actually there is a big meaning to these structures next to the pillager outpost as you can see there are pumpkins in these structures similarly you need a pumpkin to produce an iron golem this means the following since pillagers frequently attack villages the villagers decided to make an iron golem to protect themselves since pillagers could no longer attack villages because of the iron golem they imprisoned an iron golem next to that pillager outpost in this way pillagers would produce their own golems by looking at the iron golem but no matter how many attempts the pillagers made none of them were successful
