5 quick tips to help you track
down Sky Islands in Terraria! If you see a tiny puddle of water in the middle of
nowhere, it might’ve dripped from an island above. Look for isolated, two-block-deep
puddles—not ones by lakes or rivers. Build up from it with rope or
blocks and see what’s floating. Build all the way up to space with rope or
blocks and jump off using Featherfall potions. You’ll float slow enough to spot islands. You’ll need harpy feathers in advance though. Use ricocheting projectiles like
the meteor bullets, or water bolt. If they bounce back down out of
nowhere—yeah, there’s something up there. Make a disposable hardcore character,
die, and float around as a ghost. Mark the terrain below islands,
then hop back in with your main. Use Gravitation potions. They let you flip gravity and zip through the sky. It’s fast and easy! Let me know how you find

  1. Usually i only look for sky islands around post evil boss since by then, i already have good enough gear to fight 10 or more harpies at once and i normally have enough gravity potions to waste by then
