I feel like you need to lean more into Yahtzee. Right now, if the only goal is to get six of the same color, the winning strategy is pretty easy to prove : Choose the color you have the most of, and erase everything else.
You need to limit the amount of changes to, say, five, and add some more variations that deviate from the above strategy, like alternating colors, getting all the colors of the rainbow, full house, etc. This way you can go for a Yahtzee every time, but you might not succeed after 5 rerolls, and it's possible your opponent could go for alternating colors and win.
Also, idk if they changed that, but dispensers used to be biased towards the bottom right slots, choosing the top left very rarely. I don't see anything on the wiki that says it's changed or not, so if it hasn't, it's something worth thinking about.
