The BIGGEST Minecraft Myth EVERYONE Believes…
Sky Block is one of the oldest Minecraft maps, and it’s given birth to one of the biggest myths in all of Minecraft that nearly every player thinks is true, but it’s just a lie. When playing Sky Block, you have to get a sapling to drop, otherwise the game is unplayable. And each leaf has a 5% chance to drop a sapling, but that chance is increased if you let the leaves decay naturally, which is why every player always lets the leaves decay rather than breaking them. But this isn’t true. This is just completely a lie we all believed because we’re plunkers. Breaking a leaf and letting it decay has the same drop rate chance of 5%. However, there is a reason this myth exists because a tool can affect the drop rate chance, but the only time it gets affected is if you use a tool that has fortune as it then boosts that drop chance and with fortune 3 almost doubling the chance. Furthermore, the only other time the drop rate changes is with jungle thieves, as for some reason they have half the drop rate. I don’t know why.

1. Get cheeper from the wandering trader
2. Have 4x the drop rate from leaves or drop four saplings from the tree or give more saplings for one tree because i bought 4 dark oak saplings from a wandering trader and was gobsmacked when i only got 3 back (with fortune 3)
