Terraria, But Every REWORKED Laser Weapon Attacks At The Same Time…

i tried beating Terraria using laser weapons only but I installed a mod that reworks them completely changing their attacks and appearance that’s not all because for each and every weapon that I collect into my inventory now are able to attack all at the same time how strong will these reworked weapons be when combined together let’s go find out okay before I start I want to make a few things clear there aren’t any laser weapons that I can get my hands on right away and it is only possible after I defeat a boss it can be either the Eye of Cthulhu Brain of Cthulhu Queen Bee or Skeletron but I’ll be taking on the Eye of Cthulhu first once that boss is taken care of then I’ll be able to purchase the Grey Zapnator from the Traveling Merchant this all means that I’ll be playing the game normally until I get my hands on that weapon so let’s begin by collecting some wood and then gather life crystals bores and accessories to beef my character up all right I’m good on wood let’s try to find a cave this one might be good oh never mind it just leads me to the crimson and great a blood crawler is after me i guess I’ll check what’s down here before I head back up you know what i think this might be a good cave i thought it would just lead me to that crimson area with all the crimson hearts but it actually led me to a normal one oh wow that’s a lot of topaz 22 guess I’m making the topaz hook right away do I have enough materials though ooh yes I do all right topaz hook beautiful i can maneuver around way easier now here’s my first life crystal ooh a much bigger cave here let’s hope I don’t die okay what’s inside this gold chest something good okay I’ll take that cloud in a bottle okay got enough emeralds let’s upgrade from the topaz hook to the emerald hook now another gold chest shoe spikes oh wow found the enchanted sword i think I’m just going to use this to take down the eye of Cthulhu oh the projectiles bounce now a couple of chests down here and a life crystal oh two life crystals flare gun oh baby hermes boots give me that that is 200 health ooh another chest there are actually so many down here there we go suspicious looking eye i’m just going to stay down here for a bit longer to see what else I can find and then I’ll head back up to take on the boss and that is 300 health okay let’s head back up and I’m going to sort out my inventory first there we go inventory has been somewhat cleaned out let’s start crafting some items now let’s make the gold pickaxe gold axe and because I mined a buttload of silver I’m going to make the full silver armor there we go 14 defense let’s now build an arena for the Eye of Cthulhu fight all done and then let’s just build some NPC houses all that’s left is to wait until nighttime to summon the boss okay it is officially night time let’s start it up here it comes with the enchanted sword it should be pretty quick there we go second phase [Music] few more hits should do it and done oh my god one more hit and I would have been dead with the defeat of the eye of Cthulhu the traveling merchant should now be able to spawn but because NPCs aren’t able to spawn during nights I’m going to speed up the process by building myself a bed there we go let’s speed up time oh okay and slime is falling from the sky i guess I’ll take care of them first this is also a good opportunity for a chance to get the slimy saddle oh my god seriously slime has stopped falling from the sky i did not kill enough well I just wasted all that time oh there he is can I get it on the first try nope doesn’t seem like it let’s keep going oh another one back to back and not here as well i will purchase some patai though here comes another not here as well let’s purchase the life form analyzer though surely this time right and again nothing i mean at least I’m collecting a lot of fallen stars i’ve already got 35 please oh my god when will I get it aladdin are you the man with the gun yes you are oh my god finally you guys have no idea how long that took okay I don’t even have enough so let’s try to sell some items there we go gray Zapinator bought it’s time to say goodbye to the enchanted sword now I believe the gray zaponator and orange zaponator aren’t affected by this mod yep I was correct but I will still be using it this weapon is going to help me get the space gun next so let’s head to the crimson to take on the brain of Cthulhu once that boss is defeated then meteorites are able to spawn and let’s not forget to make some mana crystals i should have enough to just max it out completely 260 and now I’m able to spam my attacks let’s build an arena first okay the arena is all finished let’s go break some hearts here we go last one let’s get rid of that blood crawler oh that was a good shot oh another one very nice let’s try to get more of that okay just three more creepers left oh I’m out of mana pick up that one more okay second phase oh this might be really tough because I am actually running out of mana and I won’t be able to get any more mana stars so I think what I’m going to do is just shoot once and then just maintain that oh nope that’s not working either so I’m going to have to dodge until my mana regens instead heal oh I’m out of mana again i should have purchased them from the merchants oh god come on come on blood crawler don’t touch me oh one more please yes that was way too close oh my god with criminane bars and tissue samples I’m going to make the deathbringer pickaxe and that’s really it i’m not going to make the crimson armor because I’m just going to go straight for the meteor armor because that armor set reduces my mana cost for the gray zaponator space gun and orange zaponator when I get that to zero while I wait for the meteorite to fall I’m going to start mining down to health oh and a meteorite has landed let’s just see what’s inside this gold chest first warding shoe spikes okay let’s go find that meteorite oh and there it is let’s mine it up okay that should be basically it and it looks like before I can make the meteor armor and the space gun I have to learn the meteor recipe and in order to learn the meteor recipe I’m going to have to kill some meteor heads so looks like I’m going to have to put back some of the meteorite in order for the meteor heads to spawn again okay here they come oh my god there it is suspicious alien blueprints let’s use it and there we go learned how to craft some meteor recipes now I can craft the meteor armor as well as the space gun okay I have two weapons in my inventory let’s check out the attacks three two one oh that is buttery smooth from the space gun and it looks like I’m still using a bit of mana but really it’s not that much also with the meteor armor equipped my gray zapnator has 53 magic damage and my space gun has 21 let’s start making my way to the dungeon so that I can build an arena for Skeletron it looks like the appearance of the space gun isn’t the only thing that changed the functionality as well so once I shoot once the space gun projectile actually splits off into like four to five smaller ones that also deal damage let’s try to get a better look at it there we go and again yeah that is pretty good wait I have never seen this before what this leads down to the dungeon as well oh there’s two pathways okay let’s not go all the way down otherwise I might trigger a dungeon guardian let’s build an arena okay and now let’s just wait until nighttime well a blood moon’s here not really expecting that but I think it’ll be fine let’s just do it anyways here we go three two one oh my i just killed the hand so fast pretty sure that was the great Zapinator effect okay that one’s dead too now it’s just ahead and it looks like we’re dealing about 200 damage per second oh it’s going up 300 damage per second very nice this should be it damn that was really fast let’s go look for the cobalt shield and shadow key now there’s the shadow key and there’s the cobalt shield oh and a gravitation potion just what I was looking for with it let’s go look for some sky islands for the shiny red balloon and lucky horseshoe there’s the lucky horseshoe and there’s the shiny red balloon okay it is almost time to take on the wall of flesh however I want to start combining my accessories together first so let’s head over to the right side of the world and farm some goblin scouts for tattered cloth well never mind i guess they’re coming on their own lucky me there we go goblin army has been defeated now I can go look for the goblin tinkerer oh the bound goblin where are you oh there you are all right rocket boot and the workshop i’m also going to reforge my weapons masterful and deadly let’s start combining my accessories now spectre boots blue horseshoe balloon and then the obsidian shield i’m going to go max out my health mine some health stone for the molten pickaxe and then it’ll be time to take on the wall okay that is max health and that’s enough hell stone molten pickaxe made and now it is finally time to take on the wall of flesh made it to the end of the world let’s drop in the doll to summon the boss 3 2 1 Here we go let’s start firing away this should be pretty easy as long as I can maintain my distance away from it and let’s try to attack the eyes rather than the mouth because that deals extra damage 1,000 health left oh and done now the only thing that I really want from this treasure bag is the laser rifle let’s see if I can get it no way damn okay I got very lucky there so now I have three laser weapons in my inventory my attacks look like this whoa that is so nice let’s test my DPS out against this dummy here we go 500 damage per second pretty solid and just like the space gun the laser rifles projectiles also split let’s go reforge this weapon okay I’ll take masterful on it and then I’m going to head back to the crimson to break some altars okay let’s start smashing these altars up palladium oralcum and adamantite should be good on palladium onto the oricalum that’s enough orical and lastly let’s go mine the adamantites actually before that since I am now in hard mode the traveling merchant is now able to sell the orange zapinator so let’s go get that before I mine the adventit it’s not here all right time to sleep romeo please are you selling it no oh my god am I ready for this probably not oh it’s going to catch up to me yeah I don’t know about this let’s just give it a go though oh no yeah I was definitely not ready for that are you serious again yeah no oh great now some pirates are here these guys are going to be so annoying i have to defeat them otherwise the traveling merchant won’t be able to spawn anymore there we go pirates have been defeated okay back to trying to get the orange zaponator hey there it is the orange zaponator 133 magic damage okay that marks the fourth weapon in my inventory let’s get this thing reforged oh it’s kind of expensive oh god one more okay I’m going to have to reforge this later on when I have more money let’s check out how much damage I’m able to deal with this orange zaponator oh wait no that wasn’t it i just got a lucky shot so now it’s 600 damage per second okay now let’s mine the adabantite that should be more than enough adventites now I’m a bit worried of my mana consumption if I were to get rid of the meteor armor cuz this armor set makes three of my weapons use zero mana let’s just see I guess let’s make the adamanti armor okay it does increase my max mana by a lot 80 to be exact but now my space gun uses four mana gray zaponator uses 11 and orange zaponator uses 12 okay let’s see how fast I run out of mana oh you know what it’s not as bad as I thought it’d be okay I guess I’m transitioning over to the adamanti armor then but I’m definitely going to need to get my hands on the mana flower later on to be able to maintain my mana okay let’s go get myself a pair of wings and then it’ll be time to take on the mechanical bosses there we go got enough souls of flight got enough souls of light now I can make angel wings let’s make the mechanical boss summons and then wait till nighttime to summon them actually let’s use this time to look for the nature’s gift so that I can make the mana flower oh nice anklet of the wind and I did manage to find the egglet earlier so I can make lightning boots oh there it is there we go manaflower made just in time for the mechanical bosses oh and let’s not forget about the lightning boots let’s reforge the orange zaponator again and hopefully get something better okay there we go mystic I will settle with that and finally let’s take on the twins as my first mechanical boss three two one here we go target spasmatism first good damage dealing a solid 1,000 oh my god okay I’m taking too much damage second phase come on kill it ooh that cursed flame is nice that was more health okay that’s one boss down second phase for retinaser and done as well next up I’ll be taking on the destroyer on the left holy crap 3,000 damage per second that’s to be expected though cuz these lasers can just pierce through the body okay let’s get rid of these probes they’re so annoying pick up these parts all right we should be good 10,000 more health and done there’s still plenty of time left in the night so I’ll be taking on the last one Skeleton Prime [Music] okay less than 10,000 health 5,000 more and that’s all three mechanical bosses defeated now that I have all the souls from the mech bosses I’m going to craft the pickaxe and I’m going to make the full hollowed armor time to head into the jungle to look for the planter bulb oh there’s the planter bulb and it is at the perfect location because I can just use this area right here the granite area as the arena uh it’s a bit small so I’m going to have to expand it a bit but it sure beats making an arena from scratch okay the arena has been completed let’s get this show on the road three two ow three two one where is it coming from top right here we go the boss’s projectiles also got changed so it kind of curves towards me before it would just shoot up straight but even with this change it shouldn’t be a problem at all okay second phase let’s just heal just in case and we’re done okay that was faster than expected let’s make our way to the temple now to take on Golem made it into the boss room damn okay this is pretty spacious let’s clear out the traps first that should be everything then let’s build a single platform and now I should be good to go let’s begin let’s try to position myself so I can hit all three parts at the same time like right here okay head is down 5,000 more health and golem has been defeated now for this treasure bag the only weapon that I want is the heat ray can I get it yes I can 123 damage this marks the fifth weapon in my inventory so now my attacks look like this what wait 3,000 damage per second oh no i’m pretty sure that was the um the Zaponators doing god damn let’s take on Golem one more time with this okay solid 1,500 damage per second that’s pretty good not sure what the special effect is for the heat rate or if there’s any at all i know the visuals change for sure cuz I see three rings okay head is down already that was really quick and just like that we’re all done oh nice got the eye of the golem let’s take out the ranger emblem and the souls from the mech bosses now I can make the Avenger emblem and then turn it into the destroyer emblem i want to see what the heat rate does by itself so let’s put these guys away let’s test it out on this dummy oh my god okay so essentially all laser weapons are pretty much the same here the projectiles kind of split outwards if I put a dummy right behind it the projectiles that split off also hit other enemies let’s head to the dungeon once again to take on the lunatic cultist let’s start it up there it comes start blasting away solid 2,000 damage per second okay splitting off which one’s the real one wait I didn’t hit that what oh my god wait I really didn’t hit it did I okay let’s just get rid of this thing there we go okay splitting again here’s the real one there we go lunatic cultist has been defeated let’s go take care of the celestial pillars now down goes the Stardust pillar nebula pillar has been destroyed now before I destroy the last two pillars I’m going to head back down into the dungeon to farm for some ectoplasm so that I can make spectre armor and with the amount of weapons that I have in my inventory the set bonus of that armor is going to be so good also while I’m down here I’m going to try to farm for the shadow beam staff oh my god and there it is okay this marks the sixth weapon in my inventory my attacks now look like this yeah that’s a lot of lasers the weird thing about using the shadow beam staff as my main weapon is that it doesn’t do as much damage as when I use the heat ray so right now it deals yeah around 1,500 damage per second and when I switch over to the heat rate look at that this deals almost 2,000 damage per second more and when I do use the heat ray it doesn’t use the shadow beam staff attack okay I think I have enough ectopplasm now let’s head back home then let’s turn my chlorop bars into spectre bars to then be able to make spectre armor it’s time to destroy the two remaining pillars also the thing that changed about the shadow beam staff that I noticed is that it actually homes in onto enemies and bounces off of them too let’s get a clearer picture real quick so let’s try to do that all right here we go yeah so you know what i think using the shadow beam staff against Moonlord is going to be really good since I’ll be able to target both hands and the forehead eye all at the same time there we go solar pillar has been destroyed one more to go and there goes the last pillar time for Moon Lord here we go oh yeah and I was right using the shadow beam staff can hit all three parts at the same time as long as the middle eye opens up like that teleport and again worked okay both hands are down ow kill it kill it kill it yes okay just core heal up oh my god teleport here and again heal okay I should be good now and come on done all right Moon Lord has been defeated that’s going to be it for this video i hope you all enjoyed watching i know that there’s another laser weapon that I haven’t checked out which is the laser machine gun and there was a reason why I didn’t get it it’s because it doesn’t work with this mod also the fact that it didn’t get reworked anyways
