So excited for the update!!!
You can obtain a ghast day one, before you even get tools, with seed "HappyGhast" which is a really cool coincidence.
There is a ruined portal east side of spawn at about 300, 100. There's 3 obsidian and 2 flint and steel in the portal chest so you can light it immediately. Aaaaand this portal goes directly to a fossil skeleton and dried ghast.
And you'll need the happy ghast to explore the epic floating islands near spawn. Bonus, there's a goat horn in the pillager outpost West of spawn.
(I've only tested this in Java)

i play on bedrock and i can’t stop looking at the vibrant visuals stuff it’s so prettyyyyy i’m never making another world without it
The fact this is explainable fully on a short, I know it’s a drop but still
Vibrant visuals is bugged several I found imo it was not finished and released they should have held it back got it right before releasing mojang said them selfs that we are switching to game drops to have more time to get things right before releasing but you see this issue is not just a mojang problem but an industry problem many game release updates that are not finished and done right and need fixing mojang take more time you didn't need to release Vibrant visuals yesterday you could have dropped the rest complete stuff and held back Vibrant visuals till it was right this was one of your reasons to switch to game drops instead of the updates

Ghasts aren’t the only thing that’s happy now!!! I’ve said before, Scott always makes me smile, and when this popped up I was smiling through the whole thing. I’ve been watching Scott for maybe a year now, and rewatched the entire life series from his perspective so many times I know who kills who and when sometimes. Thank you for doing what you do Scott!
This sometimes makes me wish you still did Empires whenever there’s a new update.
Like when the Cherry Trees came out and I thought, “oh someone is going the build a Japanese style empire, like a hidden ninja village, in season 3.”
But there was never going to be a season 3 of Empires.
Why are the saddles so easy to craft though? This update seems way to OP, and I love it!!!

Honestly, the Kind of ugly looKin blue was my main problem with the update, but now with all those different Colour options added, [i]ve Changed my mind.
Saddles should be five leather and a tripwire hook. Gives us more uses for the tripwire and it actually makes sense as a crafting component (iron ingot, string, (wood doesn’t make much sense, but whatever))
Don't worry Java users….shaders have been out since forever

I'm kinda hoping that the player locater is something that can be turned on and off because while it may be great in regular servers it would drive me insane in minigames like hide and seek
