Terraria Expert Accessories Tier List. #terraria
Terraria has a lot of cool expert mode accessories, so let’s rank all of them in a tier list. The first accessory is royal gel. It’s kind of cool for slimes to not attack you, but it’s barely useful at all. D tier, the shield of Cthulhu. Some people love this accessory, others say it’s overrated, but me personally, I think it’s one of the best items in the entire game. S tier, worm scarf. Simple damage reduction and nothing more. It belongs perfectly in the A tier. Next up is the brain of confusion. It’s not as consistent as the worm scarf, but in practice, it’s still really good. A tier. The hive pack is next, and this one is pretty hard to defend. B weapons aren’t even great in the first place. F tier, the bone glove. This accessory isn’t really bad like people make it out to be. It’s just underwhelming. It’s okay passive damage, but by the time you beat Skeletron, it’s pretty weak. B tier. Bone helm. Same deal. It’s okay, but it doesn’t do anything amazing. Ctier. And then we’ve got the demon heart. Gaining an extra accessory slot is amazing no matter how you cut it. There’s absolutely no reason to not put this in the S tier. Subscribe for part two.

Royal gel above hive pack?
I think the bone glove is good at clearing the pre hard mode dungeon, so it's fitting you get it immediately before going into the dungeon
hive pack is very useful for skeleton and wof, with how beenades can be buffed it’s useful for the stage but it’s easily replaced

Bee gun + hive pack is amazing if you are a mage
In defense of the royal gel, having spiked slimes not attack you is a godsend early on, but yeah I tend to replace it with the obsidian shield or something later on

Is the Demon Heart an accessory?
I agree sheild of cthulu is overrated, having to double click each time to dash is very inconvenient in my opinion and the only time i really use it over other accessories is calamity because it replaces the double click to just pressing a single key
Royal gel is legit a saving grace when building a hell bridge

Is the demon heart really an accessory though…?
For the worm scarf, if you put on 6 of them, do you get a 102% damage reduction and hence takes no more damage? I've always wondered, never tried

Id say the hive pack is one of the better expert mode accessories, especially when paired up with wasp gun in hardmode.

To have the audacity to say that bee weapons were never good is crazy to me. Because prehard mode, they're one of the best things to use. Now I will admit after you hit hard mode. Killing that wall of flesh. There's really no reason to use them. Except maybe beenades which are still somewhat viable if you have a lot of them.
