll just test our current strategy against him. Right now, our current strategy is using that uh fire lance that we have. Uh, also, we have to fight him at night. Like, that just that that that’s a given. You know, we’re a werewolf. We have to fight him at night. Um, how what do I need more of? Yeah, I need more obsidian fish. I think it’s like Yeah, it’s two obsidian fish, one of these for the inferno potions. Um, all the stuff. This is This is a lot of stuff. This These are a lot of potions. Some of them are pretty expensive, too. Like, some of them you need really rare fish for them. I God, I wish it would take You see, that’s not what I need. See, I mean, that’s cool that I got that, but um I mean, I’d rather get some more obsidian fish, right? Yeah. See, that that’s what I’m That’s what we’ve been waiting for. You know that meme? You know what would Ultra Magnus do? Uh when did you start the stream? Literally just like 9 minutes ago. Literally just 9 minutes ago. Um so we’re going to try to kill him all the all with all those status effects and everything. Uh it has to be at night again, you know, cuz we’re, you know, we need to be a werewolf so we get all the the buffs and everything. Uh and we’re just going to use this the uh the daybreak. Uh, we’ll try using this to he I feel like this isn’t going to be very good at healing because um he’s kind of hard to hit. Like the thing about the Moon Lord is that he’s not like this big gigantic mass. He’s really just like four little tiny enemies that are stationary on like a larger invincible mass and you can’t hit them all the time. Like you’re not guaranteed hits on them unless you know the eyes are opened. So, uh, thy mother the other Oh, that’s inapprop That’s inappropriate. That’s inappropriate. Mods, I need you to get them out of here. Um, God, this is taking so [Â __Â ] long to just to get these. I only have four of them, too. What’s my fishing? Oh, you know what? Hold on. Hold on. Like the final enemies I I think it’s it’s not the um it’s not the headless horsemen, right? It’s the uh the big pumpkin head guy with the uh big arms. Like basically just Skeletron but a pumpkin Halloween dude. Um, but uh, all right. Um, dude, this this guy literally only comes in to [Â __Â ] complain about one of the best games ever made. Jeez, dude. The rage baiting. Oh my goodness. The rage baiting is is hard with this one. The rage baiting is [Â __Â ] er Wait, no, no, no. The the the edge the edge baiting the rage baiting is [Â __Â ] edging on this one. Um, I hope I do enough DPS to him with this. I hope I do enough DPS because uh in my previous playthroughs I would get it like they wouldn’t be doing like the enemies wouldn’t be doing that much damage to me. It’s just I wouldn’t be doing enough DPS to actually properly uh farm the the bosses. Um, and then it would just end and I wouldn’t get that sword cuz that that’s really what I want to get from the Halloween event is the uh the [Â __Â ] thing, the um Halloween sword, the pumpkin sword, whatever it’s called. Uh, I don’t know what I wonder if that would be good against the Moon Lord, though. I don’t want to do it right now. The only reason why is because uh the pillars are active right now. Three of them are are active. See, I accidentally um activated all my po I think I pressed like M or something. I didn’t even know that was a uh um a button to apply all of the um what are that all the potions in your inventory. And so I accidentally pressed that. I was going to do the Halloween event earlier today and then I accidentally you know I pressed that button. I was like oh [Â __Â ] So and I was like okay well why don’t I just go and fight the uh the I don’t know what was his name? The uh yeah the cultist Lunis cultist. Absolutely destroyed him. I literally took off like uh half of his health in like in like 15 20 seconds. Um yeah, he’s he’s really not that bad. The the cultist really not that bad of a boss uh like to kill. He he doesn’t do that much damage. That’s the that’s the thing. Um how many do I have? Okay, we could go for a few more. Hold on. Which is Hold on. Which is which again? However, the guy who is the director and writer is apparently a huge fan of not just uh girly uh is not he he’s a fan of not just Elder Ring, but the Souls games in general. Like he he likes the Dark Souls games a lot. He loves Elden Ring. Uh, and he’s made very good films in the past. He made uh Dread from 2012, I think it was. Um, or 2015. I I don’t I don’t remember when it was made. Uh, X No, no, no. X Machino was 2014, 2015. Um, he made X Machino, which is fantastic. He also uh wrote or uh helped to write 28 Days Later. Um, so, uh, you know, he he’s the thing is that with this guy is that he he’s shown himself to like actually be a fan of the source material and he’s also proven himself to like actually write good things. Like he’s not just one of these [Â __Â ] nobodies in Hollywood or like someone Oh, oh, he wrote Star He wrote one of the new Star Wars TV shows. He wrote one of the new Marvel movies. Like some garbage like that. No, he’s made actual good stuff. Uh extra stuff that will be in the Switch ver No. Yeah. No, I I don’t I don’t really want to get that. The guy being a fan of the game, like a genuine fan, like he likes it. And um apparently he I don’t know. Vicas said that he’s uh like new game plus um six or something. I mean, the thing about that is that there there is another What the [Â __Â ] [Â __Â ] stop. God damn, dude. The other angle of this is that he doesn’t really care about the story or anything. All he really cares about is like the actual gameplay. Like he doesn’t like he just sees the the the story and the lore and everything just sort of as like a cosmetic uh accessory for the game. He doesn’t really care for he just cares about like making the most meta build. But uh I don’t know. I mean it could like Vic said that his character was on like like new game plus six or something. Um so I don’t know. May maybe he doesn’t care about the story, but uh I don’t know. I I I don’t I don’t think that’s true. I think people who are serious about From Soft games, they typically care about the lore. They care about the story. They care about the the world details, all that kind of stuff. Um and he also was talking about other From Soft games like the Dark Souls game. So, I I think I think that’s a good sign. I definitely think that’s a good sign. And um he’s made he’s made some stalkers in the past like Annihilation was not amazing. Uh he made Civil he wrote Civil War. Um you know the movie that came out last year. Yeah. He wrote that. That’s uh man. Um but uh you know like I said he wrote X Machina Dread 28 Days Later. I mean then you know 28 days later that was like that was like what 23 years ago or something still still it’s on his his resume. Um yeah I don’t know I I think he’s in terms of like the pe people who are active in uh film making I think I think he actually does seem unironically I think he does seem like a pretty good choice. I don’t know anything about him personally. I don’t know if he’s going to try to put his uh [Â __Â ] politics into the movie or whatever. Probably not. I don’t know. Um yeah. And I I I I don’t know what the premise of the film is going to be like. Cuz in the with the game, you know, with the three-player co-op, you can just um when you’re when your friend goes down, you go up to him and you hit him a bunch of times. there’s like a health bar that they have uh you you know hit them and it just revives them after that which actually is a very good I think that’s a pretty cool way of doing reviving in uh your teammates in this kind of game. Uh it’s just the thing about me is that I I don’t like playing with other people. I want to play by myself. I’d rather have two AI companions than um two other players. I just would. for two uh two players or four. Yeah. No, it’s weird. It’s either you either play with one you either play with two people or you don’t play with anyone. That’s kind of weird. I think it would make sense if they were to do, you know, either. Yeah. It also, what happens if one person lags out? Like, what happens if you’re about to beat the final What happens if you’re about to fight or uh beat the final boss and then one of your uh [Â __Â ] ass teammates on their uh Starbucks Wi-Fi lags out and they’re just gone? there like like what happens there? You know, it’s something new and then and then Dust Bloods. It’s like nothing against Dust Bloods in terms of the world building, but I’m sorry. I I don’t want [Â __Â ] Fortnite Dark Souls. I don’t want battle royale gimmicky [Â __Â ] I’m going to die. I don’t want this weird gimmicky battle royale like just weird PvP thing or like co-op multiplayer stuff. You want to play but play with yourself? Absolutely. I I’d rather I’d rather play alone than with other people cuz I Here’s the thing. Like, it’s probably going to be dead after a little while, which I can I can see that. I could definitely see that. [Music] Um cuz I mean the thing is about this game is I don’t I don’t really aside from the multiplayer aspect I don’t really understand why I personally would want to play this over just like normal Elden Ring if that makes sense. Cuz it’s just like it’s basically just it it’s not it’s not Elden Ring. cuz like Elden Ring is uh far more than just uh the combat, you know? There’s way more to like all the world building, all of the uh like the the side quests for the characters, the exploring, the dungeons, uh the slow and gradual progression through the world. If it is slow, you know, the you know, the more times you play it, the faster you get going through the game, you know what I mean? But um uh yeah, I don’t know. I mean, and it’s not to say that this doesn’t have this game doesn’t have a progression system, because it does. Um yeah, I don’t know. It It’ll be It’ll be interesting. Like things would just that things would probably be a lot more peaceful, people would get along better. Um things would probably be be more efficient if everyone thought the exact same way. uh like there wouldn’t be all these [Â __Â ] [Â __Â ] conflicts every 5 seconds. And that’s not even true. Like the the world would be boring if everyone thought the same. It’s like I mean that’s just your like what what is what’s boring is what you what you perceive to be as boring. Like something being boring isn’t like a fact if that makes sense. There’s nothing I don’t know maybe this is wrong but I I don’t think there’s anything that’s like objectively boring.
