Ok summoner is a harder class to play. It doesn’t mean it’s trash. The low defense is made up with the really really high dps compared to other classes. Along with stuff like summons being helpful when building arenas or housing really helps cement it as the best class in the game. 🥔
I don’t play professionally, I grab whatever I can, preferably with high damage, the stat that’s listed in the description not dps. The longer the crafting recipe, the cooler the item and the more likely I am to use it. I default to melee because of the higher damage and defense. I like summoner sometimes when I’m just exploring so I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to handle enemies.
Melee: high damage, high defense, long crafting recipes. Ranger: low accuracy, limited bullets. Mage: limited mana. Summoner: too slow for bosses, good for protection and farming.
