in this video I’m going to attempt to survive a 100 days stranded on an island and in fact it’s actually not the only piece of land in this entire world all types of structures can be found on the ocean’s surface that we’ll be able to explore and with my overarching goal being to create the ultimate island base it’s um time to get started mate all right and here we are on our island um here’s a look at what we’re dealing with with the Oro camera mod here it looks like we got a pretty decent size to work with we’ve also got a little bit of a lake here in the middle oh it goes pretty deep as well it looks like it goes down into a cave too okay that’s pretty good all right I think first of all uh we definitely need to grab some of this oak wood that’s up here and get our starter tools situated also look at all of these structures around us see this um this tower here and a bunch of these other structures is actually from a mod that I have god damn it what is it called i can’t remember explorify that’s the one so yeah I’m keen to check out a bunch of those different structures as well and honestly it might be worth just um you know getting ourselves situated on the island here and then maybe just going out and exploring because we’re going to be able to probably get some decent stuff from them but first and foremost of course let’s get ourselves uh the essentials situated here so after fumbling around in the crafting table for a bit I managed to craft myself a wooden pick which I then took underground to mine out some cobble once I had a decent amount I returned to the surface to craft up the essentials all right and there we have it there is the essentials situated now actually what I might get started doing is maybe a little bit of farming for some food because um early game yeah we’re going to need some food oh the fish brother the fish before I forget again you know in the freaking underground video the last 100 days that I did I could have used fish and I completely forgot about it so oh my god dude look at how look at how deep this goes i did forget to mention I’m using a data pack that yeah basically makes the world entirely just ocean and only spawns structures on the surface but uh wow i did not realize how deep this sucker goes holy dude look at that and I cannot see a single fish swimming around that is uh that might be a bit of a problem uh that’s actually that’s actually not good at all i was really hoping on just being able to go you know just sword fishing here to get some food but um for some reason they’re not spawning that is that’s quite Oh I’m about to start losing no you what an actual idiot now my freaking hunger is doing down even quicker man that’s so bad i can’t believe I just did that you actual dude where’s the seeds i’m not getting any seeds from Okay there’s one brother okay we got four we need to start Dude we need to start a farm ASAP and we definitely need to be on the lookout for a spider so that we can make a fishing rod that’s probably going to be the next best way that we’re going to be able to get food so as for this farm uh well I can’t really get the water up here i don’t have a bucket yet so let’s just make a little bit of a uh a river that will lead down to our farms here all right so yeah let’s at least get that started so we have something to you know hopefully rely on this is not good we’re down a heart and two and a half hunger bars and I have I literally have no source of food okay I think the best option is going to be checking out some of these structures especially this i think there is a little base at the top of that tower that may have some starting food for us i need to grab a couple more pieces of wood so we can actually make a boat and get over there die ain’t swimming out there brother dude they need to like they need to add sharks or just some kind of enemy creature to worry about in the ocean other than the stupid freaking guardian things it just it changed the dynamic so much i don’t know if they’d actually do it but it’d be so interesting man just imagine there’s like a one in a,000 chance of like a giant like colossal squid spawning and just I I don’t think I would ever do any of these 100 day challenges ever again dude if that was a possibility i’m I’m straight out of there i’m sorry brother okay we’ve got our boat let’s take this with us just in case and I think yeah we’re definitely going to head out to this tower and have a little squeeze now obviously this is like a full already constructed base but I’m not going to be you know using it at all okay I’m just going to pillage the stuff everything that we build needs to be constructed on the island behind me there that’s kind of the rules of this episode I guess um so yeah I’ll meet you guys once we are over at the tower all right here we are all right looks like we got some extra grass as well here that we can just kind of smack around to get some more le uh more seeds that’d be good and um wow you’re telling me we didn’t get a single seed from any of that that’s just perfect all right let’s get the hecking hoot up here please have some food brother oh we got a bed yes we can sleep through the night that is so good oh I just Oh look at that yes we have food that’s so good man potatoes we can grow give me all of that you absolute beautiful bastard yeah I actually just realized there’s no animals that have spawned in our island yet and I don’t know let me take a look at the biomes that we’re dealing with so we Oh we’re actually technically in a meadow here not an ocean which is interesting okay so I don’t know why the island that we’re on wouldn’t spawn animals i think I’m going to leave the exploration there oh we’ve got a bit of a house over there i think we’re good for now honestly I just I do want to get a bit of a start going on our island so we’ll do some more exploration soon okay there’s definitely some interesting structures in the distance i mean Distant Horizons kind of jumbles them up a bit but also the sun is just setting now maybe we should make it a rule so that we can only actually sleep on the island so if I’m out exploring I need to worry about nighttime and dealing with mobs and stuff I think just as a bit of a restriction I feel like you know oh and you seeing that I just saw there’s some iron down there some easy iron that’s going to actually be a freaking lifesaver I reckon all right let’s definitely get all of these potatoes planted as well and I will start munching on some of this food just to get my health back up and I actually I should I probably should sleep straight away but I really want to try and get some bones and some string so ah this is so risky though i have no armor i have like I have rags basically that I’m wearing right now it’s just not good it’s not ideal essentially oh there we go okay we’ve got our first mobs oh there’s two spiders as well i just got goosebumps dude that’s exactly what we need all right you come here dodge dodged you suck smack and dodge oh oh that’s not good at all okay he missed us we’re golden we got two bones from that oh I’m taking some damage that’s not good get the away from me brother oh there’s one piece of string that’s half of our fishing rod oh my god this is so bad this is not good i need to get this spider if he doesn’t drop a string I’m seriously I am i’m not joking please drop a string brother yes there’s another one okay that’s fine we’ll take you one too he didn’t drop string oh my god there’s so many mobs bro what the hell look at how many what a joke dude that’s actually a joke i can’t they’re coming okay we’re going we’re going into the mine and we’re sleeping that is ridiculous man there’s That is a stupid Holy i just need to take a moment there that was Dude my Okay you need to see this dude my arms can you see the goosebumps that’s how close we were to death right there man i would show my I can’t show my nipples dude that’s just too far i can’t do it these are my pants though check them out it’s winter here in Australia i got the strawberry fluffy pants on man check peep the fit brother don’t look at my dogs though i don’t know what’s going on down there all right back to the action yeah this is not an ideal situation to be in i’ve already eaten how have I eaten all my bread already man i’ve got six apples to my name okay I’m going to try sleeping but I have a feeling we’re going to have to go oh okay no we don’t have to go deeper sweet as brother that is sweet all right what we want to listen for is the sweet sounds of death i can’t hear it that is concerning i hope they’re not all hiding under the trees that are basically directly above me oh god okay let’s get some blocks on standby let’s get the boat on oh the boat’s out to the right okay if we need to make a run for it to the boat that’s what we got to do okay go i hear him behind me there’s so many what the that’s ridiculous why is there 30 skeletons on my island okay we need to light this up asapagus why is there so many creepers dude it’s just all It’s always skeletons and creepers on this They’re in the water dude they’re smart look at them they’re smart they’re sitting in the water so they don’t burn that’s the top half of them to burn man that’s actually all right you guys need to piss off i need a safe space get away from me you You’re a disgusting little cre and you are that’s my new technique for dealing with creepers you do a jump shot and you run at least when you have a stone sword at least all right let’s run around oh I forgot the spiders are friendly during daytime why is that has anyone ever questioned that why are spiders friendly during the day i don’t get it in real life at least you know they’re angry all the time aren’t they all right oh we got a freaking bone deposit up here dude look at all of them that is so good of course we do have a creeper guarding it we’re going to have to do the old jump smack and run technique oh you mongrel dog get that up okay oh my god look at the spoils man that’s so good eight bones oh come here you bastard taking shelter under a tree look at his Look at his little bony legs a bastard you’re going to have to come out and take face the fire if you’re going to want to Oh okay he must have already been burned a little bit dude we’ve already got we’ve already got one apple left my food reserves have just That was close my food reserves are already depleted after one night dude that’s ridiculous we’re definitely going to have to try and sleep before mobs spawn cuz that is just stupid but at least on the bright side we have got eight count to them eight bones that’s going to get us 24 bonus meal now honestly I feel like potatoes are going to be better better food cuz we can just bake them chuck them straight in the oven and get some baked spuds you know what I’m saying this we got to grow like three of these to get one bread and look at that we get we get two potatoes basically how good is that we already got nine spuds we’ll start getting some freaking charcoal cooking and we’ve got basically the easiest food source of our lives i’ll also go ahead and make a bit of a crafting a crafting uh fishing rod just so we have that backup way to get some you know some more like nourishing food i guess I might catch a couple of dogs and um here comes one now what should it be like a boot or something no we’re good yeah I mean I’ve got big plans for this island here so we’re going to have to get started sooner or later we definitely need to get our affairs in order first here so there’s some fish cooking up we got we got our spuds cooking up too okay next thing that I definitely want to do is craft up some doors okay why is that because we’re going straight down here and we’re getting this iron that’s exposed we’re using the doors to breathe dude I don’t know about you this ocean is got me freaked out i actually just had tears come out of my eyes then how deep that is and how Stop oh my god full goosebumps again dude that ocean’s freaking me out oh dude that’s bad i don’t know if I can go down there man i don’t know if there’s anything down there so I hope I don’t have to go down there man i really I really don’t like it like look at those rays and that’s horrible i’m just getting this iron i don’t think I’m ever coming back in here dude i’m sorry all right how much is that we’ve got 13 that’s pretty good we want to definitely get a bucket so we can expand our freaking our farming a little bit up onto the actual main land but um probably some armor is going to be the first most important thing you know what I’m saying oh look at those spuds that is dectable i might start harvesting a couple more trees um yeah I might actually harvest just every tree I can see here i’m going to get that done i’ll meet you guys back i don’t know probably over there somewhere bro there’s a piece of flint that one gravel I dug gave us a piece of flint as well i’m taking that okay all the trees have been chopped we’ve got almost a stack of wood for that but it did cost us two food uh to do all that basically but it’s not the end of the world dude the wheat’s growing pretty quickly though look at that okay it looks like day two is coming to a close we’re definitely going to have to get the bed primed and ready here i am not dealing with that freaking horde of mobs again man holy crap tuck me in brother let me go all right there it is 13 ironing let’s see what we can get with that we can get a chest plate and we could get a bucket we can get a bucket and then half a boot i reckon we we definitely could benefit more from a bucket at the moment i want to expand our farming exponential i want to get more potatoes planted okay let’s grab up some freaking water man I need a shovel too what the hell’s going on we’re making an iron shovel screw it all right I’m going to bone meal a couple more of these and then I’m going to remove them so I think I want to get my permanent farm set up probably over here on the island it’s a nice looking spot that nice flat area right there i feel like getting a nice big field in this area will look quite nice as well right now you know I just kind of need food so we’re just doing the bare minimum right now in terms of aesthetics all right that’s a nice little farm that should grow in quite nicely i might also just get a chest planted here for now so that we can place our bone meal inside all right now next up I think it is time to tackle this little bad boy right here we’ve got the doors on standby so that we can actually breathe down here i think it’s time to head in and see what we can find oh there’s an emerald there actually oh something I forgot to do is check what biome we’re in we’re in a stony peaks that must be why there’s no animals spawning what we might actually have to do is like look around our island and try and find the nearest biome that animals are actually going to spawn in and actually make like a platform there and then probably lead them over so we’re definitely going to have to get that set up if we want some you know better food eventually for now this coal is going to be very nice in saving us some wood we’ve also got another patch of iron back here how good is that you absolute beautiful prick the best part as well about having a water cave is you don’t have to deal with mobs man it’s just so good of course that’s annoying you know not being able to breathe and all that and you know salt water in your eyes it’s not the best but I’d take that any day over dealing with freaking creepers and skeletons man let’s continue the exploration down let’s see what we’re dealing with here ooh this goes quite a ways look at all the iron too my god I need to place this before I start drowning ooh i mean I am kind of praying that this thing opens up down into deep slate cuz uh if we ever want to get diamonds we’re going to Oh look at that speak of the bloody devil it keeps going look at all the iron okay we’ve got another place to explore i thought this was going to be just a normal cave but um yeah it is another water cave of course all right what I’m going to do now is I’m just going to scoop up all of the iron that we can pretty much see or until I can’t be bothered to get more and uh basically I’ll meet you guys back uh when something interesting happens oh you know what I just realized cuz the ocean is so deep look at our Y level brother we are at 138 you know how long it’s going to be until we get down to deep slate oh my god dude i didn’t even think about that oh man we really We are literally hoping and praying that this leads down to deep slate we’re going to be digging for quite a while man holy now I haven’t exactly gotten all of the iron I can see but what I want to do is just well if I caning find it man I want to go back to the hole that I originally found that does go deeper and uh take a look in there where the is it okay I found the hole i’m just going to leave a door here just so I know where it is that’s the hole out to the breathable lands i don’t like that noise just stop whatever that is please all right let’s continue our expedition in this area and once again I’ll meet you guys back um when something has been located i just heard a zombie moan i think the reason this flat I was wondering why there’s like this flat wall here my suspicions are correct ooh look at that there is a bit of a cave oh and it goes deep it goes deep baby i don’t know where the zombie is that I heard okay you need to go away you’re actually gross like get the hell away from me brother all right well because there is mobs here I definitely feel like I want to go back and get a full set of iron armor and probably tools as well before we delve too much there’s the zombie i told you there was a zombie I owed oh there’s lots of in there okay it’s time to go yeah this place is um Yeah uh we’re definitely not equipped for this yet we also are running out of food so I need to try and remember where this is oh dude it’s so confusing man okay that is not good it is nighttime out there where’s my bed where is my bed where’d my bed ah no where’s my bed dude no what the there’s babies oh that’s so bad my bed’s there quick grab it grab it grab it and run oh look at him get in the water get in the water go go go go go what the hell the whole freaking baby freaking playground kindergartens here man what the hell dude that’s so bad the amount of mobs that spawn here like well I’m not allowed to go and sleep like over there or anything so I need to figure out what to do i need to remember to sleep before the mobs spawn dude this sucks god damn it yeah look at you you’re an absolute bastard you are we might We may have to just make another break for the freaking mine entrance and just get in there all right give me some blocks it’s time to go don’t hit me please ah ah there’s so many dude creeper piss off get up oh okay we’re good we’re good can I sleep okay dude we’re so The mobs are like five blocks above us i don’t know how we’re able to sleep it is daytime that You hear that do you hear that sound that’s a beautiful sound to hear listen listen to it we’re going to make a break for it and assess the situation bang get me out go go go we don’t want creepers yeah I knew it there’s always a creeper waiting for you when you come out of there i It’s just It baffles me some bones yes oh some more that’s so good farming is going to go beautifully with those oh there’s so many creepers to eradicate man it’s just ridiculous come on brother out you get that’s what I thought you stink oh that was almost catastrophic oh god there’s still so many we have to deal with and who the hell is this guy bro thinks he owns the place or what okay I’m going to sneak over here and uh smelt up some of this beautiful stuff here holy smokes look at that we’re going to be able to get a full set of tools and armor i’m hoping that is going to go down the hatch absolutely perfectly i want to check on the spuds man but they’re freaking guarded by so many different pieces of around the place how are the spuds going h not very good man and they haven’t done very much have they that’s all right we’re here to speed up the process look at that we got 31 bone meal get that up here we need more food hurry up grow grow grow grow we’re just going to grow them old brother get them in there we’re left with four that’s actually not very good but look at that dude look at the food reserves we got 56 spuds let’s get more planted continue the growth look at those food reserves man there’s even more bones to pick up too dude everything is going beautifully for us right now i think I may even double our uh farming area oh this guy’s got an enchanted bow that’s not good oh okay he didn’t even give us any bones for our troubles the bastard all right let’s expand the farm outwards another patch all right we’re left with 12 spuds that’s going to be good enough for now let’s get these cooking alongside the iron and uh I’ll be back once everything is all finished all right the iron is done the food it’s coming along all right let’s craft up our remaining pieces of armor here we got the legs the boots and the helmet oh my god look at that fully kitted on an island on day four unheard of mate now I would actually really love to do some exploring but what time is it dude yeah I have no idea maybe we should just wait until like a morning comes and then uh go from there you know all right I think what I want to do now is actually just get rid of all of this crap and probably just move over to where the farm is right now so let’s just stamp all of this crap and we’re going to pack up and ship ourselves over to the other side of the island oh or should we maybe make a base down here just a temporary starter base i don’t know yeah I reckon we actually just make a starter base down here just to you know get away from the mobs at least all right so I think a worthwhile upgrade to our hole here is definitely going to be like a door of sorts so let’s maybe just make this into like a a beautiful dirt mound here um wow that’s not very good is it um well she’s not a looker but uh it works at least man holy crap look at that at least we have a door we can kind of check what time it is without worrying about getting exploded by creepers and okay so here is our temporary base of operations okay this is how we’re going to get our start you know everyone starts somewhere okay let’s get the crafting we’re going to get the furnace wall and then we’ll get some chests along here this is my lesser known about son Liam do you want to say something to the people there you go okay no brother you cannot eat the microphone dude you can’t grab it either okay it’s time for you to run along i’m sorry here take the take your dummy get this up here get it up here james just woke up from a nap too all right uh but the base is looking good man look at this place all right I’m going to go deal with some kids i’ll be back all right I have returned it’s actually been a full real life day that’s how bad these kids were okay I need to change my mouse over so I’ve still got a broken wrist at the moment so I’m using I’m using like this weird vertical mouse but it’s very like the polling rate is so low that when I move it around it’s very jittery and I want the best What am I trying to say the best footage for you guys see this is just it’s super buttery smooth now with the other one it’s like it’s just Okay oh my god this orange juice brings something out of me i swear all right let’s see what we’re dealing with oh it’s actually night time ooh that is not good okay quick quick we need to sleep before the mobs spawn day five eh we’ve come a long way already day bloody five what do we got full iron holy crap i can’t believe I did that dude we are looking good right now i think it’s time to get a full set of iron tools going oh you beauty should we treat ourselves to a hoe oh why the bloody hell not i reckon we’ll also just get another bucket as well because why the hell not we’re left with four still that’s pretty good so honestly I feel like we don’t really need to go to the mines just yet so I think what we could actually do is make a start on our actual base okay or we could go for a little bit of an explore and see if we can get some building materials and stuff that might be an idea but as for the base I’m thinking smack bang in the center of the island like right here we’ll probably clear away a bunch of this dirt i think let’s start off the day with a little bit of exploring okay because it is early morning it does give us a bunch of time where the hell’s my boat it’s over here but where do we want to head we did have a house over there which might be worth checking out and then there’s a little cluster of stuff over there that looks like a ruined portal there’s also something interesting there and there i don’t know what it is cuz of distant horizons once again but I reckon we head to this one first and then we’ll kind of just peruse the landscape and see what we’re dealing with um so yeah I’ll meet you guys over here all right and here we are we have just arrived we even got like a cute little arrival point i don’t think that’s what it’s meant to be oh Jesus Christ so yeah we got a nice little place we’re dealing with here let’s take a look inside and see you know what’s kicking about i might take that oh there’s a villager i heard him okay he must be upstairs yeah I’m going to snag those candles for myself thank you for that hay bales too look at that we can make some bread but what I might actually even keep this for is wheat for Oh we even got some beef here too um you know animals breeding animals we also got a lantern i’m going to That’s mine sorry brother ooh we got a chest in here some more meat okay that’s actually pretty good let’s take a look upstairs who is up here i can hear someone okay we just got a nitwit piece of guy here another candle i’m taking that too i want every decoration I can get oh we got some decent food here bro look at this okay we got a guy here that we could potentially get some trades set up with to get some books and stuff um or whatever we want ooh that’s actually Look at that we have a village over yonder that’s actually crazy i didn’t even think about villages being a possibility what the hell is that do you see that it’s like a signal flare or something i don’t know if I want to go over there just yet i do want to check out some of these things what do we got here ooh I think there’s actually a chest in that let’s go over that way and see um what we can get all right let’s just do a drive by bang bang what have we got oh my god look at that we got torches iron nine iron a bunch of fish and a saddle and wool oh my god look at it i’m not taking any of this crap we don’t need it sweet ass thanks for that okay let’s go hit up whatever the hell this is i honestly have no idea what that is and we’ll get those ones next um so I’ll meet you guys over here all right what have we got here we’ve got like a big tree i don’t know why a tree has spawned i guess it is oh it’s just part of this house i guess that’s cool little bit of a log pile as well that I may as well just take for myself these guys aren’t going to be bloody using it they’re just It’s just lying around what else have we got a paddic with just grass couple of bloss hanging around okay ooh what’s in here some emeralds some more bread and more saplings and spuds we will always take all that crap what else okay just a couple of beds i’m once again I’m stealing your lanterns brother a lantern mind is an piece of iron saved oh look at that a book that’s actually That is so goated that saves us a bunch of time i’m taking your candles too okay well honestly not the most amazing uh thing but we still got more to peruse for this day before we head back home got a ruined portal and whatever that Oh you know what i actually know what that is oh my god that’s actually goated holy mother of god just you wait and see until we get over there all right ruined portal what are we dealing with what the hell iron nuggets i’ll take them all right we continue on to I think the final structure of the day that we’re going to be able to explore and you know what this is it’s a morselum if we pop this open look at that it’s essentially an above ground spawner which is kind of crazy are you right bro you’re stuck you’re stuck in the weeds right now man see you later this is going to be our XP farm I reckon holy crap dude how good is that if we ever need you know XP for enchanting or whatever we just come straight over here smack some dogs around we can even like set this up to be way easier to use as well i just have a full inventory at the moment we’ll definitely come back here once we actually need this sorry I’m all over the place right now dude i’m hiccoping and burping and I don’t know what’s happening but yeah the sun oh okay we actually did leave it pretty late um Oh god are we going to make it back in time i don’t think so there’s going to be 800 mobs spawned on our island by the time we get back oh god oh this is so bad you know what a useful piece of equipment going to be is is freaking a clock man it’s kind of hard to tell the time of day i don’t That’s probably just a me thing though i am kind of I’m kind of stupid so all right we need to Oh this is my gross old tools we need to We need to quickly sleep before God damn it quick get on the beach and just just hit the sack okay we’re Gucci we’re Gucci i don’t think many mobs spawned they’re literally all zombies there’s one skeleton and one creeper two creepers honestly not the end of the world but yeah we do need to keep track of time a little bit more carefully three okay dude stop it we do have an iron sword now so they should be easier to kill with the the jump smack and run technique okay all right well that was a decent little hall um we didn’t really get any actual like building resources which um I mean that’s that’s fine i think what I want to get started doing now is uh working on our base okay you know I don’t want to live underground forever and I want to start you know trying to get to our goal of transforming this here island into the ultimate self- sustaining island base okay I want Dude I have so many plans for this island i want walls around the whole thing heaps of different buildings and farms and everything dude I’m so excited to get it done so let’s get to it first things bloody first we’re going to need to excavate a bunch of dirt to flatten off this or excavate some dirt and flatten off this level of dirt here i will continue doing this as a time lapse and we’ll also get started building our house so let’s get bloody to it dude well I would have I would have loved for there to be a time-lapse i mean I recorded the whole thing but look at this like other clips you know it shows how long it took there what is this -5 – 6 bro we load in like the time-lapse is here and everything but for some reason when I skip ahead look at this it just restarts back at the back at the beginning man what is this like the only way I can skip ahead is by just speeding it up oh my god but yeah basically as you can see right here this is a very interesting type of time lapse here real time but yeah I I removed that stuff and then I started doing this you know I’m filling in kind of spreading out this landscape a bit dude this is actually a really cool type of time lapse she’s frozen oh there we go okay i don’t know what’s going on there but as you can see there’s the layout dude this thing is so bugged it just restarted um okay but yeah uh essentially cuz that didn’t work oh look at this free bones uh it’s now day eight this is the layout I went with for my house dude i replaced this whole layout like probably eight times dude to get the placement good i wanted it smack bang in the middle of the island and that looks pretty good to me i also did chop down a bunch of trees i’ve also delegated this top area now to be my tree farm i think it’s going to look quite nice and then what I’ve just started doing is excavating a bunch of stone see this goes all the way down and it turns right and goes back down mainly just because I’m afraid of hitting the water because um we’re on like a very tall peninsula basically and essentially what I’m doing now is smelting all of this cobblestone into stone but now the only problem is we have run out of coal and I don’t want to be wasting my wood here to freaking smelt this stuff so what I want to actually do is go for a little bit of a mining expedition primarily for coal maybe for a bit of iron and if we can manage it some diamonds so I might actually Yeah we’re just going to take all of this food here with us and um yeah we’ll see how we go so I’m going to meet you down in the caves and we’ll see we’ll how we’re going to be able to get that okay i don’t know if there’s a villager that trades for it or something i think that’s the only way we’re going to be able to get it unless you know some of those structures that we found they did have grass and stuff on them so I don’t know if one could spawn with a like piece of sugarcane or something on it that would be quite nice if it did we should probably actually do some exploring after this so that we can actually get started growing that if it’s a possibility oh my god dude these caves keep Why is that happening why is that happening i don’t like that one bit i’m nowhere near any deep dark but look at this i don’t care actually we got more diamonds that’s concerning isn’t it it’s happening again i don’t like that one bit i’m getting boys um all right uh once again let’s get started on our time lapse oh my god I’m so sorry but once again I’ve lied to you we’re not starting the time lapse actually just want to make some diamond tools just so you know like that I’ve made them okay i just feel like I have to keep you in the loop you know what I’m saying so there we go we’ve got I just made it I can’t believe that I just made two swords dude you’ve got to be kidding okay at least we can still get the full freaking tool set man I can’t believe I just did that that is the stupidest thing I think I’ve ever done in my life all right I swear to God this time I’m actually going to go start building so let’s get to it okay first and foremost I began building up the bottom floor walls out of textured stone and stone bricks i also slapped on a big doorway some slit windows and got started on the second floor i decided on making this floor out of wood for a bit of a realistic style house and once I had the pillars in I began on a big old curved roof of which I severely underestimated the amount of stone and wood I needed for after getting a couple dormas in I finished the roof and began adding in the rest of the walls out of oak planks and stripped oak wood upon completion of the walls I realized they were quite plain so I began my detailing along with a secondary house extension thingamajiggler to the left side okay and there it is there is well I don’t know if I can call it completed it It did turn out very simplistic looking i will say that much you know there’s not many details here so I feel like I may Yeah I probably should add like some window kind of details cuz that is just very plain isn’t it i may do like this type of deal and then we’ll get this on the top as well yeah I think we definitely need to do that in the windows here cuz they’re just they’re they’re lacking a little bit of that detail you know what I’m saying yeah see it just it just adds that little bit extra detail i feel like it does look weird cuz it kind of sticks out a lot like the base starts at this layer and it it protrudes out one and then two so it might end up looking a little bit topheavy but I think we just need that detail on there i think to match that we do need to add a little roof on that as well let me let me get that added on oh my god i might just chop down some more trees too cuz I’m running out of goddamn wood all right and there it is that is the definitive finished base okay now this thing man let me tell you it turned out freaking huge look at the size of this bad boy holy crap but so I added on some nice little details along the top here like these window thingama jigs i also added some little planter boxes on the side here just because it was very flat and boring before and that’s just kind of helped that a little bit there on the back as well we’ve got the same little window slit additions i would like to get some pot plants on each one of these but um whether that’s going to happen or not I don’t know there’s probably no clay down in the ocean as well but yeah dude look at the inside in here how much space I’ve got and that I’m definitely never going to fill like it’s kind of crazy uh how much space we have that we’re not going to use um but I mean at least it’s there you know you know usually I like to kind of instead of having everything in one base I like to spread everything around like I’ll have an enchanting gazebo storage shed or whatever you know how it is but yeah man we’re already over a quarter now of the way through this and we’ve still got a lot to do okay also I’ve been eyeing off this farm as well i’ve been really wanting to harvest it but I just kind of want to record me harvesting it cuz I want to see how many spuds we get oh yeah dude that’s so good look at that we almost got three stanks only one poison spud as well that’s a good like harvest I reckon i think we are officially like good for food honestly like that’s probably going to last us like the rest of the 100 days I’d say but yeah I think definitely what it is time to do now is h get started on the interior so I’m going to go craft up an absolute metric sheet ton of stuff okay and we’re going to get started decorating this bad boy so give me a second and I’ll be right back all right I’m back and um well it’s a bit crap i don’t really have much annoying that we have this window in the way so you know what i’m just going to I’m just going to get rid of it okay now we do have these windows we got to work around but I do have a bit of an idea for that so we’re just going to stack our chests up like this and then for this top one here we’re just going to do something like that as a bit of a support above the window and I think what I might actually do I’ll have the chests go up around to here and then we’ll have this two block gap and then this two block gap that we can make into a bit of a crafting area i think that’ll be pretty cool and then over on this corner we can just delegate this to a massive freaking smelting wall again I’m going to have to remove this window here and I’m also going to have to sleep real quick before the mobs start spawning come on get in there now once again I don’t have enough freaking furnaces to finish this off right now but that’ll be our smelting area storage that’s going to look actually quite nice once that’s fully like you know done but honestly you know what I feel like doing right now i kind of just feel like chillaxing and doing a little bit of fishing for a while i want to see if I can get some useful books like dude efficiency would be so good right now i do have a couple of books but yeah we got fortune it would be good if we found some diamonds but I really don’t feel like going mining right now okay I don’t want to have to deal with any chance of a warden okay so honestly I’m just going to chill for a bit my wrist is quite actually sore at the moment so dude and these zombies this is the third one that’s come up now it’s starting to piss me off they’re coming from my freaking stone excavation area over here man all right well before we start fishing I feel like maybe we should actually just make a bit of a you know a dock to fish off of okay so I’m actually going to make this into the main entrance for the entire island and we’ll add like a bit of an arrival kind of dock to the front of this here all right there is the dock for now obviously not completed there’s no details on this bad boy but for now I do want to just do some fishing see if I can get a useful enchantment and at least we’re going to get a good stockpile of some fish as well i mean not really that we actually need it but we’re mainly in it for the enchantments yeah let’s just get started fishing all right there is the fishing session completed so here is all of the fish we got surprisingly an exactly a stack of raw cod i did get some pretty decent rods see I got one with luck of the sea 2 i combined it with an unbreaking 31 we got this and then we also got this one that has mending and curse of vanishing which actually does not matter whatsoever so we can get Oh my god that’s 15 levels jesus then we ended up with two books okay we’ve got this one that has protection three aqua affinity actually a very good helmet enchantment for us and then the other book we got not as good uh power four piercing four i mean we did get a power three bow um so yeah maybe we become bow gamers or something i don’t know but yeah that’s about it for everything important we got a good stack of food at least um yeah I think it’s time to get started uh probably building again so yeah all right no I’ve actually lied we are not going to be building right now okay what I want to do is get a little bit of exploring done where the hell’s my boat man where did it go yeah I want to check out more of the structures near us i’m probably just going to explore into the night there’s the boat you bastard because I want to I want to really try and get sugarcane okay it’s going to be really nice being able to you know just enchant everything instead of freaking waiting for books man i think that might be a desert village i think that might be the hay bales there but we need to try and find the spot that’s going to have the most kind of like land around it that a sugarcane could potentially spawn on you know there’s that village over there i think maybe we go over this way because we haven’t gone this way yet there’s actually two I think desert villages and whatever the hell that is i do have my bed on me so if we manage to get back to the island when it’s nighttime we can just sleep like on the dock or something and hopefully skip all the mob crap you know all right I oh look at that three diamonds in the distance there give me all of this juicy juicy business we have not gone far at all which is so good cuz I really don’t like it down here anymore oh there’s more some levels so what I think I might do next is uh if you remember that moselium over Okay buddy you need to get the hell off my island your dog i think what we’re going to do is we’re going to set out to that mosoleum and I’m going to convert it into an XP farm yeah I’m going to get this done as a time lapse I reckon so I’ll probably meet you guys over there and we’ll get started now inside here was quite small and cramped so I cleared out as much crap as I could along with starting on the zombie moving mechanism aka some water they lead out to this spot here of which I constructed a little safe house for once everything was working I spent a couple days here just farming the ever loving crap out of these bad boys attempting to reach a level of 33 so I could enchant two items all right and there we have it i have now finally reached level 33 that took quite a while to do in hindsight I probably could have expanded the size of the spawner to make it a little bit quicker i’m probably going to do my pickaxe because that did have efficiency 4 lined up i’ll probably do an axe as well because we are going to be doing a lot of tree chopping now you know we’re almost halfway through the challenge and I have done relatively like a very small amount of building okay I literally have just made my main base and that is it so I think now it is time to get some building done okay first off we’re of course going to get some res Oh no man the freaking the I seriously need to light up my island and I can’t believe I haven’t done that as well dude it’s just ridiculous come on bed bed bed bed bed sleep please don’t let there be 100 creepers spawned already oh my god we’re good look at that all right okay so for as for enchanting do I want to make a brand new pickaxe i feel like I do let’s enchant this axe oh look at that fortune 3 i don’t know what that’s going to do for us but um we’ll take it ah now we just got unbreaking three i guarantee you if I enchant this that’s all we’re going to get of course it’s just unbreaking three you’reing kidding me god damn it what a joke man that’s actually I knew it would happen too i just knew it i’m pretty happy with that axe though that is going to save us a lot of time when it comes to harvesting wood of which I pretty much need to do a bunch of right now so I’m going to get started on the harvest here i just kind of want to experience how fast this is oh dude that is just crazy good look at that the whole tree is done already i’m pretty much going to harvest everything here and then I’m going to get started building i honestly don’t know what um I think what we might actually do god I don’t know um I’m going to figure it out while I’m harvesting and you guys are just going to see what we build so let’s get to it dude I ended up chopping down so many trees it’s kind of nuts and well what I decided on building was the wall it had helped to have this in first as we can structure the rest of our builds around it and I just feel it’ll be easier that way and dude the amount of wood this thing took up was actually ridiculous now to make this thing look a bit better I opted to strip every other log pillar which definitely made the whole process longer but it was worth it after adding some fences with torches to the wall I began on the pathway next starting with a dirt path and then changing my mind over to stone now it was finally time for an upgrade to the crop field of which I built a big cobblestone border for along with tilling the land and planting as many crops as I could at the moment okay it has been a little while but here is our new and improved island so far so we’ve got the massive freaking farm field uh coming along nicely still a work in progress need to wait for these bad boys to grow so I can continue building the fields but dude this wall actually turned out beautifully like look at this thing it looks so good surrounding the island we’re nice and protected from I don’t know freaking the stupid water zombies that come up and well never really come to the surface or anything so but I mean it’s the thought that counts i just like having it there but honestly what I want to get started doing next is making a mine entrance and a quarry design okay cuz obviously this is my mine here i think my idea is I want to have like a dock that kind of is elevated so it’ll go up and then it’ll go across and then I want it to be kind of like an elevator and the elevator is actually this bubble column that sucks you down i think that would be a really cool design and then as for the the quarry I just kind of want a big open square in the ground with like a crane and stuff and I think it’ll look quite nice um obviously both of those are going to take quite a while especially a quarry you know we’re just digging out a big square i would actually really like to enchant my shovel for that um please let it be something good no I would really like efficiency and unbreaking on both my shovel and pickaxe before I do this it’s just going to make it so much quicker so I’m almost level 30 already i may just get to level 33 and let me see what’s lined up on the pickaxe it’s unbreaking again i guarantee both of these are not going to have any efficiency on them it’s just ridiculous man just can’t believe it i’m probably going to have to get a crapload of levels so oh man I’m not even going to bother doing a time-lapse of it i’m just going to meet you guys back in my base as I’m enchanting these things because man it is just the most boring thing I think you could possibly watch just me AFKing this spawner so I’ll be back all right we are back at the enchanting table with 33 levels i’m going to disenchant my pickaxe so that I can actually re-enchant it um and pickaxe oh my god and it says unbreaking three again oh okay that’s actually good silk touch efficiency four unbreaking three that is goated the diamond shovel though oh my god why oh cuz I’m pretty sure efficiency like four makes it break uh dirt instantly i mean it’s still quicker but it’s not as quick as I want but honestly we’re getting ve very late very quickly in this challenge so I want to get started building like again relatively we have not done a lot of building yet at day 60 which is kind of insane and I want to get some stuff done so it’s time to get freaking to it man i first began working on my very unique idea of a mine entrance the idea essentially being to have an elevator that goes underwater with that done for now I moved over to the plain stone quarry first getting a big old hole excavated of which my new efficiency tools made light work of after adding a stone border I next began on a dirt path that connects all these new builds to my house and to the main path also of course I had to slap a crane in this because it is a quarry of course okay and there are our two brand new builds honestly I don’t know how I feel about this thing it is definitely quite out there uh oh and I actually need to make the water come up to here how the hell can I do that every single block that I can place it against is going to freaking water log it there we go perfect now I definitely kind of want to I don’t know i want to get some upgrades to this it’s very just kind of plain but I don’t know how to detail this man it’s just such a weird build that I’ve never made before it’s just it’s freaking me out so I’m going to come back to it later probably here is the quarry as well definitely a bit better of a build also lacking in the detail oh god damn it let me get some detail i’ll be back all right here’s our new and improved area i’ve just got a bunch of little piles of stone and like kind of storage blocks around this now and it’s looking a little bit better i don’t know i kind of just need to take some time to think about what I could add to both of these builds cuz they just feel kind of plain but uh here is a look at our island so far it’s definitely coming along nicely ooh that reminds me we need to replant these crops now that most of them have grown all right there is the new and improved farm honestly wow we really didn’t get much else planted uh I need a lot more wheat seeds but here’s the hall honestly pretty good in terms of the spuds and the wheat and what I actually want to do next is something I probably should have done a while ago and that is actually try and see if there is a biome near us that will allow us to spawn in some animals so right now as you can see we are in a Stony Peaks biome which does not spawn in animals so I basically just need to kind of do a lap around my island and hope that we can find like a plains biome or something around here something close because man it’s not like I can just kind of build up from the ocean floor and then make a platform i need to build it off of this so however far out we go oh man I need to place so many goddamn blocks oh okay there’s a forest right here right here there’s a forest animals should definitely spawn in that I think now the next thing that definitely would have been a wicked pain in the ass is um waiting for the grass to spread out there but thankfully we actually got silk touch on our pickaxe so what we should be able to do is just dig up a a bunch of grass with our pickaxe all right and now it is time to just build a big ass freaking bridge out to here and start building our little platform okay here we are come on man get off the boat you freak let us commence the building of the platforming okay hopefully this is going to be big enough to spawn some animals and we just kind of need to occasionally check on this I guess so we’ll leave that to go once obviously the grass is kind of spread uh it should start spawning animals i’m also just going to put some torches around i don’t know if that helps but just doing it anyway man you know all right and well now while we wait for those animals to spawn in I guess we should probably start making a place for them to actually live and I think the perfect spot would be right here in this massive little plane right here i don’t know why I say massive and then little like which one is it um so yeah I want to build a barn right here and then like a big animal paddic that would be so nice man now the only thing I’m thinking is like with a barn usually they’re made with like red kind of wood and stuff and I don’t really have any red wood that’s making me think maybe we should go for a bit of an explore and try and find Acacia i remember seeing acacia somewhere dude i don’t know where it was so I think it is time for a bit of an exploration okay I’m going to begin my adventure and I will clock back in with you guys once um we have found something interesting all right I’ve just arrived at this village that we spotted back on like day 10 or something like that oh look at that would you have a bloody look at that a spruce mother humpen tree holy crap all right well there’s our first new type of wood already well that is quite interesting look at Oh and would you look at that too there’s a brute a b a br What the there’s a birch tree there too holy crap all right well we can takeick off two types of wood that we’ve got now um oh my god what’s going on with this guy right here holy crap i need to be very careful if I hit either one of them that guy’s going to kill me in one shot okay you’re stuck there forever sorry brother let’s just steal all of this good stuff hell yeah dude i don’t know if we’re actually going to build anything with spruce i am a bit of a recovering spruce addict he used to be the only kind of wood that I’d just build with you know oh dude come on diamonds you bastard oh and look at that there’s piglets there is pigs dude i don’t even know oh there’s a sheep too i have no idea how we’d get these all the way back to our island i know you could probably Oh no we can get them on the boat we could get them on the boat that is quite interesting obviously we’d have to do two trips but I mean if our spawning platform doesn’t work for some reason oh there’s cows too oh my god okay we’re doing that i don’t know i don’t really have faith in my my spawning platform so I think it might be worth um spending a little bit of time uh bringing those cows back home h there’s also a ruined portal here oh that hurt um what do we got oh there’s my clock look at that all right that’s pretty good now we can keep track of time honestly I don’t know how these work yeah I’m taking a gold block though thanks for that come on man don’t tell me we’re not going to get any spruce saplings from this are you serious i don’t think I’ve ever seen that happen a tree without a single sapling falling well that is unfortunate isn’t it hopefully we find another one all right I’m going to quickly grab our boat and I’m going to try and steal one of these cows all right check it out we got a cow with us the annoying thing is we’re going to have to do two trips of this okay but um uh I’m going to go take this guy back home and I’ll set up a little temporary pen for him and I’ll probably meet you guys back out here somewhere exploring okay oh my god you know what I just realized i could have gotten all the obsidian for my enchanting table uh at the ruin portals scattered all around my island dude you’re kidding me status report i’ve brought one cow back to my island i’m back here past where the other cow is just cuz I’m going to do a little bit more exploring first over here looks interesting it looks like a forest or something i don’t know so I’m going to check this out oh look at that it is it’s a spruce it’s a spruce village oh and what is that that is a big build right there okay all right status report number two this village was actually pretty good look at all that we’ve got heaps of spruce saplings now and what I have also noticed over here oh look at that there is a pillager tower and I don’t know oh that’s like a dark a dark oak freaking forest man what the hell we need an acacia village i need like or a mangrove or something we need like that colored wood you know we’re heading over here um hopefully I don’t die oh man I don’t know if this is worth risking everything for oh man all right we’ll give it a go let’s just see what happens what is that what is that over there i have no idea what that could possibly be what’s in here there’s some little LA guys i honestly don’t remember what they do there’s so many blo what have they got dark oak wood a bottle of enchanting all right thanks for that that’s it that is quite literally it all right we’re out of here i want to know what the hell this is though oh my god no way look at that is that a woodland that’s like a weird looking woodland mansion that must be like a spruce mansion or something i know that the axe wielding guys in there do some serious damage we’ll take a little squeeze if things get hairy we’re gone okay I’m not kidding all right we’re going to make a little side entrance right here dude oh yep those guys are quite these guys these guys right here with the axe they look at Okay if he hit me one more time I would have died just then look at that i don’t think I can risk that to be quite frank oh my god look at the pillar holy crap uh yet i don’t think I can I can do this uh I am not willing to risk all of my progress for whatever the hell is going to be in here oh but am I dude am I all right we’ll just keep our distance if we see one of those guys again we are licickety split out of here all right Skellyy you honestly are nothing compared to that axeman axeman is creepy scary oh dude no okay I’m gone i’m sorry if you really wanted to see some woodland mansion content it’s just simply not happening but you know what I do see i see what looks like an acacia village is it no I think it’s a dark wood village again there’s another one over there uh yeah maybe if we somehow get diamond armor in time like fully enchanted protection for diamond armor maybe we’ll tackle that but right now uh there’s no way brother i’m sorry dude this place actually looks so nice though like imagine if this was in vanilla how crazy would that be that is so good i’m taking your peril this little barn as well ooh that’s just giving me inspiration maybe we could actually just use dark oak wood for this all right honestly um that village was pretty good we got a bunch of good stuff including some dark oak stuff and I think yeah that barn right there has given me some pretty good inspiration i’m going to try and maybe make a bigger version of this maybe a bit more detailed as well back at base so I’m going to take the longer journey back home i honestly don’t even know where the island is and we’ll probably just get straight into the time lapse of building oh actually I need to get the um that other cow as well okay I’ll get that cow and I’ll meet you guys back at base with the time lapse okay getting started on the barn first of which I had to mine a bunch of diorite and deep slate for which kind of sucked uh but it was definitely worth it to make this barn look sweet once I’d gotten that front wall design figured out I moved on to getting the rest of the framework and walls added and then onto the roof with the main build now done we of course needed a big old animal paddic so I built one that kind of conforms to the landscape for something interesting onto the interior of which I felt would look nice being mostly used for storage so I simply placed a bunch of hay bales and barrels around and onto the exterior I repeated those same details around to liven it up a bit all right and there is the barn all completed dude this thing turned out so good i really do like this dark oak wood for the walls as well it’s a really nice contrast with that diorite and do the interior pretty cool i mean maybe this could be like a chicken pen or something i don’t know what this is meant to be and then we got like all these storage things and out the back the big old paddic for the cows and well hopefully eventually some more animals i don’t know why they’re not spawning i don’t know if it’s cuz maybe I’m not close enough or something but well we are now at day 81 and I want to get a lot more things built on this island as you can see right now i mean it is looking a lot better but there’s definitely a lot of space still that we need to you know use up so I think I’m just going to get straight back into building a bunch more crap around the place okay I’m just going to spend like a bunch of time harvesting all of this wood i’m probably going to spread this dark oak forest kind of around the place as well i want to get something built over here maybe like a hunter’s kind of watchtowwer and then over here I want some kind of like a long hallway building I reckon maybe like a storage house something like that and yeah I don’t really know so I’m just going to get started on the time lapse let’s get to it all right so first of all I began work on a bit of a hunter/watch tower thing which I think turned out pretty cool after I redid the roof though cuz that first one sucked ass i then felt these pathways should definitely be stone rather than dirt so I changed them over real quick along with getting a path to the new tower for the next build I worked on a storage house and a very dark block pallet i did feel it needed some lightness to it so I got a big stone tower on the side i then headed onto the interior and got more of an aesthetic layout rather than pure storage as I honestly didn’t really need it anyway continuing on I worked on finally getting the crop field fully planted and looking awesome and I then started finally upgrading the visuals around my house including some hedges rows of sweet berries and just bone mealing a bunch of grass everywhere along with getting a little bit of a sugarcane farm planted too i then also finally upgraded the dock adjusting it more to my liking and adding some extra details okay and wow there we have it i can’t believe that honestly took that long i’m not going to lie I did spend a couple of days just kind of wandering around trying to figure out what to do but honestly I think we’ve hit kind of the perfect state of the island here and I’m super happy with how it turned out and yeah that is the final sunset of the 100 day challenge it’s time to hit the sack okay day one bloody 100 there we are here’s a look at the island in the daytime dude it turned out so
