A Cozy Rainy Night On The Farm – Stardew Valley
welcome back everybody to another Peaceful Pixels video and this one we’re going to be working on our distillery a bit more but before we start I just want to thank you for coming to this video and tell one person about this cozy little channel that I finally built out all right so if you didn’t see the last episode which is fine completely fine uh we basically clean up the farm put a bunch of hops down which will make ale I believe and then we put a bunch of wheat down which will make beer so this over here I believe is blueberries and then over here is tomatoes we actually might uh I’m not sure what we’re going to add we might add some actual extra stuff maybe in a different spot i’m not sure where we want to put it maybe down here well we are mowing the grass so we might just take it and put it down here uh have two silos full already but I’m going to leave a little bit of grass uh down here just so we can have it grow back and we don’t have any animals yet but even if we do let’s just take it out actually it’s fine if we take it out we can always just plant some grass starters later cuz I already have uh some of those i have the recipe for that and it only costs like 50 fiber or whatever so it’s not a big deal right now we’re worried more about just setting up this distillery fully but the blueberries and the tomatoes they’re just kind of there just to have a extra crop on the field instead of doing all uh of this i mean I wouldn’t mind doing all of it being you know beer related but beer does take a little bit a good amount of time to process but 3 days so because of that um we probably can’t do the entire farm cuz if we did do the entire farm we probably would never be able to process that much wheat you know in the time that it takes unless we had you know buildings upon buildings upon buildings of uh kegs and you know all that going 24/7 which we could that’s that’s always a possibility we could have a couple of brew houses as we could call it i mean we’ll see what happens but right now I do need the money and the kegs are a bit expensive for us because we do need to get if I’m not Let me see what we got let’s see what do I need for a keg exactly i need is it oak resin i know it’s wood and wood copper bars iron bars and oak resin to actually make the kegs and that’s pretty expensive for us right now because we don’t have any oak resin and you can’t buy it you have to make it so one goal that we definitely have is to basically give us a section of the farm that’s going to be all oak trees i don’t even know why I’m coming down here but well we can just pick up some stuff here just some foraging items cuz why not but I hope you’re enjoying these starting videos by the way there is a link to the playlist at the bottom of uh at the need to make our way to Jojo Mart really quick to go get some hops uh the plants let’s go ahead and How you doing buddy i know it sucks working here probably i’ve worked in a grocery store before and trust me it’s uh it’s not fun wasn’t my greatest time and I wouldn’t go back and I still dream about it sometimes sometimes I’ll sit here you know I’ll be dreaming it’s like I’m working there again but it’s like I don’t know how to clock in that’s the that’s the nightmare every time is I’m working at that store i don’t know how to clock in like I don’t have my number or something and it’s like you know I’ve been working there for like months and they owe me a bunch of money and it’s like well how do I get the money like every time I come here I can’t clock in but it’s like I have to work or I’ll get fired it’s like Yeah so have those dreams a lot or or the dream of going back to school you know but like in a weird way it’s like maybe I could write a book about it i wrote a bunch of books by the way um mostly horror so that’s not going to help you sleep might make you not sleep but um yeah like I I’ll have dreams about like going back to high school or whatever or sneaking into the high school but I’ll be like you know I’m 36 now as of recording this oh god I’m getting old i feel old anyway but I’m 36 right now so I’ll sit here and I’m just like uh I’ll be in high school again but it’s like I keep I I stay in a senior year and I never leave it’s like you know it’s like the end of school I’m supposed to graduate but it’s then it’s like well I’m coming back next year to hang out or whatever i’m just like you know there’s something weird like that and it’s like I get just get stuck in this loop of never leaving and I promise you I I I promise you 100% on everything that is holy i I will I will promise you on Papa’s future grave as dark as that sounds that I hated high school and I would never go back you couldn’t pay me a million bucks to set foot back in those places well maybe go in there for like a reunion or something sure but I’m talking about like going back as like a as a student uh-uh you you’d have to pay me a million bucks to even do one semester of that crap i I hated it i hated every second of being there i hated my life at home i hated my life at high school i legit would get in trouble just so I could go to ISS which is a um detention as some people call it i would straight up go to detention just to get quiet like I would just you know go and you know tell someone to f themselves or whatever back in the day just to get I’m you know what I’m going to do we’re going to do something a little bit uh Yeah we’re going to make it the first of summer just so I have plenty of time here i know that’s it’s not good but it is a little cheaty but I don’t care so now we’re back on the first day of summer again just cuz uh that’s a little thing and it doesn’t affect anything by the way it might like make a a festival happen twice but it’s fine but I did that just so I wouldn’t have to tear down my distillery you know before it fully plants cuz it takes about a week for the hops to get ready so it’s fine though regardless anyway yeah I hated high school i was not a fan college was okay i went to college for two years got a degree in IT and then you know I don’t know if I ever really you well I kind of guess I used it it got me into working at um Microsoft for a bit and it got me like as a a low-level break fix sort of you know grunt tech I guess you could call it then I was a manager for a bit but that was not really because of my degree really that was just because I was there and you know I was the top performer physically you know I got stuff done at a crazy fast rate so they made me the boss of that section for a while but yeah I swear oak trees are just kind of difficult difficult to even find at this point unfortunately i keep looking for them but it’s like every like none of them are oak you know what did we get any We didn’t even get a cone from that either uh Well how much resin do I need per keg one i think that says one all right we’re not we’re technically cheating but don’t tell nobody i I just cheated in a bunch of acorns so I can actually plant these trees don’t tell nobody this will be our little secret that I cheated in freaking acorns by the way I’m not editing in that thunder that’s actually just coming from the game let me turn it off if I can options i don’t see a way to turn off the the thunder sounds but just take it as an add-on for this one day in game what do I need i forgot what I need i think it’s a rock a rock and a weed is how you get tree fertilizer i know they call it fiber it’s a weed that’s what it is it’s a weed there’s some i got it ain’t no fiber it’s a weed might be some hippie way calling it what’s this fences hedge fence oh that’s like if I wanted like hedges in front of the house or something nah I ain’t interested in that right now tree fertilizer that’s what we want it’ll just make the trees grow just a slightly faster there now all our trees are fertilized i don’t know exactly um I don’t know how much faster it does it let’s see does it tell us sprinkle on a wild tree to ensure rampid growth even in winter doesn’t work on fruit trees okay well regardless they’re all fertilized now and that’s one little stash of them that That’ll be I think that’ll be actually fine that’s fine i think I might put a a shed right here though i’m I’m thinking about seriously putting a shed right there so we can just put all this stuff inside one of the sheds so it’ll be neater i’ll just move the chest over there i don’t know if that’s in vanilla or if that’s something that I know that there’s a mod where you can actually pick up the chest like you would just any item and um move it you know let’s go and put the chest right there for now well Robin’s not Well Robin could be open if I We’re not going to do that we’re not going to wake her up for that go pet the Bubba and there we go spreading weeds damaged your farm well that’s fine cuz we actually do need fiber fiber does help with stuff fiber in the game like Oh what on earth happened here one of my hops plants got killed by something it’s the weeds i think it is yeah one of the weeds killed my fiber one of my um hops plants couple of them died it’s fine i ain’t going to replant them though it’ll just be a losing battle after a while all right so while we do this we’re going to actually go to the mine for a bit now you may wondering why are we going to the mine because that’s where we can find stuff that we need like copper and iron bars now where is We actually We probably should just go to Skull Cavern because that’s probably where you find more of it where is it in here desert Skull Cavern there we go let’s take the elevator all the way down to level 300 got a totem got another crystalarium i didn’t mean to do that but here we go actually remember we can actually bring our um tractor in here with us strange funny enough I can’t even hear the tractor that’s weird i want I want to hear the noises give me a second to get this going whoa that’s too loud that’s good enough yeah that’s good enough almost might be a little loud but I’ll turn it down and post it it won’t You won’t notice it see what I mean if you go deeper in the skull cavern you can I don’t know what those things are but come on there you go uh I think the deeper you go the more likely you are to hit ore and that’s what we’re looking for is ore in general what is this it’s one of those things now even though we have that shed that we need actually that’s one thing we should work towards is that shed which will probably be the brewery honestly we’re not probably going to use that for processing non-alcohol stuff but that that’s a ways off because we have to get a lot of ore and a lot of I think it’s like 20 iron bars a bunch of batteries which batteries co literally cost bat wings which is a opposite of him i’m actually trying to make you relax and cozy and calm and sleep you know he’s trying to wake you up and feel like you’re you’re on some type of stimulant when you watch him which that’s fine i mean he’s the biggest dude biggest channel in the world and God bless him for it but just not what I want to go for but I do respect him i do respect the fact that he uh spent all that time and effort and grind and got lucky enough to do what he does even though I wish he would acknowledge the luck factor um not saying he’s bad for not acknowledging but I feel like he when he talks about you know the whole oh it’s all knowledge you know if you knew what I knew you could be 20 million subscribers and all that i feel like that that that gives people the wrong impression and it makes people kind of go crazy trying to figure out what secret sauce he has you know when in reality even he has peaks and valleys like I I’ll put it this way every company no matter how big goes up and down in value you know and they all have failed you know stuff that happens right think about it sierra Mist from Pepsi i know we went from Mr beast to Soda but just or you know whatever you want to call it uh star which used to be Sierra Mist and it is still the same thing it’s just a different name um they ride forever and spent ungodly amounts of money trying to make Sierra Mist able to compete with or even you know overcome Sprite or Seven Up even i don’t know if I don’t know who was uh if Seven Up was as big or they were trying to beat Sprite is the point so Pepsi who was one of the biggest companies on Earth probably the biggest food company on Earth aside from maybe Nestle but probably Pepsi beats them cuz Pepsi makes soda so it makes Pepsi Mountain Dew you know all the other you know Star all the stuff that Pepsi makes right pepsi also owns Yum Brands which owns Pizza Hut Taco Bell most of your restaurants fast food places are Yum Branded if they’re not McDonald’s and not Hardies you know and not Chick-fil-A they’re probably owned by Yum Brands i’m almost positive that that uh what do you call it pizza Hut KFC Taco Bell Long John Silvers um I don’t know about Arby’s maybe but I think like those those brands that I just named off for sure are Yum Brands and Yum Brands is owned by Pepsi well guess what Pepsi also owns they own uh Fredo fredo Lelay who make you know Doritos and Frito chips and Fredo Lelay and Lays chips and all of it all the chips that you probably eat are made by Pepsi cuz the entire company name I believe is Fredo Pepsi Lelay maybe but I know that they’re all the same company so Pepsi owns that and then Pepsi also owns a ton of other brands water i think it’s is it uh Aquafina is Pepsi i think pretty sure is a Pepsi product and then I think there’s an iced tea that they also make i can’t remember what it’s called it’s not Arizona I don’t think but they make an iced tea variant i think they might own Liptin or maybe that’s Nestle but that’s the thing all these all these companies hope this talk is boring and helping you sleep all these companies are owned pretty much by each other like they buy out these companies or start these companies and they compete with themselves a lot you’ll have like this is this is especially a thing and uh what is it called like like uh laundry detergent like Uni Lever owns a ton of stuff proctor Gamble owns a lot you know so it’s like there’s this uh corporate map you can look up on Google that basically has you know like the this thing in the middle and the thing in the middle is all the big you know holding companies like Pepsi and uh Nestle and Unilever and all those companies and all the brands that they put out and it’s ridiculous cuz there are some of them that are like you know I think Gain and Tide might be owned by the same company it’s like they’ll literally compete with themselves so nobody can call them a monopoly basically which is wild so they do own a lot of companies that you would think it’s like “Oh what’s better Gain or Tide?” It’s like they’re the same company you know same person getting the money i mean personally that’s I use all all free and clear because that’s what’s best for my skin and also um I have eczema really bad on my on my forearm so when I use all it helps me not break out anywhere else cuz I’ve had other skin issues because of you know stuff like Tide and um others they’re not too bad on me but like you know the I still think Tide Free and Clear is pretty good but I use all because it’s the one that’s like you know literally the people that run some eczema foundation say it’s the best one and it’s cheap so I use it and um it works for me so whoever makes them thank you you know and it it seems to work for me but also Papa uh I make sure to you know wash all her blankets in it because she’s a weenie dog well weenie dogs if you didn’t know this are hounds and a hound is a is a smelling dog I guess you or scent hound whatever you call them they’re hunting dogs they’re meant to smell and track animals well dogs already have a sense of smell that’s ridiculously sensitive and they can smell way better than we can now you imagine washing papa’s laundry you know not her laundry but her blankets and stuff she lays on all the time and like you know the stuff that makes up her bedding and if you washed it with something like Gain which is ridiculously scented to the point where it burns my nostrils when I freaking smell it imagine what it makes her feel like you know when she smells a billion times better than I do she’s smelling that stinky game you know laundry soap then it’s going to make her breathing you know not feel too good i mean she has no breathing problem scooter did but she doesn’t but I don’t want her to feel uncomfortable ever if I can help it you know switching brands to help my skin and help her you know breathing long term is you know absolutely worth the worth any tradeoffs but it works for us i mean you know their clothes don’t stink they come out you know clean enough like I don’t roll around in the mud or have kids and I don’t play baseball or anything where I would have to worry about stains but based on consumer reports if I’m not mistaken I believe they actually said that uh all free and clear which I’m not endorsed by the way it’s obviously it’s dish it’s literally laundry soap that you can get at Walmart or anywhere i think their reports actually said all free and clear was the best one for bad skin like eczema and all that and it’s worked great for me i can’t remember what the one I used to tore up my allergies i think the game definitely did and um I can’t remember what I was using for a bit but it made my allergies really bad and it made my skin really screwed up and I can’t remember what it was but it might have been regular Tide actually no I know what it is it was that Tide 10 times cleaning power stuff that’s like you know overpowered or whatever and it just tore my skin to pieces oh my god it was so bad it just made me break out awful on my shoulders and it was so itchy and and nasty so never using that again i threw all that out i threw all of my detergent stuff out except for the stuff I use now so learn from my mistake plenty of iron ore which is what we need we need those bars you know I never thought about like digging up the like the dirt stuff with a with a hoe a little reference to the other channel um with a hoe to check that dirt but you actually find a lot of stuff in the dirt in these mines like outrageous amounts of loot come from like just the dirt by itself just uh need to hotkey that somehow cuz to to summon my tractor inside the mine I have to hit backspace but I’m using a controller and I’m actually switching we’re not going to switch but I’m going to try another controller today i just you know once in a while I just feel like I need to change something up around here and today I’m going to try out a controller I’ve been really thinking about trying for many for a while um and they have it at Walmart it’s the Nikon NAC I believe uh PlayStation 4 style controller that’s wired and it cost 40 bucks which is way more expensive than what I’m using right now which is a Logitech F310 which is about $10 or 15 you know on Amazon and I’ve used Boyoy controllers before and I like them and you know they’re not nowhere near as sturdy as a Logitech but they’re pretty good for 15 bucks if you like the 360 style controller but I’m I’m okay with the the Xbox controller layout but I’m feel it’s a lot more comfortable to play like the PS PlayStation shape you know both are fine though i don’t like the new uh Xbox controllers though at all i don’t like how heavy they are i don’t like how the D-pad feels absolutely just horrible feels like just like a flat pad you just kind of This one kind of has a flat pad too this elevator but it’s it’s a different thing it’s like a flat kind of clicky feels incredibly imprecise when I’m trying to do stuff in a retro game i just don’t like it don’t like the feel of the Xbox core controllers but I like the 360 controller i think that’s one that was the perfect Xbox controller but the 310 from Logitech for me is at least top three that I’ve ever played let’s say the original Super Nintendo controller PlayStation 2 controller the original maybe the PS3 controller as well we’ll toss that in there cuz the PS3 controller was incredibly comfortable but it was a nightmare to set up on Windows that’s what I’m kind of hoping to get out of this PS4 one cuz I remember the PS4 controller was incredibly comfortable as well so I’m a huge fan of the I don’t I don’t play I don’t have a PlayStation and I haven’t since the PS3 and I don’t intend on buying another one especially for the prices they want but controller-wise I’ve always felt like Super Nintendo was probably my favorite then PlayStation 1 through 4 i haven’t played the PS5 controller yet but it looks nice and um but this controller I’m using now is kind of sort of like a a PC thing it’s always been around even since like Windows XP the F310 has basically been it’s like the Fender Stratacaster of controllers it’s like everybody has had one or seen it or used one or you know it it’s like when you think of a PC controller it’s it’s that and you can find them literally everywhere except for maybe Walmart strangely enough but I think they make like the made a 510 for a while which never really caught on and you can’t you probably won’t find it and it doesn’t matter and then you had the F710 which I was not a fan of at all which was the wireless version and it just did not I don’t like wireless i just don’t keyboards yes controllers no microphones no you got to keep up with the battery you got to you know connection issues stuff doesn’t want to pair you know with the cable I can just plug it in and it’s done just you know use an extension cable if I need more distance but I don’t have to mess with batteries i can just grab my controller doesn’t don’t need to wait hours for it to charge up so I’m fine with that same with the microphone it has a wire running to it i need to summon my tractor anyway summon my tractor like it’s like a freaking I thought my sword I could swipe at it see he runs away when he sees I’m coming for him good god these bats they just keep showing up they’re not the good type of bats to give you like wings these are like the aridium vats that give you aridium ore which does me very little good i don’t think many recipes call for aridium compared to copper and iron i think that’s going to be interesting trying that new PS4 controller one of my favorite things to do is to read y’all’s comments so definitely if y’all starting to wonder what they’re called there’s little green dudes that fly around and try to swipe at you it’s weird it’s like sometimes when I run into the bat it doesn’t do anything and sometimes when you hit them it kills them i don’t I don’t understand that but okay by the way we have reopened the Discord in case anyone wants to join as of right now anyway I wasn’t honestly thinking about getting rid of it uh the other day but I was like well it’s not hurting anybody it’s just an extra thing I have to keep up with but I started thinking I’m like well if I don’t have a Discord how am I supposed to you know do some of the perks for like memberships later like you know private calls or um you know that sort of stuff it’s It’s another small but very important point also if I get banned how am I supposed to tell everybody where to go kind of thing yes that’s that’s the was the main original point was to have a a center for all the super fans to gather that way you know they knew you know what to do if I did get banned so maybe that’s I need I’m happy I didn’t go through with it i was thinking about it though really hard i almost did too i forgot the original purpose of it i was having a little bit of just not feeling too great yesterday and was thinking too much about it so I got Aridium bar nice i wonder how much an aridium bar is actually worth you keep getting it all right radium bar holy god 1,500 per bar good lord we could we we could literally just quit doing everything and just mine every episode and get super rich it just bro good lord that is expensive wouldn’t think it was that much mo most mining doesn’t give you any like really anything that’ll be a neat Stardew challenge not for this show but for anyone that does want to do challenge runs on Stardew you could uh do like a mining uh like I’ve spent one year only mining you know didn’t do any crops no foraging no nothing just literally you know you spent an entire year mining which would be an incredibly tedious challenge it would take quite some time but I think it would actually be a neat concept i think that would be a good concept probably get a ton of views or I spend an entire year doing one particular thing you know like like challenges like fishing you know I’ve spent an entire year fishing how much did I make you know that kind of thing you could scale that with basically any um any skill you know I spent a whole year foraging how much did I make maybe I should do that i mean there are people that sit there and try to get to level 99 in Final Fantasy 7 on the first screen and it ends up taking them 400 plus hours it’s like bro what just how like the crazy thing is people that do that probably don’t get paid much if anything to do it they must just really love reput okay that’s a little weird anyway next level i think it’s time to go parse through what we got at the farm i don’t want to lose all that progress is the point so want to go ahead and put everything away that we did pick up today from the mines that’s That was a good haul right there probably a ton of stuff to give Gunther and save our progress hey buddy uhoh something happened there’s an explosion in the night i’m sure is what it Yep there it is all right nice and sunny day out there today where we at on these hops uh nine days o that’s going to take a while but we also have a really long time before we can do anything with uh with uh the kegs and all that so it’s not a big deal on timing plus as soon as it does all grow together yeah you you basically pretty much get sick of actually harvesting it after a while go ahead and harvest all this wheat though while we got it we’re having some crow problems again but you can always stockpile all this stuff and then when it’s all ready you know when you get the facility up and running then you can uh you know add it in there and process it all so we can’t do anything with it right now anyway and we also got hay out of that hay i didn’t think Oh that’s actually Oh my god that’s actually really great i tell you why because that means that we can basically do that and then we can just not have to grow grass all the time everywhere and just get that so we can kind of double up on what we get overall if we just plant those uh wheat seeds i still want to put a shed right here though i’m going to look up what I need for a shed uh star do shed requirements what do I need a shed needs wood and 15 grand okay big shed needs uh 20 grand and wood and stone we don’t have either one we have five grand h that that stings that stings so bad all right um I was going to actually do this there we go just going to put all that stuff away for now in our infinite chest there’s nothing in this one we can reuse that and then everything in this one we’ll just put in this back one as well now this is going to be funny we can put a chest inside of a chest chest deception love it by the way if you didn’t know I don’t think it’s a mod you just take a pickaxe or maybe even a regular axe or you just chop the chest and it’ll jump around so you can move it but yeah this is one of the goals we’re going to have here so when this stuff grows we’ll definitely have the money for it this weeds are starting to make a big mess though had an oak tree grow pop up right in the middle of the farm that’s That’s pretty good now we got all this area down here that we can use i don’t know what I want to use it for yet but probably try to decide that we’re going to probably fill in this section with a new uh crop not sure which one yet but it feels a bit wasteful to not do it and we’re not going to do more hops cuz that’s just we have enough we have so much hops that we probably can’t even process more than a season or two per season or it’ll probably take us all season just to you know even manage some of that hops up there so we’re going to leave that alone for now until it’s fully grown anyway so Oh he the purple shorts thing again because it was I guess summer first or something let’s see what we actually need here well it should be right here mayor Schwarz archaeology 250 gold thank you grandpa shed hardwood okay stone got it uh iron bars probably got it already uh battery packs do not have it can we even make battery packs yet can we even make them yet yes iron bar refined quartz and a batwing i’m not sure exactly what I have in this chest anyway but let’s see needs to be a search button that’s probably the next mod I’ll have to find so we have we can put the stone in there what about hardwood we don’t have enough hardwood nowhere near enough okay so that’s one thing hardwood we need stone we have iron bar let’s take this iron ore out we have one singular refined quartz we have a ton of aridium ore holy crap we need to smelt all that this We have even more aridium more we have like two two full stacks of it holy just good lord um some of this stuff I just want to throw in the bin the shipping bin just to get rid of it some of it I want to keep well actually trash is a really it’s kind of hard to get unless you have uh you go fishing a lot or if you also could um try to think what’s the other thing you could do crab buckets strange bun what’s inside i don’t think we want to know there’s aridium bars right there a lot of copper bars already let’s take all these crops real quick let’s go to Pierre and see what we can sell that’ll be that’ll be helpful let’s see what we can sell to him and then let’s see what we can sell to Clint is it Clint or I think it’s Clint the What i hate you Pierre so much he closed on a Wednesday i didn’t see it i really hate him that is just so not fair fine i’m going to switch to mouse and keyboard for a second uh cuz we need to set up we need to set up a little refinery area for our our furnaces cuz we’re going to make us some money i made 20 furnaces okay when this thing goes off it’s going to probably go boom so I hope not because I don’t want to wake you up but we have so much ore to freaking smelt that it’s going to We need more than that we We need an outrageous amount we also need a lot of coal i didn’t think about the coal part but well so hold on i want to sell that okay what are we going to sell let’s figure out what we’re going to sell out of this do want to keep it well no we’ll just buy more strawberries next year what else we got in here that I can sell off all right got the void essence we got lots of those good amount of bat wings i don’t know if it’s enough to make the lightning rods but right now we’re more worried about getting a shed just to put all this stuff in i think those little energy drinks are worth some lots of cave carrots hopefully this will get us a decent amount um diamonds we can sell pretty much all of those except for one because I want to use the crystalallarium to make more diamonds um we’re just going to put one crystalarium there you could probably make a ton of money off those things too i don’t know how long they take to process though might as well put one down though just because why not then put a diamond in there so does that say four so every four days I’ll get a diamond and a diamond is worth 750 gold if you could scale that up you’d be amazing i have an idea actually this might be tiny bit boneheaded depending on So I think sometimes you want to keep some of the ore out but maybe I’ll probably do that right before we do this right before we do this we’re going to take out some ore just in case we need it for recipes i’m going to take all this out and probably try to sell it at the um Adventurers Guild i’m going to take out There we go so I got some ore that I left over um that way we can have it for recipes and stuff there it goes i bet bowl can we I think we might be able to move it think we have to go to Robin to move it though cuz Scooter’s not going to give us permission I guess hey Robin would you mind uh helping me on this little task um yeah there it is let’s move Scooter’s bowl out of the way so he doesn’t get burnt up by that stuff let’s put it All right all right come on getting away from me the game pad’s a little too sensitive there we go let’s put Scooter’s bow we can’t put it right there i guess that’s where your wife puts her stuff i want to maybe put it like right right near the next to the house or something right here i mean I’d rather have them just be able to eat it in the house and not have to I could pick up the whole house i didn’t realize that I could pick up my whole house and move it um that’s pretty amazing seriously the whole house gets blocked by Scooter’s ball there we go move the house back a bit we can put Bubba’s bowl we can move this right here we can put his bowl right behind that That looks That looks neat i can live with that and then I don’t know what we’ll do at this little spot here we’ll figure out something maybe put a shed or something there right now this is what we got thank you Robin i appreciate you for doing that for us moving that ball so we can get more of these furnaces down hopefully and also not having the baby get burnt by those furnaces where they’re running hot if he accidentally runs into it or something if you couldn’t tell I was I still am incredibly um protective of my baby of my papa and my Bubba and I didn’t I didn’t let them run around outside on on scene or I didn’t let the I didn’t you know they never went outside off a leash none of that they had to stay with me and Bubba didn’t like that scooter didn’t like that too much but One of my worst fears on earth is what that he was going to get hit by a car get hurt and uh yeah it never did though thank God he was a good boy the car didn’t get him cancer did and my buddy I always love that boy no matter what kind of choked up today i don’t know what’s going on with me oh good god but I don’t care Marlin just move on so I can sell you this crap that I don’t want okay take all that and take this there i don’t really do anything with the adventurers guild really i can’t sell the clothes that’s part of the reason I kind of want to put all that stuff in a shed is cuz it goes kaboom and I don’t want that to wake you up so I might make an exception this one time and cheat in some money and make it where you don’t wake up from that kaboom and when it does make noise but I have the supplies i think this thing got the cash i know I need wood and uh wood stone or more wood there’s I’m going to loan myself some money just to for the videos to not have that loud noise breaking off every you know whatever amount of time give myself 30 grand to take care of this that’s basically no money later in the game so I put that shed where do I want the shed at probably right can I put it next to the house no not enough space okay uh I know where I want it i want it right here but all that stuff is in the way okay so I’m going to put it right here for now and then we’ll move it back when uh we transfer everything in there let’s transfer all that stuff in there it’s going to be a bit of a nightmare to get the chest in there though but still all right let’s go around and go back in no great thank Thanks Rob really cool you just leave the freaking shed exactly in the wrong spot that’s really big that’s absolutely humongous compared to the space it takes up what I mean by needing ore is some some recipes needed and I ain’t got much copper okay we need to wait till Robin can move the stuff to get this properly going so that’ll be a a tomorrow thing got 15 grand out of that tomatoes are coming in blueberries got a little while pops got a good while can’t do nothing with the shed right now i just wish I could pick a I’ll do it that’s what I’ll do i’ll get I’ll get a mod for that all right i’ll be right back all right so I sorted the issue um I probably don’t want to go in there but basically in here half the room is uh furnaces the other half is charcoal kils and uh yeah it’s very loud in here so uh give me a moment i am actually going to connect the two really quick uh just because I need to actually have the charcoal go over to the other side automatically so if you give me a moment I am going to cut away and I’ll be right back all right that’s sorted out um I’m going to actually I’ll show you what I got going on but I will turn the sound off really quick so it doesn’t explode in your ear or whatever um if you see here half the room furnaces other half room charcoal just right here with automate i took everything in here which is basically wood and anything that can be smelted i threw it all in there so all I really have to do is throw wood in there throw ore in there and it’ll basically process so this is the entire ore processing facility uh that’ll handle all of that uh out of the way and also quietly i did install a mod though where I can hit Z on my keyboard and if I have the um ingredients that I need I can actually just build stuff without having to go to Robin and uh deal with all that headache you know hoping that she’s in the shop and all that i can just do it right here um speaking of which we were going to How much is it what do I need for a silo silo is clay copper bars [Music] i’ll just do my chest anywhere mod real quick to grab some copper bars out of one of these other chest i thought I had some is there none all right look try to stay try to not go in there very much because of the noise but um I need clay which is very easy to get clay okay so might already have some imagine I’d have some yeah I got some right here i will eventually figure out a way to put like a mod list in the description where you can just go download or see the stuff that I use for now I’m actually going to move the silos down here just so they’re out of my way i’m going to take this one probably add some more trees right there as well and take this silo and move this down here there we go that way the silos are out of the way but we can still use them do we have enough clay for another one i wouldn’t mind having another silo since we’re going to be doing a whole lot of uh wheat and that brings a whole lot of hay sure why not let’s add one more cuz hay’s got to go somewhere and I don’t think hay’s worth really anything so I don’t never understood why a silo one of the most probably labor intensive things to ever build on a farm at least would only cost 100 gold in labor maybe she just really likes silos or maybe she gets like a tax credit or something i can build a greenhouse if I wanted not going to jump that far ahead let’s uh just put silos all the way down just so it looks um looks uniform it would look weird to have all these silos and then it just sort of stops before the edge of the farm comes you you build a second house what okay that’s weird i don’t want to break the game so I’m not going to try that that’s good enough for me now let’s see take all this hay out of here do we have any more there’s a bunch of wheat right there take these wheat seeds we’re gonna go ahead and put this stuff in the silo really quick so I can hold 2,000 pieces of of of hay which is a lot but um yeah it’s a whole lot i’m going to clean up this little hay field real quick just to get it all nice and symmetrical there we go okay that was just a survey thing thought someone was the app was pinging me about a delivery order or something i do want more i know this is might be a little nasty looking but I kind of want all of this to be wheat just this one season just because we’re going to be you know building a distillery meaning that you need to have you know we’ll be making stuff that makes beer and beer is worth a lot of money so we need to take the field what we got i’m actually going to speed this up a bit i don’t know why I usually run the game at speed five but I don’t know why I had it so low here you go just going to do this just build all around that all that see I might actually leave the sounds off actually because I think it might be a little bit more relaxing to just have the rain sound and footsteps and not all that plinking and plunking and all that i don’t know if that’s uh that’s all that relaxing some people might like it the ASMR people might which I wouldn’t consider this channel ASMR i’m just I I don’t do the whispering i whisper into my mic really soft and uh you know do all that whispering and scratching the mic and all that other weird stuff they do i just hate it hate that feeling i hate that sound yuck i mean to those that can relax to that you know more power to you i can’t I can’t I hear it and it just makes me feel gross it just it makes me feel all tingly and I don’t like it and not in a good way it makes me feel like tingly like there’s something crawling on me tingly i can’t get into the whole you know having a woman on a video role play as my woman or something it’s like I’ve seen that there’s one girl that does that ASMR stuff and I’m just like dude that’s not YouTube that’s not YouTube content that’s Only Fans content and you’re putting it up for free like legit like she wasn’t naked but like she she was pushing the line enough where I was just like “All right this is this shouldn’t be on on YouTube you know and of course she had only fans of course she did they all do but I was just like “Lady I’m shocked that you have not been banned for this i’m I’m happy that you have fans and you make money doing it but I I cannot understand how you how you pull it off i’m just gonna like I think I should just give up on the whole cheating thing and just have some fun with this so we’re planting the wheat now i just cheated in two boxes just because I don’t feel like going all the way to Georgia Mart i’m lazy but uh let’s see y’all did say you like the sounds so I’ll put the sounds back on so you can hear a little bit just a little bit not too loud i try to keep the game sounds at a a level where it adds texture but it’s not is I don’t want to basically give you a a video that has just commentary and rain and no other sounds i mean unless it’s what you wanted i feel like people kind of want the game sounds and texture as well so that’s why I’m adding it in and if people don’t want that then I’ll stop doing it you know people start asking for you know no game sounds but then I feel like at that point you’re just kind of listening to a podcast with a rain backdrop which might be all right but yeah we got the entire thing planted now it’s gonna be a lot of wheat four days speed grow i just want to see what this will do hyper speed grow two days so literally cut it in half we’re going to have so much wheat we ain’t going to know what to do with it no more power to that girl though i mean she she she’s doing what what sells and I’m doing trying to do what sells and that’s what she wants to do to make money you know she’s not hurting nobody she’s not out here you know selling fake relationships or anything and she’s not out here like you know trying to steal people’s money as far as I know but I just know her content is very questionable and stuff that you probably see on on the hub if you know what I mean but I don’t I don’t watch ASMR stuff at all i can’t stand it i just I hate it i hate that sound as soon as they start whispering in the mic I’m done and I immediately click off i can’t stand it it doesn’t make me feel relaxed or cozy or happy or safe it makes me feel like I’m having ants crawl on me and I don’t know of anybody that wants to have ants crawling all over them we might as well do it to the these blueberries and stuff too you don’t have to do it use speed grow at all on the hops because the hops grows every day once it’s once it’s up it’s up and it just keeps coming back every day and you’ll spend like 90% of your time harvesting it i’m missing something thought I got this spot apparently not but I’m not going to shout out the girl’s name just because I don’t want to I don’t want no drama with the ASMR YouTuber you know if it makes her happy it makes her happy it’s not anybody that we’ve ever talked about or had in the Discord or anything so don’t worry if you’re like a previous Discord member that decided to do ASMR no it’s none of that it’s a girl that has like a couple hundred thousand subscribers and has never interacted with me or my community so I’m not trying to trash her too hard but it’s it’s just just weird it’s just weird but hey pays her bills the people out there want it let them have it all right so the field’s coming out pretty good some of it did miss the um fertilizer so we’re going to go ahead and take care of that really quick because while it will not help with the current grow it will help with future grows of anything that goes in this thing i’m pretty sure the fertilizer just kind of stays there and doesn’t really um doesn’t disappear after you do the thing so it’s a good idea to basically make sure that you have it all handled i think not exactly sure but I’m pretty sure fertilizer is incredibly important if you are doing stuff that has repeated grows because you’ll get a lot more harvesting out of it making absolutely sure we got everything not going to bother with the hops because there’s no point Unless you do it at the very beginning but even then it doesn’t really you know if at the very beginning it might help but you know like I said it grows every day once it’s fully you know matured so you won’t have to worry about it anyway those trees have already popped up that’s crazy okay so some of them did pop that’s That’s pretty amazing okay let’s um tappers i need a tapper also need seed maker gold bar we need plenty of those like to have a heavy tapper with butter trying to see what we need there’s a regular tapper i don’t know about the heavy one but anyway wood and a copper bar is what we need so copper bar so we don’t have that much copper no that’s 93 okay that was at nine get some wood one two three four five i think I’m not sure exactly how many trees we Well we can count it out actually we got five per row and there’s four rows so it’s 20 wait is it five per row we have five right but the rest of them haven’t popped up yet so we need to make another 15 of them i only made 10 there but no we need another need another 10 there we go we’ll do that once it uh once we get those popped up but that’s kind of I don’t know what happened that made them all you know some of them grow real fast and other ones not grow much at all but hopefully they will pop up soon and we only go into the blast area which is that shed right there if uh we absolutely have to because it’s so loud in there when stuff goes boom so I do have to go in there to process something can I paint stuff yeah I can paint buildings okay i kind of just want to make this building kind of gray just like the like grayish whatever that’s good enough i’m invisible it It kind of does this for a second unless you go in and um cancel out you have to go into the thing and literally cancel out and then it’ll let you have your character back all right so got all our wheat planted it’ll be grown tomorrow this stuff will be grown tomorrow as well okay that’s all right whatever it’s weird so all that will be ready tomorrow to harvest then we got to wait on these tappers i don’t know how long they How long do they take a week okay they take a week so we’re not going to be able to get any of those anytime soon but we could actually start building our second shed which we’ll use for Are we going to do another shed or we going to We We do need to have some animals at some point can I move this greenhouse i don’t know if I can no okay well I was thinking about getting a bigger farm anyway like a mod for it so I got an idea if we move you somewhere else is anywhere else in this farm i just wish I could turn it sideways but you can’t because you wouldn’t be able to see the door um [Music] well for right now going to leave it where it is but I do want to carve out an area for some animals i don’t know where I’m going to put them yet but we’ll deal with that at some point i just don’t know where to put him without getting a bigger farm but I don’t want a Mercy farm too again because I’ I’ve used that mod so many times so I guess we’re going to have to wait till like fall or something you know when uh all the fields are dead and we need to start over anyway so we’ll do that in fall so we’ll focus on crops today or not today but this in this season and most likely the next season as well and we’ll deal with crops and all that then and after that we’ll get us a extended farm thing all right the reason I’m going in the regular mines now is because we actually need to get some um we need to get some copper cuz we’re running out of copper we’ve gone really deep in the skull cavern but the problem with the skull cavern is since it’s a higher level um dungeon I guess you could call it it does not have as much of the lower uh quality not lower price stuff you know it’s like full of aridium and gold which is great i mean because this stuff’s expensive and rare everywhere else but it doesn’t have the basics doesn’t have a lot of stone or copper or you know fiber or stuff that you would need for crafting more basic items you know it’s all focused on the higher level stuff so sometimes going into regular mines is a good idea getting a lot of those little scrolls that are worth basically nothing as far as I know that might have made me sound like DSP when he was playing Metal Gear or whatever and he couldn’t figure out how to use the rations and he’s like “There’s another ration I can’t use.” They’re stupid that was actually dumb because all he had to do is read the manual stardew has so many freaking updates and it’s like updating constantly with all these new recipes and mods and everything else it’s kind of hard to keep up i’m sure a lot of that that dwarven scrolls and all that is probably good for like the wizard or something like you know he can do something with them that’s a monster that’s not a rock it’s good to have more stone cuz you always need stone for stuff oh Gunther is going to be super happy when we get all their stuff to him at some point but I hope you enjoy these once again if you do enjoy them please like and Stardew is the combat where like there’s no real I mean I guess Skull Caverns could be thought of as like the as the combat mine but is it really also I think Skull Cavern’s kind of boring compared to the regular mine i know that might be controversial feel like the regular regular mine has a lot more variety in landscape and a lot more you know variety in general and I kind of like the ice mine part and you know all that i kind of just I like the regular mine i just I just do I like both but I feel like the regular mine has a lot of stuff that I wish the skull cavern had now I believe there’s another one and there’s like a volcano or something on Ginger Island but I’ve never been to Ginger Island yet i’ve never I I don’t know i don’t know how you get there don’t you have to get something to do with Willie and getting him a boat and all that stuff or get his boat fixed and it’s like I don’t know when we end up doing that but I mean I’ll do it when the time comes but I’m not going to just warp over there because I’m scared it’ll break the game if you see try to sequence break it it might have some event this tied to it that it needs to do to work properly but we’ll maybe we’ll eventually add ridgeside valley to it that’s that’s a good little mod adds a little extra town up on the mountain the only reason I don’t do it right now is cuz if you add wrenched valley and you add expanded and you also add like other like expansion mods it’s like it it starts getting a little bit outrageous with how many cutscenes and characters and you know stuff you have to keep up with and it’s like yeah it’s not very relaxing so I’m trying to keep it as with mods i’m doing quality of life stuff that makes my life easier to make this show but contentwise I try to keep it as vanilla as possible so you’re just not like “Who’s that who’s that who’s that?” And when you’re supposed to be trying to relax so I just think stuff like that throw a lot Apparently I’m really high on the on the combat tier and I never even thought about it but yeah I’m like level nine in combat that’s pretty amazing actually don’t worry I’m still here i’m just giving myself a little rest on the voice just a little bit just trying to focus on the game and then I know you come here to listen to the voice some of y’all I mean whole thing is to help sleep but some people get a little more out of it that I will keep to myself because I don’t want to be um I don’t want you the YouTube gods to look down on me for that let’s not Did I just run over one of these okay i didn’t know you could kill those things hold on can you Can you kill it with the sword okay there’s the ones in the in the skull cavern you can’t For some reason the the the hoe is like the thing that attacks things on the on the uh tractor so if you want to attack stuff you can just use the hoe which makes no sense like who would think of that as the weapon by the way I looked up that girl again i was talking about the one earlier in the video about the chick that basically does softcore uh corn on her YouTube channel and I swear to God the top results I was like I was like you know what maybe I gave her a bad shake maybe she was just you know sort of like you know some people get like a little parasocial and stuff and sometimes people do suggestive things to get clicks whatever and looked into the channel again just to make sure I wasn’t being a you know a butthole about her you know even though I didn’t say her name um no I wasn’t i I was I was incredibly accurate i might have been understating it i mean in the top results it was literally all like like content that should not be on YouTube but I’m not going to say who it is because I don’t want her to get flagged but she knows what she’s doing youtube knows what she’s doing and the fact that they gave her hundreds of thousands of subscribers and then turn around and you know demonetize me for saying the f-word once in four hours is incredible they know what she’s doing it’s very obvious that that’s not ASMR or if it’s not because it doesn’t sound like it it’s literally fis stuff and the only reason that I even know that she exists is cuz if you type in ASMR she’s probably the top result cuz I looked it up for like research on this show and I was like who is that and she’s not a bad looking girl she’s all right she’s you know not the hottest thing in the world but she caters to certain audiences that will watch that and unfortunately now that I think about it it might be actually the younger audience because you know the older audience will just go to the cornhub i mean you know it’s usually the younger ones that’ll watch stuff like Pokemon and you know all the other Twitch types that do that kind of content on you know platforms that are not meant to be NSFW i said no more power to her for the money part but I just think it’s a little bit ethically strange for YouTube to allow that but penalize me so terribly for you know bad words or you know say that I’m bullying predators when I would try to do the to catch predator stuff on the main channel and they would ban me for that it’s like it’s weird it’s weird maybe the YouTube people are sort of like the Twitch people were like the Twitch you know types that’ll ban that ban people are like like you know all morons that you know have certain ideas about the world that all kind of you know agree with them and they’ll be willing to look past a lot of stuff that should that could sink the company just because they like the person that says it which is outrageous
