hello everybody Waffle Time here and today we cover a class that’s going to be very very very important you see for many years I’ve threatened to reach through the screen personally right anytime I’m having trouble with a boss anytime I’m having trouble with an invasion anytime I’m having trouble with a goblin tinkerer I threaten to solve the problem with my very own two hands but today ladies and gentlemen is very important because we are going to be able to fulfill that promise that’s right ladies and gents the Weapon Out mod has been ported to 1.4 for and I’m here to try it out today now of course as all these modded class playthroughs go I really don’t know a whole lot about it however from what I understand weapon out adds a lot of whips a lot of fists five combo power cost right click to parry incoming damage that’s insane the parry grants us temporary invincibility and the combo grants us three bonus damage i want this so bad look at this oh my god look that’s right folks we’re going to be able to beat the piss out of anything that comes our way and I couldn’t be more excited for it so as usual we’re going to start this off by building some incredibly unique incredibly innovative houses that’s right unique masterpiece i know now we’re going to build ourselves a beautiful home and now that our beautiful goddamn home is complete we’re going to go out and adventure we’re going to get some more fists and we’re going to fist our enemies to death that’s right expect to hear a lot of fisting jokes in this episode because I fully intend on double fisting our enemies until they can’t walk anymore kick his ass oh oh oh my god i’m not going to lie to you we might be eye of Cthulhu ready arguably we might even be Moon Lord ready i’m I’m just keeping it real with you first chesticle please God Hermes oh yes the first double life crystal shenanorama this type of [ __ ] right here is enough to brick me up uncomfortably for 5 hours straight so yeah if I didn’t that’s all we want to do and I think it’ll I think it’ll feel incredible for us honestly genuinely speaking I think it’s going to feel great now that we have a furnace and anvil type setup we can make the gold knuckle duster as well as the iron knuckle duster believe it or not from what I understand there’s actually armor we could create as well that goes handinhand with the monk class I believe they call it i’m going to call it the fisting class cuz that’s what we’re going to be doing is fisting a whole lot of it so it looks like our first armor set is called Dobach Armor and we could either use a boxing helmet for more defense or a headband to get rid of fall damage anyways Doughbach armor costs silk and cactus it looks like found the goddamn cack that’s beautiful yeah but there is a staggering amount of fists and stuff we can make it’s truly like I don’t know where to go from here you know what I mean it’s a lot it’s good it’s good that it’s a lot you know [ __ ] i see where the weakness is we kind of can’t really hit upwards well damn damn I guess we kind of can i just wasn’t doing it right looks like we are heading balls deep into the jungle kind of a bold move going into the underground jungle with wooden armor but hey you know what [ __ ] it wee ball and I’m not getting godamn worm today i don’t care i do not care what it takes what a godamn animal dude i’m Tyson is prime so what’s really interesting is I’m seeing that there is a drop pool for bosses such as King Slime it’s not showing up in here so I’m curious to see how true it is but for example there’s like the rust charm right that drops from the eye of Cthulhu but only when killed with a fist weapon and it reduces cool down between dashes so needless to say I’m greatly looking forward to seeing all of it i think it’s going to give us every single mean to bust it down sexual style like a gamer would oh oh oh fantastic oh that’s just Oh wow that’s great that’s so good get the hell out of my house Christian before I defile you i think one of the best things to do during an early blood moon is just pretend it doesn’t exist now with that being said let’s start a hell let’s just dig down and pretend none of this ever happened i’ve been digging around in the dark for what feels like ages pause but it appears to me as if we’ve stumbled into a goddamn mushroom biome and I couldn’t be more thrilled about it i don’t see a single goddamn gold chest i am not thrilled about this at all anymore what happened please please God stop giving me shoe spikes who needs haters when you have water in we’re after that armor which we need a bit more gel for unfortunately and we’re also after some honest to god Hermes boots because I cannot for the life of me find any of these goddamn things it is pissing me off so bad no way in hell it’s as bad as a chance class playthrough though there’s no way there’s just no way it takes that long because the chance class I was probably there there was probably 5 hours of playthrough time that just I couldn’t I couldn’t find anything but hey you know what it’s a different playthrough now we need to focus on moving forward fisting our way forward in the right side of our world the plan is to slam the spelunker and search for the shimmer at the same time i didn’t have any luck in our elevator so you know maybe we find something down here but there ain’t no [ __ ] way I’m finding the shimmer god damn okay all right i mean I don’t mind that i don’t mind that one bit the shimmer may have edged me into oblivion i may have thought I was never going to find it ever along with Hermes boots what’s important is now it showed up all right this is huge this is absolutely huge don’t [ __ ] take this away from me i don’t know why ghosts just show up i didn’t even do anything out of all the things to do beyond the grave you know what I mean you could find peace you know you could talk with your loved ones who have gravely passed away while you lived on nope how about I annoy the [ __ ] out of the Terrarian that seems like an excellent idea they call me Ghostbuster not because I bust ghosts but because I bust on ghosts hopefully using those last couple ghosts as an example kind of wards the other ghosts away from me you know what I mean they’re like “Oh my god I I don’t want a facial i’m out of here screw this i’m not going to bother this guy he’s insane.” Because my patience with these goddamn ghosts and ghouls and specters of sorts is wearing very goddamn thin same thing with these bats man don’t mind me don’t mind me one bit just going to do that infinite money hack that I do in every single video all right now that we’ve obtained a totally fair totally reasonable amount of money a totally mediocre amount of money perhaps we can get our fine asses out of here and do some goddamn game progression so now that we’re all stacked up and ready to go I reckon it is showtime on making armor we’re going to start with the boxing helmet which also has a little buff it says “Fighting bosses slowly empowers next melee attack up to 500%.” Now we want to finish off the set with Doughbach armor 5% increased melee damage 50% increased parry damage let’s make these Doughbach pants real quick they offer 5% increased melee damage as well as 100% increased dive kick damage and knockback what the [ __ ] What is a dive kick set bonus is three defense which you know I like because we have like no defense i’m kind of sort of thinking we just run on over to the corruption real quick and explode an orb that way there’s a higher chance of a meteorite coming in which we can make some fists out of I believe and there’s also the beautiful beautiful chance of goblins showing up and making our life miserable for all but like maybe 10 15 minutes that’s misery that I could spare though you know 10 15 minutes of just being really really annoyed that’s not that’s not horrible it’s not the worst thing I ever seen in my entire life you know the problem is just getting juggled is rough the interesting thing is we have the shimmer it only costs two gold bars we could just keep shimmering this and making it again it doesn’t seem too bad to make at all that [ __ ] is not shimmering what is the deal with that okay I guess they don’t shimmer [ __ ] my life i’m sort of thinking we just potion up and try of Cthulhu if that stink ass breath of the Cthulhu takes us out at least we’ll know you know what I mean at least we’ll know what we have to change we are rocking with flippers an aglet shoe spikes a step stool and an anklet of the wind that is that seems promising truly and honestly I have no idea how this is going to go so what I’m going to do is keep making gold knuckle dusters until we have a decent modifier hopefully all right so I made a handful and I got light i got strong [ __ ] regular one I guess murderous which is cool hurtful which is also awesome but I noticed we got large which makes it to where we have minus 12% combo cost but then there’s also ruthless which does an extra nearly 20% damage and that that just gives me a huge erection okay well I guess we don’t have a goddamn choice thing’s gonna show up whether we like it or not so uh-oh uh-oh uh-oh all right here we go watch this oh my god oh my god all right it seems as if the flying kick is the way to go how about the uppercut how do we head flying at us how exactly do we approach that he’s either shooting skulls or spinning fast as hell i doubt we’d want to charge him whenever he’s spinning and let’s curse and see what happens 226 stinger for me there’s a stinger for you and now that we got them apples we can make spikes gauntlets very cool however now that we’ve crafted these up crafted up the cerulean claws have the Phoenix Mark and we have the one we made out of the corruption stuff as well we should be able to make the demon hand look at that i mean just on paper it it it looks incredible it does it looks fantastic the real question is do I need a shield of Cthulhu if my fist already does some dash fisting for me that’s the real question folks that is the real goddamn question around here right now I’m leaning towards kind of just leaving it off and keeping a sash on instead because this I mean we steal life from enemies this right here is going to heal us some more so upon buying some black thread throwing it in the goddamn bin we should be able to make Yep yep yep yep yep the prize fighter helmet fighting bosses slowly empowers next melee attack up to 1,000% wow wow wow let’s see how this does so not only can we steal life from our enemies with our weapon but the honey pack releases honeybees that heal players whenever we’re beating the [ __ ] out of something and the journeyman sash restores lost life at the end of a combo up to 25% of our max life have we reached immortality i do not know i think there’s really really only one way to find out just how good our setup is it feels great right now it could be awful not going to lie to you it seems as if everything is healing us by like one that was the most satisfying thing I have ever seen in my entire life i’m not sure if we’re supposed to upgrade our jacket and our pants there is boxing armor we can make it looks like it just takes blink route and silk yeah you know what let’s do it let’s do it let’s do it come on come on man don’t skimp don’t skimp out so here is the boxing vest and the boxing shorts it doesn’t look like they do any more defense which is interesting so this is 5% increased movement speed and reduces combo power cost by one this is 100% increased uppercut damage and knock back as well as 5% increased melee attack speed maybe we should try it out and see what the set bonus is like this is just a flat 15 defense jesus Christ okay I mean I guess we could try it we could just try it with the boxing set and see how we do because 57 defense in preh hard mode is seriously truly and honestly nothing to damage counter-strike unleashes crystal beams that build combo combo causes damage to refract towards nearby enemies there is a cursed gadling this seems pretty goddamn good if I do say so myself there’s also a forbidden gauntlet which seems really cool right click to transform into a raging sandstorm dash reduces damage but steals life i wonder how we would do and just flat out adamant or titanium armor i don’t know if that would be better for the mechs or if we should stick with this [ __ ] but it’s like dude it’s like one defense like what what are we doing huh what are we doing here we’re going to need a whole lot of this action here’s some palladium if I can get it on time i don’t have a molten pickaxe [ __ ] me let’s go on goddamn hard mode or collection duty baby all starting with palladium of course now we make that pickaxe and of course we go for that juicy juicy delectable myithal goodness and of course with this we make the anvil real quick last but not least we go for that downright sensual adamantite action oh Jesus Christ all right I guess it’s a good thing we’re down here cuz you know now we could grind out that cursed gatling kind of forget how much of this causes damage to refract towards nearby enemies seems real interesting so I mean we could try it and see what happens there is also the shotgun knuckle duster combo grants ammo restoration per strike that seems like something we would want for the twins without a doubt in my mind so Solomite probably going to have to probably going to have to utilize that quite well if we’re able to sort of spawn kill the destroyer I think that puts us ahead by a lot so what I’m really curious about is summoning him up like soon and if we rush getting to his tail as soon as he spawns I think we’re going to do a [ __ ] egregious amount of damage with this i think we’ll be all good if if we can do it if we can it’s It’s going to be rough i guess our next step is to just grind out as many souls of night and every goddamn time it’s consistent it’s clean it’s sexy this probe needs to get the [ __ ] away from me before I freak out looks like we have the perfect number of souls of mightite which is just so beautiful so there’s hollowed van braces which seem very interesting looks like we can right click to parry incoming damage with it and CS:GO grants 400% increased melee damage and the combo grants increased defensive capabilities i don’t know i don’t know i mean it’s it certainly seems cool we might as well get it just to try it right we might as well like what are we do what are what are we doing you know there it is oh I didn’t even try the crystal ones yet whoops what I wanted to make next was this hard mode armor Shaolin trousers and Shaolin robe so this right here it uh boosts our parry which we’re not really using currently but it also reduces combo power cost by one and gives us a 12% boost to our melee crit strike chance but look at that defense i mean brother 16 2 12 one the set bonus seems really interesting it temporarily reduces damage taken when not attacking i don’t know if there’s ever really a point where I’m not attacking during a battle but hey you know what i appreciate it i still like it i’m still you know we can still be sick with it i rightclicked with it and it gave us breakfall damage taken is reduced by 45 is that from the parry I wonder i mean that seems pretty OP right that seems real nice god damn it’s doing even more damage than the Adamanti Fist it doesn’t have a dash though it doesn’t have a dash so we have two more mechs one being obviously Skeleton Prime and the other being the twins very very worried about the twins i feel like unless we have that shotgun blaster we’re not going to be able to get close to them prime however I feel like we might be able to take on i don’t know how does this parry work huh what if I did this oh yeah oh yeah okay yeah we’re we’re going to be fine we’re going to be absolutely fine we are going caught up on accessories however in regard to this bad boy we could upgrade it with glorified bars it restores lost life at the end of a combo which you know this also does restores up to 26% of maximum life instead of 25 and it grants immunity to knock back which is really really nice but but bosses are slower to follow you in the air does that mean like if I wear this during the Moon Lord he’s going to be like a [ __ ] slug is that what that means if so I would love to intervene here’s the new plan folks we’re going to sleep for a couple of days hopefully let that chlorophy spread just bust itself wide open live on camera we’re going to go down there we’re going to make a Planter arena real quick we’re going to slurp up some of that sun-kissed chlorophy goddamn goodness and then something that’s just going to be upon us killing something so it it maybe won’t be super effective during boss fights but it probably be really nice in regard to crowd control looks like we got res armor i might put this in a gooning station not going to lie to you we’ll hang on to it for safekeeping all right so oddly enough there is champion laurels it’s a headpiece right slowly empowers next melee attack up to 2,500% brother and it also does 5% increased melee damage which is so hot but it takes a planter mask which is interesting i mean I have no problem going down there and grinding her out a little bit but I don’t know how bad we want this thing i mean it seems like it seems [ __ ] incredible right 20 defense as well that’s insane guess it’d be a good opportunity to try this out too see how it works the barbed knuckles oh wait i’m using a van brace let’s try the barbed knuck oh my god very very fast oh dear god i don’t even I don’t even know what’s happening this is actually incredible we might be able to abuse the [ __ ] out of Gollum with this bad boy it looks like it’s only giving me like one little spiky barb thing but it is doing excellent damage so with this we’re averaging maybe 1,400 damage per second let’s switch to this bad boy and see how much damage we’re doing arguably more arguably much more in fact very interesting so now we can make this laurel thing the champion laurels 20 goddamn defense 5% increased melee damage which is cool but slowly empowering next melee attack up to 2,500% is nuts my god we have 123 defense oh my god well folks I guess it’s time for Gollum i am seeing some options for some other weapons that we could get but a lot of them are depending on parries so it seems as if the gloves do the parries the knuckles do some type of shield if I’m not mistaken or the combo grants some type of a little bit of extra damage but the fists seem like they have the dash and I really really really like the dash i’m kind of wanting to run straight over to Gollum right because it it seems as if he dropped something called Strongarm matter of fact I don’t know if we craft that we can craft it 318 melee damage okay all right oh we need a [ __ ] gollum fist for this okay all right interesting dash for a projectile deflecting punch combo causes successful strikes to generate powerful shock waves like do you see how cool that sounds i need to fist Gollum let me in now get away from me you absolute freak go in the dungeon once and suddenly it’s all my fault you’re locked in a goddamn chest somehow it’s my problem you’re a slime dude just ooze out of the keyhole man it’s that easy use your gel brain [ __ ] dude i got to do everything for everyone around here it’s making me sick all right we have officially reached the goddamn temple room so let’s clean this bad boy out and let’s get to work ooh I see the barrier now how cool what does it do exactly ah okay okay well I mean I’m thinking we still use the adamantite at like 640ish damage maybe if we do this some more yeah we are we are definitely doing more damage doing this we’re kind of just tanking it out if I just hold still am I going to get hurt that I cannot be stopped that’s insane the combo is too [ __ ] high i’m pretty sure we’ve reached fisting immortality okay well that What is that reduces combo power cost by two hold up when not attacking to charge up to 10 combo power very cool cuz now I can just take this [ __ ] off and put this right on yeah unfortunately we did not get what we oh so desired so we’re going to have to keep doing that until we get it please please i mean that’s okay oh yes yes yes yes yes beautiful beautiful oh thank God jesus Christ all right now this we can just craft directly into this bad boy with a mythal anvil which is so so sexy hold on let me punch this thing in the throat real quick so now we make the strong arm what is that strong bone shoots a powerful high velocity bullet what the [ __ ] that looks so cool what in God’s name is that i’m going to strongly bone Planter once more and it’s going to be incredible anyways strong arm right 318 melee damage off [ __ ] rip very fast speed which is really cool i think we have very fast speed oh no that is that’s actually insane you guys remember the speed we had with the barb knuckles this has that and 318 melee damage right click to dash through enemies dash for a projectile deflecting punch combo causes successful strikes to generate powerful shock waves please give me that [ __ ] immediately so after having its nipples twisted to legendary it is doing 366 melee damage do you see how fast we’re hitting with this oh the dash looks so cool too the dash looks [ __ ] sick hell yeah baby hell yeah what we’re probably going to want to do too is make some beetle wings cuz our our wings while manly while the manliest set in the entire world they aren’t quite keeping up with our vertical maneuverability that we oh so deliciously delectibly desire folks I hate to say it but I love to say it at the same time this might be one of our final weapons that we use until like right after the pillars there is a weapon that drops from Duke Fishron I believe though called Breakwater and it seems like it’s the final tier for Knuckles it says 396 melee damage which is insane okay the combo allows you to teleport and after drenches you in water what could that mean for us does that mean if we’re riding the shrimpy truffle it just clutches infinitely hard it doesn’t even have to be raining how does that work would we even need a shrimpy truffle if we’re just going to be zooming around and pretty much can fly already doing this [ __ ] nonetheless I’d still like to have it in the arsenal so I think it’d be a good idea to just get our asses down to a mushroom biome catch us a goddamn worm and see if we could absolutely resize a mutant pigfish i’m thinking maybe we give it the old it treatment and see what happens i don’t know how I feel about taking this thing you know face like head on where What’s he doing what’s he doing you all right oh my god oh my god that damage jesus Christ oh my lord whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa teleport huh no no no no no no let’s use it on the lunatic cultist let’s try it on a lunatic cultist right now we have all the delectible components we could ever desire to begin fighting the moon what the [ __ ] oh my god that’s OP as hell and the damage is [ __ ] insane too let’s keep using this guy as well my god big boy doesn’t stand a [ __ ] chance this is incredible we’re doing insane insane insane DPS and I could not be more [ __ ] thrilled so now we have the pillars and the interesting thing about the pillars is we can actually make like an ultimate weapon right polaris punch 97 combo power cost that’s insane but let’s see what it’s all about huh right click to dash or consume combo to unleash a deadly combo dash for a projectile deflecting punch increases length of combo by 5 seconds whilst held we need to take out the solar pillar as well as the nebula pillar and we should be good to make that let’s start with this bastard let’s see how it goes and let’s see how fast we take down the pillar oh my god all right i I don’t think we’re going to have too much trouble i don’t think we’re going to have too much trouble hopefully I’m not [ __ ] myself over by saying that out loud we got plenty of nebula fragments to spare too which is incredibly sexy now I say we hight tail it over to the solar pillar and just see if we can get it done that way we can make the Polaris puncher and just feel good about ourselves beating the ever loving pit out of this bad boy feels incredible i could not be more thrilled got that out of the way and plenty of those fragments as well that’s fantastic and there it is at the forefront of the crafting station 355 melee damage we get a deflecting punch we can consume combo for a deadly combo it increases the goddamn length of combo by 5 seconds whilst held and I feel like it does not cost that much to make after reforging it is doing more damage than the strong arm less knockback for sure but way more damage and it looks [ __ ] incredible i’m curious to see what happens whenever we unleash the deadly combo i’m wondering how deadly that [ __ ] really is let’s see what this does to a hopping jack okay all right hopping jack [ __ ] down dude i bet it feels great for the terrarian i bet it feels like running through sprinklers on like a hot summer day you know what I mean running through these stardust cells running through these star cells has to feel [ __ ] incredible like cool jell-o like you’re sprinting through fluid cool Jell-O i like that [ __ ] i like it a lot oh the combo oh my god oh Jesus Christ what of one of them so that I could juggle and kind of bounce against it that was not good i got hit by a fantasmal death ray twice in a row but our regen is too insane from our punches I believe come on open up open up for Papa there we go there we go nice nice nice nice okay so now I have to get to the outside of one of his hands and just beat the [ __ ] out of it okay okay okay okay come on come on and I I don’t know i could be wrong but I’m not finding anything on it i think this Polaris Punch might be our final weapon however there is a final armor and it looks like it mixes fighting armor/munk armor with summoning armor which is really interesting the armor itself is called Starlight Armor so you’re going to see it increase minion damage like crazy but also increase melee damage however in regard to fist specifically there’s 100% increased uppercut damage and 100% increased dive kick damage it consumes flight time for additional aerial uppercuts it apparently increases movement speed after being struck fighting bosses slowly empowers next melee attack up to 2,500% very very cool and we get melee crit strike chance too which is hot let’s just make the bad boy real quick and see how it goes let’s make the plate and then we’ll make the leggings i think that’s I think that’s just about all we got going holy [ __ ] who is this wa double tap down to switch your guardian stance i am seeing Okay so whenever I switch his stance he either gets way closer right and just stays right up on me or he’s kind of loosey goosey and goes all over the place now I would love to try the Moon Lord again with this full set of armor and see how it treats us god damn look at him look at him [ __ ] go little bastard’s killing it dude that’s Yeah yeah get him up oh my god yeah yeah yeah yeah holy [ __ ] we should try and focus on like uppercuts and uh down kicks or whatever you call them it’s a little [ __ ] hard to control but we are seeing it do a lot more damage want him to just attack whatever we’re attacking we do this stance if we want him loosey goosey brother go attack whatever you want we do the other stance which honestly both of them seem to be workinging great right now so eventually you become immortal by way of fist which is [ __ ] incredible my god the damage yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah get him get him get him hit him get him okay Lord finally being defeated by way of fist that’s right we fisted his eye sockets we fisted his heart socket and we got the job done most importantly we got it done that is just about going to do it for today folks now I 100% recommend checking this mod out it is so fun i think the real challenge came from the wall of flesh i feel like after we got past the twins we were like damn near immortal and that is always an incredible feeling to have in Terraria just being able to beat the [ __ ] out of your enemies it is uh it is it feels indescribable it is amazing so I 100% recommend checking this mod out and there was a lot more to this mod other than fists there’s whips there’s different sabers swords there is a lot i wanted to specifically do fist today because it seemed really fun and Today, we try out the Weapon Out Mod, which was recently ported to 1.4, and see just how far the FISTS class (aka the Monk Class) can take us in the average Terraria playthrough. That’s right, we’ll have to throw hands with each boss, Moon Lord and Duke Fishron included. Each time I’ve ever been so furious as to threaten a Terraria boss with my real life hands has lead up to now. We actually have the chance to throw hands with each boss. But what the real question is…is how far can the Fists Class really take us in a Terraria playthrough? Will we have the balance and poise to throw crosses correctly? Will our physical rage get us to the endgame? Is it even possible to get past the pre hardmode, let alone Plantera, or even the Moon Lord with some nothing but our two fists? Truly, there’s only one way to find out.
