Adding Way Too Many Arrows to Minecraft
off with an arrow that bounces. You’d think the recipe for this would be a simple slime ball substitution for the flint, but no, I have something far more interesting. Instead, you need to swap the flint for the feather, and you get the backwards arrow, or the wara. You load this arrow in backwards, and when you shoot it, ow, the wara comes out facing backwards and bounces off the first thing it hits. Dude, I love this thing so much. Unfortunately, I completely messed up the bouncing logic. You see, when I shoot it, it’s supposed to bounce off this side of the tree and hit the husk. Instead, it does a complete 180. Once you’ve gotten your first mace, there’s pretty much no reason to go out of your way to find more heavy cores. Oh, dang it. So, how’s about letting you use the heavy core to make the heavy arrow? This arrow does a ton of damage, but at the cost of its distance. If you can land a hit, however, there’s a big payoff. Seriously though, this arrow is insane. Part of me is saying this is way too OP, but another part of me is saying use the heavy core for like four arrows. You should get something back for that. So, funny thing about arrows. They do more damage the faster they’re going, which means this arrow behaves like the mace, and I didn’t even have to code anything special for it. You know, I’ve always found it cruel that you have to kill skeletons or chickens in order to get arrows. There’s ought to be an alternative for players who want to play the game nonviolently. So, you now have the option to swap out the feather for paper to make the cruelty-free arrow. These behave like vanilla arrows, but come without the unethical sourcing, so you can use them in good conscious. If you’re anything like me, you know that pathmaking is a long and tedious process. But don’t worry, I’ve made an arrow to help with that. Take your trusty shovel and stick a feather on it to create the shovel arrow. You can fire this arrow to create paths long range, or you can load a crossbow with it and make the process rapid fire. A crossbow with multi-shot will allow you to shoot multiple paths. Uh, uh-oh. Did I mess up my code? Oh no. Well, surely you can’t turn the player into a path. Uh, what happened? What the heck? What? What is going on? All the animals are gone. Um, I appear to be in some sort of limbo state. The next arrow is quite unique. It’s the sparrow, as in the bird. And what you do with it is, um, this took a while to code, but I’m so happy with how it turned out. You can also load it into a crossbow. And like, dude, it’s perfect. The sound, the feathers, you know. This reminds me of something. Are you thinking what I’m thinking? Actually, hold on a sec. All right. Now, check this out. Uh, hold on one more second. I have officially recreated Angry Birds. I even made it so that sparrows can break lines of logs. I win. If you didn’t pick up on it, the joke there was that sparrow rhymes with arrow. Sorry, there won’t be any more puns from now on. Anyways, let’s go exploring this desert temple. [Music] So, to the desert temple loot table, I’ve added artifacts. Don’t mind me if I take this for myself. When you leave the desert temple with an artifact, something curious happens. It becomes a stolen artifact. Okay, you didn’t have to change the name. That’s kind of self-evident right now. Take a wild guess as to what I can use this for. If you guessed arrow, that’s right. I’ve added the pharaoh. Any mob hit by this arrow gets afflicted with the pharaoh’s curse. They’ll be buried by sand and suffocate. Bye. Might as well give it to myself. I cannot move. There is no escape. Help me. All these arrows come from ideas I wrote down a year ago. So, please forgive me for this next one. I don’t know what was going through my mind. When you take an arrow and combine it with blue dye, you get the arrow that makes you turn blue. You’ll never guess what this does. Wow. You’re turning blue. And you’re turning blue. And you’re turning blue. Oh, and of course it works on myself. I wasn’t cooking with this one. You know, flying machines. I think there’s a lot of potential in turning these into arrows as well. I’ll need two slime blocks and two sticky pistons and two observers to get the miniature flying machine. That’s right. Get ready for this to absolutely obliterate everything in its path. Hurry up already. Fine. Hit me. Dude, you know how crossbows are the only range weapon that have multi-shot? Well, how about instead of adding multi-shot to bows as well, I added an arrow that behaved that way. So, if I start off by crafting a normal arrow and then throw in two more sticks, I get the splintering arrow. Now, I should be able to shoot three at once. Ow. Hold on. The arrow didn’t split into three. It gave me a splinter. What? If I shoot a bunch of these, do I get a bunch of splinters? Yeah, I do. All right, it’s time for the final and possibly my favorite arrow that I’ve added and I’ve had it on me this entire time. It’s the crossbow. If I load one crossbow with an arrow and then put it in my off hand, I can load another crossbow with that crossbow. When I fire it, it shoots out a crossbow and then that crossbow shoots out its payload. Now, recall that crossbows have multi-shot. Are you thinking what I’m thinking? Whoa. We can take this further, however, because I can take this crossbow, load it on a crossbow, and load it into another crossbow and then do that again and again. There’s no limit technically other than what your computer can handle. This tool tip is crazy. All right, now let’s fire it. Wo! Oh! All right, that was pretty cool, but I think we need to do more. Let’s also do it in this ravine so that there’s more collisions. Okay, here I go. That was awesome. And this is where the video comes full circle because it absolutely works with the other arrows I added. [Music] Okay, let’s fire this into here. [Applause] My PC loves it. [Applause] [Music] You bet it works with the sparrow as well. Just give me a second. There’s going to be way too many particles with this. I’ve frozen the game and this genuinely looks like a war scene. And resume. [Music] Ow. [Music] Wow, this village could use some more paths. Are you thinking what I’m thinking? Here goes nothing. All right. Oh, wow. It’s like a swarm of flies. [Music] This is beautiful. Those villagers better be thankful. Might as well redecorate this trial chamber while I’m at it. Okay, that’s about it. You can access my [Music]
All these arrows make me quiver with excitement (haha get it)

the bouncy arrow would've been an easy thing, invert the velocity of the arrow in the direction of the surface it hit, bounces off no problem (not a slight the design was cool just an oversight)
4:41 im blue da ba de da ba die
The combination can be legit be a surprise attack
4:20 Do not combine an arrow with black dye and shoot it at your friend (worst mistake of my life)
Arrow core be like:
Imagine getting way too many crossbows in crossbows in crossbows and one heavy core. You can clear out rooms of withers at once.
Now i can kill with arrows without killing for arrows
Stairrow when
Im imagining the last arrow and if it is compatible with something like Xtra arrows.
Better add this to rats smp(Sorry I forgot the actual name) Last upload was like 7 months ago
4:59 quite frankly you could put paper in that to carry messages.
also make it so that if you add a tnt in the recipe it drops mini tnts that explode a tnt-sized hole in a block
6:30 more frequent collisions actually 🤓👆
3:10 oh he dyed the pig green alright WAIT WHAT?!?!
Bro make a macerow
7:09 looks like homura vs mami in rebellion but if they were using birds as bullets
bro turning everything to paths with the path arrow is so cool
Mace arrow would make hella ammo for a howitzer or a mortar. Because of how mace’s damage scaling works, a mortar type of attack or barrage would be deadly.
Brimstone goes brrrrrrrr
I would just use the crossbow 10 times with the sparrow and then add multi shot he makes his house out of wood
4:38 U ARE BLUE NOW, THATS MY ATTACK 💙
Video idea: could you please now make bows better. for example diamonds and netherite Bows would be really cool!
"I won't make more puns"
(Next arrow is another pun)
