MINECRAFT CANCELLED THE MOOBLOOM & GLARE + MIGHT BE TEASING A DIFFERENT COW UPDATE

Oh my god, I’m going to cry. For today’s video, oh my god, this is so sad. For today’s video, right after you hit that like button, which is of course right now, you’re going to want to grab yourself a box of tissues. I just finished crying. You’re about to start. Almost everything is in black and white today because that’s how I feel, man. It was, but just a few days ago, the hope was high. I was so excited for this tiny little mob. The glare with different teasers down inside of the caves and it being dark and really I can’t even forget about it. All of the lush caves biome. It seemed like the embodiment of the lush caves in a mob form. It was about to come to the game. But today officially the glare is gone, the mloom is gone, and even the crab is gone. At least for now, too. It’s over, guys. It begins with our new best friend, the copper golem. Only a couple of weeks ago, the copper golem was dropped into the game. Oh my god, this thing is amazing. I’m obsessed with it. It opens the chest. It looks in the chest, but because I am in bad mood, it takes things from the chest, and I got you there. You’re under arrest, buddy. I’m so sad. With the implementation of the copper golem and some strange hints that seemed a little open-ended, it definitely felt like the mob vote losers were all maybe if we were lucky all of the mob losers were about to make their way back into the game in this update, but the devs who confirm then well that’s not going to happen. So, this confirmation, it’s kind of sad, kind of embarrassing. I actually just learned about this from a comment from one of you guys. This is a confirmation that the devs made on the low over 10 days ago now that unfortunately it seems like literally everybody missed it. Minecraft.net the copper golem article. It was so exciting. We have a new friend with a familiar patina, the copper golem and then we talk all about the armor and meeting the copper golem. Now, initially this article right here was nice. If we go ahead and scroll up here and grab the link to this article, then slide over to the way back machine, the internet archive. paste that link in. We can take a look at every single time this website has been backed up because Minecraft is such a massive game. There is bound to be so many backups. And in fact, that’s definitely the case with the backup happening on almost every day since the article was dropped. On the way back machine, it’s very cool. We could hover over a day. Then we’ll see all of the different snapshots. I can tap on a time, give it a second, and it usually takes a little bit of time to load like the Nether Bedrock. And then bam, before too long, we can take a look at exactly what this article looked like on the very first day it was posted. So here in the article, we have the copper golem. Scroll down, we have one paragraph talking all about it. Moving on from that, we have even more posts, paragraphs, whatever, all about the copper golem. It’s pretty familiar looking. But jumping ahead to the current one on minecraft.net, you can check it after this video. Scroll down and wait a second. The copper golem. There’s not just one paragraph here. They added something. Oh my god, I almost can’t even say it in this reinvention of the copper column. It might have you wondering whether you bring back other mods from previous mods. While we don’t have any plans for this at the moment, there’s always the possibility they will revisit older and they align with their vision and game drops. No. No. Why would they say that? Why would they do that to my boy? No. The Mloom is over. The crab is over. The glare. the one that seemed like it was definitely on the brink of being added. It’s done. It’s not here. Not now. Yeah. So, unfortunately, when I saw in the comments that this was confirmed on the article, I wish it was a lie. I hoped for somebody to pinch me, but yeah, on Minecraft.net, it seems the devs have gone ahead and sneakily updated the article. Why they would actually do this, I don’t know. We’ll talk about it in a minute. So, obviously, the article on the Wayback Machine did not initially look like that. If I go ahead and jump ahead to maybe say the next day in time, pick a random snapshot. I go ahead and load the article or let the article kind of load here, we have one paragraph still underneath the copper golem section. So, it didn’t happen here quite yet. That was on July 2nd. If I go ahead and go one day forward to July 3rd, well, right in here, tragically, is where the sadness happens. Sometime in between July 2nd and July 3rd, a paragraph was added to this Copper Golem blog article saying that yeah, the other Marvel losers are definitely not coming in this update. Mojang, what I mean, look, I get it. The devs clearly have other plans for this update, but why would you kill literally all of the hype with a paragraph? Just let the people think it, right? I almost want to add the M of losers to this graveyard, but they’ve clearly said that they might come back in the future, just not quite yet. This is just the fascinating thing to me, though. Like, I’ve been trying to wrap my head around why the devs would add this paragraph in here saying, “Hey, yeah, all that stuff creating hype and excitement.” Yeah, it’s not going to happen. I guys, I really hope there’s more to this update. There’s definitely more, right? I get thrown back to this video right here where Agnes heads down to the mines and talks about all of those exciting new copper features. Inside of the video, there were many things that seemed definitely like teasers with a big one happening here at the end where Agnes is saying, “Yeah, yoinks. It’s a little bit dark in the caves. It definitely felt like a glare teaser or something like that. With the glare off of the books now, it seems like maybe if this is a teaser, this is hinting at something else and not the glare.” Also to just take a look at the bigger picture here. Why did Agnes go on a field trip to the caves? I still definitely am convinced this wasn’t just for the copper golem. There totally has to be a little bit more coming to this update. Maybe some kind of big cave update or mine shaft thing, right? On top of that, another one that is insanely perplexing and so confusing to me, guys, is the copper golem short right here. Hyping that this thing is in the game. Then right near the end, check this out. We have all the copper golems. We zoom out and then we freeze frame and end on on two dandelions. This is like a mloom h. No, I’m so sad. I’ve been trying to bury myself in the sand all morning. I just can’t bring myself to finish piling it up. But um this is so confusing to me because there’s even a couple more subtle things that kind of seem like Mloom teasers, including a brand new one. Ah, but before we move on to that one, I guess I just want to say I’m sorry. I literally only just realized this thing. I had no clue at all that Mojang had actually updated this article and deconfirmed every Mavo loser. Why Mojang would do something like this and just subtly like slightly low-key update an article, I don’t know. It confuses me. It seems like letting the hype go crazy would have been a smarter idea for this update. Or just like maybe actually making it known that you’ve made an important statement somewhere about a Minecraft update. On that note though, we’ve got a brand new Minecraft teaser possibly and now it’s so confusing. Minecraft over on Twitter and we go ahead and scroll down early this week on Monday on the same day that Minecraft has tweeted out their cryptic teasers before. Do we get one cow, one sky, one dream? Then we have a picture of a cow. Before we take a look at that, we’ve got an alt text. We tap on the alt text cow with a bunch of leashed gas to add to the fire. Here we have Xbox, also the owner of Minecraft. This is very moving. Now, with our update teasers this year, Mojang has a little bit of a common pattern. Almost always, the teasers are posted on at least a couple of different socials. And this one, bam. We head over to the official Minecraft Instagram and it was posted here. Over on Instagram, they said basically the exact same thing, except this time the picture was cropped. One cow, one sky, one dream. No alt text over here, but it’s a cow leashed into a bunch of gas links. Now, initially I thought I had it clocked in. I actually was working on a video for yesterday talking all about it. The yellow right there. The yellow in a four formation right there. It almost seems so perfect. The cow right here. I was doing some crazy linguistics. Like check this out. Right here we have a cow with a bunch of gaslings here. Ah, yes. The gasoline on a bunch of strings of the cow. What does that kind of vaguely look like? Oh yeah, that looks like a balloon. We’ve got a cow and then a bunch of balloons. Huh, that’s interesting. Now, importantly, what does a cow known to say? Oh, that’s right. The word moo. It says moo. So, we’ve got balloons right here. And then we’ve got a cow saying the word moo. Moo. Balloon. Moo. Balloon. Moo. Balloon. Moo. Bloom. Bam. Why the sky? I don’t know. But bam. It’s a cow wanting to fly. Moo balloon. Moo Bloom with all of the yellow all over the 4×4, the yellow dandelion. You go ahead and mix in the context of this short and you don’t understand. You’re not clocking it. I’m sending on business right now. There are so many signs pointing towards the mlow. But then I noticed that article and the video was scrapped and it’s turned into this. Now for other teachers on other socials for that day, there was nothing brand new posted. Kind of maybe kind of over in the Minecraft WhatsApp. Another place where a lot of hinting has gone down yesterday. Intriguingly, we got a Mob Monday post about the ghast. Now, interestingly enough, this Mob Monday business, it does not happen every single Monday. It seems to be sparse and random. The ghast right here, well, this just links to an old article about the gas from 2024. Now, Mo has never really done a teaser quite like that, so subliminal, but I just think it’s interesting, kind of weird that we get this random Mob Monday thing on the same day as Gastling Mloom balloon poster. Now, you know how it goes. Usually in these theoretical videos, I slide into what I think it could be, but um this time I’m kind of in the dark, guys. Now, hold on a minute. I said there wasn’t more teasers. There might be specifically maybe yesterday. We have something that is a little bit different but potentially related. Friend fell from a high place. What do you do? Then we’ve got a shot of Steve right here with a bunch of items on the ground. Oh, he’s free low. Finders keepers, right? But we’re talking about the heights here. Just like with a cow. We’re talking all about our friend here falling from a very high height. And then we’re talking all about our other friend here, the cow, wanting to reach a high height. The first theory that this sparks in my mind is some sort of new clutch item. You know, something like the water bucket, except maybe a little bit more reliable for preventing taking a bunch of fall damage. Almost like a deployable balloon or something that you could use when you’re falling to slow you down a little bit. The other thing that I think about here with this teaser is of course the sky. In the last update, we had the happy gas added to the game, but nothing added to the sky. It actually sailed the happy gas over to. What if a maybe potentially this is some sort of teaser involving the cow? After all, one cow, one sky. Why is the cow dreaming to go to the sky when nothing’s there? It wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense that the cow wants to go up to the sky because maybe there’s some sort of new structure, island, land, or something way up high. On top of that, it would make a whole lot of sense to add the happy gas in the last update to let us get used to it and then bam, in the next update, give us a reason that we actually need the happy gas for.
