I Trapped Minecraft’s RAREST Mobs in 24 Hours

minecraft has a ton of rare mobs simply change the color of a sheep and it becomes much rarer breeding axelottles bam you just got yourself an ultra rare mob but it doesn’t even come close to being the rarest there are other mobs that you never knew existed and I’m going to try and capture all of them in just 24 hours starting with the easiest mob the brown sheep which has a 3% chance of spawning naturally the hardest part about trapping Spud will be his enclosure but after a quick floor remodel and putting down some hay that’s the first mob trapped the next rare mob doesn’t actually spawn naturally but I first need to craft a brush you know I seriously think that’s the first brush I’ve ever made and locate a warm ocean biome the brush doesn’t work on normal sand so I need to find suspicious sand i know it spawns around Drown Ruins so I need to keep my eyes peeled looks like we’ve got one right here and that sand definitely looks suspicious okay I’ll stop after sorting through tons of sand hey finally a sniffer egg i do think the sniffer would enjoy a cherry themed enclosure and that is our second rare mob capture the next rare mob requires a trip to the mangro swamp over 10,000 blocks away and it’s here where I can find two frogs and breed them with slime balls after patiently waiting for the eggs to hatch I just need to yo one to get a bucket of tadpoles i headed over to my local snowy biome where I smashed them down because frogs have different colors based on the temperature of the biome that they grow up in the cold biomes create a green frog which isn’t actually naturally spawn making this little fellow rare and since he’s all grown up I can bring him all the way back to his enclosure which I decorated with some grass water and lily pads i’ve already trapped three rare mobs and as the video progresses the mobs are going to get progressively rarer starting out with the rare mobs but then we’ll move to the super rare and then the ultra rare mobs where I can attempt to find the rarest mob in Minecraft in the meantime though let’s take a trip to the end dimension where I’m going to bridge away from the island and build a platform with snow because I want to create a naturally spawning snow golem out it’s technically not possible however if an Enderman were to pick up a carved pumpkin and place it on two snow blocks theoretically it could be naturally small because carved pumpkins can be found naturally at pillager outposts so I’m basically just speeding up the process well at least I thought I was this is taking a while so let’s put a bot here to AFK while I capture some more mobs and for the next mob I need a pillager and I know exactly where to find one these guys have been here for ages and it’s about time I took care of them dude why’ you have to fall into the cave i’m not going to build you a staircase out i built him a staircase out and then killed him for in compliance and found another one i brought him this boat here sir your ride awaits you and once I get in with him he can shoot me but it doesn’t actually hit me why i don’t know i’m literally sitting two pixels in front of him either way I sat there watching YouTube for 15 minutes while he kept shooting oh I think he finished he shot his crossbow so many times that it broke and now I can trap a peaceful pillager oh that’s a bit high with each box getting higher and higher it’s making it hard to get the mobs in so I’m thinking some dirt and rails will do just the trick if I spiral them up with a platform at every box so all we should have to do is put a mob and a minecart and are you serious perfect first try and you might not even realize it but the endermite is a rare mob with it only having a 5% chance of spawning when throwing an ender pearl an end themed enclosure seems appropriate and I have endstone but I need to travel to the end for some of the flowers if I shoot them with a bow they drop and I can use them as decoration for the enclosure now just to spawn the ender bite ow this hurts hey there we go eli will love his new home for the next mob I’m going for a colorful enclosure so I grabbed a bunch of different wool colors and placed them in a stripe pattern for the rainbow effect the only other thing I need is a sheep and if I name him Jebore he automatically starts changing colors now that’s pretty cool and rare if you ask me since it’s starting tonight it’s a good time to try and find a naturally spawning zombie villager which like the enderm might only has a 5% chance of spawning i’m seeing a lot of normal zombies maybe over there by the forest we’ll have some luck oh yes there’s one now I just got to figure out how to bring you back normally I would just boat him but if I try that ow ow nope nope nope nope can’t do that i could have him just follow me slowly but I’m not doing that for over 500 blocks so I trapped him in a hole and axe marks the spot i grabbed some obsidian and built a Nether portal that connects right next to where he is here buddy take this hat so you don’t burn and follow me it was a relatively short trip over the Nether roof but that still only took me to my storage this way dude down the stairs and into the boat oh wait shoot i forgot about that okay wait you just want to come to me oh nope nope he’s under water cuz he’s going to drown i ended up building him a small bridge to get over the river and then just leading him to the rail line where I could send him up to his enclosure he was definitely more tricky but this next one will be even harder our next mob can be found in a woodland mansion and if I pull up my map we can see if we head east there’s a woodland mansion right there and in order to transport a mob that far of a distance I’m definitely going to need some obsidian for a portal oh we’re out good thing in the Nether I’ve got a chest full of obsidian here i do love my piglin trader now I only need some rails a minecart and I’ll grab a boat and now through this portal there should be a woodland mansion oh I am so smart now the mob we’re looking for is an Invoker and I don’t know if these guys have a special spawning place but I assume Oh hello i see one he’s got the orange coat right there all right first we got to take these vindicators out oh wow they hit really hard okay oh no nope ah get out blade now that the vindicators are gone it should just be the evoker in there let me get my boat out oh I hate these guys what art what art no all right come on all I need to do is get him in the boat boat boat boat yes he’s in the boat fly away fly away fly away as soon as he was in the boat it was as simple as creating a rail path to the portal building a line of rails around the boat and then driving the boat onto the line of rails so that I could pick up the boat and the evoker in a minecart there he goes no no no yes okay i don’t know how that worked and perfect now before I bring him back to the enclosure I’m going to be smarter about it this time and build a portal that links directly to his enclosure but before bringing him I do want to decorate this if I head back to the woodland mansion I can steal some of these blocks to replicate the theme of the woodland mansion i’m going to start off with a birch floor and add a carpet on the right hand side with a little table and some flowers i’ll add the Vex’s head and now I just got to get the evoker in the minecart bring him all the way back and just like that we’ve trapped another rare mob but before mob is an enderman holding mycelium and myelium can only be found in mushroom biomes and since mob spawning is disabled there you’ll never actually find an enderman holding my unless of course you grab a boat kidnap an enderman surround it with myelium and then wait oh there you go and after building the second end enclosure of the video we’ve got ourselves a rare enderman and after trapping the enderman I was flying to get started on the next mob when this happened oh I was not expecting that okay these guys are pretty rare wait we need to capture these guys wait I got to go get a lead quick i got a lead in a saddle and headed back to where they had spawned i wanted to get them in a hole quickly in case it turned to day because I wasn’t sure if they would burn and I was definitely struggling and trying to do that after getting one of them successfully in a hole I used the saddle on just the regular skeleton horse and rode it back to the enclosures and this will be our first super rare mob i then decorated both of the enclosures and then I could bring the other skeleton horse to the enclosure as well marking the completion of the first two super rare mobs but before moving on to the rest of the super rare mobs I need to finish up the final rare mob which if you remember from the beginning is a naturally spawned snow golem so uh they don’t appear to be liking this let me try changing up the design and maybe it’ll help i went with a more spread out design and hopefully this helps make me a snow golem oh look at that we’ve got one snow golem i need you to come with me i brought him through the end portal and now I have to figure out how to transport him over a thousand blocks all right um well come on let’s get going oh oh no no oh well we’re back to this again hey there we go i decided to stick to a boat this time and use the river to my advantage using a piston I can raise him up onto my museum and then just walked him the rest of the way but before I send you up I need to set up your enclosure and I’m thinking a lot of snow will do the trick i’ll add some pumpkins too oh we don’t want you and hopefully he enjoys his brand new home now for the rest of the super rare mobs I’m going to need to get myself a trident and some extra levels after buying the channeling book from a librarian I now have a trident that can summon lightning during a thunderstorm i also enchanted it with loyalty and this is so awesome i can absolutely hawk it and it’ll come right back to me wait wait wait wait wait get sniped in total there are three mobs I want to trap that have a secret effect when being struck by lightning pigs mushrooms and creepers are all affected but for insurance purposes I’m going to wait on the creeper but obviously I can’t do anything until there’s a thunderstorm so let me go trap the next rare mob and a mob I’ve been meaning to try out for a little while now is this wandering trader that’s been hanging around and it’s simple enough because if I just get the trader in a boat he can lead the llamas and we’ve got quite the parade going on i then can bring them back give them a nice enclosure with plenty of flowers and send them up the rail line oh oh no after a couple minutes of trial and error I managed to get all the llamas in and I know that the wandering trader despawns automatically no matter what you do but I’m hoping if I grab two name tags and name tag the llamas that they won’t despawn either way I’ll uh obtain the wandering trader’s head so no matter what happens he can always be there in memory and with the wandering traders complete we can move on to one of my personal favorite mobs for this mob I need to head to the Nether where I need to get one of these hoglins all right sir right this way i’ll grab him the lead and bring him through the portal wait where’d he go um okay maybe they need to be name tagged before they go through the portal great now I got to find another one oh hello there right this way you can be chopped and please don’t disappear on me nope did he disappear nope there he is and now the hoglin’s not rare by itself but you can see he’s shaking hey there he goes now he’s a Zoglin and this texture I got to say is really cool so now I just got to walk them all the way back through the enclosures and you can stay here while I get your enclosure ready i also need to build a path up to the enclosure because Zaglins can’t ride boats so I won’t be able to send them up through the minecart rail line all right come on sir oh shoot i totally forgot to decorate this um well you can just chill there then i’ll just throw down a quick floor a little tree in the corner and some fungus i don’t know he probably likes that all right welcome to your new home i’m still waiting on the thunderstorm and I’m also having way too much fun with the trident dude this is the literally spear fishing get sniped wait wait wait wait bomb okay I’m getting too distracted with this i need to get our next mob first let me deposit all the materials from the zaglin into the storage system craft up some more leads cuz you never know and the next mob is a screaming goat i know I’ve got some sort of snowy biome portal over this way ah yes there it is screaming goats only have a 2% chance of spawning and I’m pretty sure they were added just as a joke but the way to figure out if a goat is screaming is by punching it he is not screaming [Music] oh nice jump dude is that a screaming goat i’m pretty sure this guy no not that guy no wait where’d he go yeah this guy right here that’s awesome you can wait here and I will set up a portal for us i know keep on screaming you can chill in the boat while I set up your enclosure let’s see if I can replicate like a snowy mountain and then with some ice on the floor yeah that looks about accurate i just got to extend the rail line to the enclosure oh wait i totally did the wrong enclosure oh well up you go welcome home and other than the three lightning affected ones the last super rare mob is a crying panda well the good news is our enclosures are right next to a huge jungle bio so there should be a panda somewhere around here because the crying panda is really rare and I have a feeling we’ll be needing to breed a lot of pandas why can’t I find any pandas maybe the giant recreation of my play button has scared them off i didn’t think the normal panda was rare look at a cow on a tree i know pandas have a super high spawn rate in bamboo biomes so I quickly located the nearest one built the portal and there we go you’re coming with me you can’t lead pandas they’re so slow guys please hurry hero is just eating finally I got them through the portal yeah I’ve got like 700 blocks to go with these guys this absolutely calls for a big rail line so I spent the next 15 minutes building a custom rail line for them and building them their own special portal to this big hole that I dug so that I can begin breeding them wow that was uh a project now I just got to breed them a lot these are supposed to be rare this is the second panda I’ve bred wow okay well so let me just build up their enclosure first let’s make him grow up and let’s go in you go and that’s another mob trap back to waiting for that thunderstorm okay I’m bored so while I wait for a thunderstorm I’m actually going to extend the super rare mobs by one and let’s catch ourselves an invisible spider if I were an invisible spider I would probably enjoy a deep slate enclosure and I’ll throw a lantern in there just for that mineshaft vibe so now I just got to wait till night now I don’t know how rare this invisible spider is but I know it’s going to be even more difficult to capture because well it’s invisible so I think at least for the first night of searching I’m just going to fly around and test my luck i tried a couple different strategies i first tried just flying around normally and then I transitioned into flying straight up and down and just doing a quick check every time a new batch spawned i then realized if I just left my camera pointed down I could just fly up and down spawning in new waves and not even moving i then went back to just flying around cuz I got bored all right well the first night was unsuccessful but I’ve got a plan that can hopefully increase our chances for tomorrow night and all I need is a whole bunch of dirt i decided to make a large dirt platform that all the mobs can spawn on and that way I won’t have to deal with any hills or trees getting in the way of my visibility they’ll all be on just a flat surface now I can use this platform as the spawning source for the mobs and just in time too because it’s turning to night so then for the entire night I just repeated what I had done last night flying up down up down up down in search of a rare mob oh a spider jockey oh he just fell oh no no this is good fall yeah oh if I find a rare mob in here how am I going to get it out i think I’ll be better suited to do that over here as much as the dirt platform is useful one night of searching just resulted in a dead rare mob wait did I just see something oh oh he’s an invisible spider i don’t know how I saw that so let’s quickly name tag him and will he go in a boat no it doesn’t look like it so I just got to get him to follow me which is going to be very painful okay so let me just get him in a minecart that way I can just make a rail line and then send him off i’m so happy I got him you won’t believe how hard it is to spot an invisible spider when flying around you’re joking guys it’s 2:30 a.m the spider’s in there you just can’t see it he’s right there see him that took way too long it’s raining again still no thunderstorm this is getting ridiculous so I just built up the enclosures for the pig mushroom and creeper and it’s about time we moved on to the mega rare mobs because I don’t have that much time to waste now for our mega rare mobs there are two that require a lot of breeding the first one is the brown panda and good thing I have this big old bamboo farm because I have a feeling I’m going to need a lot of bamboo and it’s pretty convenient because earlier I already got pandas so now I don’t have to worry about that and I just got to breed them and while I get started on that I’m also going to work on the blue axelottle and I first need to actually find one and I know that they spawn underground in these lush caves hey there’s one can I pick it up please there we go now I just need one more hey you can come with me and now we got two axelottals time to do a lot of breeding and now in order to farm the thousands of tropical fish I’m going to need to breed all the axelottals i first need to head over to the warm ocean biome and then build a checkered floor alternating between soul sand and wood we got to get our daily panda breeding in now that the floor is done I can build up the walls which are super tall and of course got to make sure to breed the pandas what i’ve bred like five pandas well panda luck is through the roof today i guess all there’s left to do is get the axelottle now I’ve got the shell built up and now I need to fill this thing with water so a simple dirt railing in an L shape and now I need to fill up this ring with water now I’m going to break the floor so that the water can flow down and now on every sole sand against the wall I’m going to place a piece of kelp now I got to bone meal this thing up to the roof by doing this this turns this row into source blocks and then once I do this wall it’ll automatically fill up the entire thing like so lots of bubbles i’ve got a fully functioning tropical fish farm look at that they’re already starting to come up all I need to do now is build an area where I can breed the axelottles and craft up a bunch of buckets so let’s get breeding and the axelottle breeding started off strong with me breeding hundreds and hundreds of axelottles until this happened wait a second wait a second it It’s thundering i’m pretty sure I just saw a thunder wait let’s check this out yes okay wait wait wait wait i need to get back to the get back to the base quick quick quick quick quick okay it’s like 1:30 a.m i was not expecting this come on hurry up hurry up hurry up hurry up all right ready one one perfect now I need a creeper boom no what no where’ the thunder go and since thunderstorms have less than a 1% chance of spawning I don’t know if I’ll encounter another one before our time runs out so slightly disappointed I took the mobs I had back to their enclosures and got back to breeding axelottals and then I kept on breeding hundreds and hundreds more axelottles until what do you know it happened again okay wait i wasn’t recording but I just heard a thunder i need to go check it out all right there’s got to be a creeper around here somewhere right there perfect yes oh you look so cool i think this is the first time I’ve ever gotten one of those okay wait i need a name tag and also a boat because I really don’t want him despawning oh nope don’t don’t perfect in the boat wait actually let me just craft up a bunch more boats and see if I can’t get a creeper closer to the enclosure oh yes perfect boom in the boat oh this guy’s right next to them let’s name you Corbin and just to be safe I trapped two more and this is the part where I have to be really careful because I got to transport charged creepers all the way up there without blowing them up or they could destroy a lot of my enclosures so let’s jump right in first I extended the rail line and made sure it was all connected up to the enclosure i used glass on the back of the enclosure so that he doesn’t accidentally suffocate in the walls like a certain spider did now this guy’s the closest to the enclosure so let’s try him first and if it doesn’t go well well we’ve got backups now the trick is to get a rail line around him so that the minecart can pick up the boat test one is underway ow well we got ourselves a new rail line test two 100% success rate oh it actually worked and there he goes let’s hope for the best oh that looked pretty good hey now we just got to get rid of the boat and the mine cart if I quickly destroy the glass and get the minecart that was actually relatively painless thanks creeper and you already know we’re going right back to those axelottals 6 hours in baby baby let’s go let’s go this singular little axelottle took me 9 hours i am never doing this again but that’s only one out of the five mega rare mobs and I have the brown panda from earlier so after gathering a bit of jungle resources I can make him a nice cozy enclosure i definitely think he’d enjoy a lot of bamboo and a little bit of greenery to top it all off i feel like he’s close enough to where I don’t have to minecart him in and I can just build him a staircase all right one of you come with me i forgot how slow these guys were and there we are and now we’ve got our second mega rare mob the next two mobs are pretty similar given that they’re both villagers as you know they are different villages based on the biome that the village spawns in making it impossible for the jungle and swamp villagers to spawn naturally but to actually obtain these mobs I need to breed villagers in their respective biomes and I’ll start off with the jungle by building a rail line which I can then send the villagers on after digging them a cozy hole I fed them some carrots with the hopes of breeding a jungle villager oh well you’re not a jungle villager not only does the jungle villager not spawn naturally but when breeding it’s not even 100% guaranteed making it even rarer oh oh it’s a jungle baby yes i built him a small jungle biome and now it’s time to grab two more villagers and bring them to the swamp biome i then bred them to get a swamp villager oh yes look at you he’s got himself a green hat and a mushroom in his back pocket i think this might be my favorite villager texture as always got to make him a nice little enclosure well hello there that’s right we’ve only got one mob left and to do that this one’s going to require a big old farm this is because the rarest mob in Minecraft is a very specific chicken jockey and since I’ve only got 5 hours left I highly doubt I’ll be able to get it considering nobody has actually ever found this mob but I got to work immediately building up the chicken jockey farm because I plan to use these 5 hours to find the rarest chicken jockey possible now the way this farm works is at the top here there’s a timer and every time it goes off water buckets are dispensed on all these platforms where the mobs will spawn and then be pushed off here they’ll then be funneled down into the center and using this contraption here all the chicken jockeyies will get sorted out and sent here where they’ll be stacked into mine carts and then stored in this bubble column so I’m just going to use the rest of my time here to AFK this and see how rare of a mob we can get [Music] all right well the 4 hours is up so let’s check our progress oh I’m stupid i had intended to get normal chicken jockeyies but then I put them in a bubble column so they turned to drowns and even though this isn’t exactly what I was looking for a baby drowned riding a chicken is actually rare really rare so now I just got to get you over 5,000 blocks to the enclosures okay well this might be a slight challenge so I quickly grab some name tags a lead and a helmet i’m first going to give him the helmet so that he can hopefully be transported during day okay he stole the helmet well that failed i got to make sure to name him no no [Music] okay play nice we need to go yes yeah let’s go oh we got to start heading down all right soft landing jim jim let’s go all right jim through the portal my friend my young friend nothing can stop Jim 3.0 though i tried bringing the portal to him but I realized they don’t go through portals so I had to fly him
