In today’s video, I found a 10-year-old Minecraft world that holds a disturbing secret. This is not your typical horror mod. There’s things that come out at night, and some of them literally talk to you. It’s going to get bad. They hunt you, track you down, wait to attack you, and are taking over this 10-year-old world. Okay, so we’re in the world. Uh, some of y’all may actually recognize this world, and I was really hyped to play this. Oh my gosh. Because, you know, no clickbait. This is a 10-year-old world, right? I I think actually this world is older than 10 years. Like, if you know, you know, because this is Ethos Lab’s world. I really hope a lot of y’all know who that is. Uh, when I first started watching Minecraft videos, like, oh my god, so long ago, Etho was the first guy I ever watched. And so, yeah, this is his world. and I felt like it would be really fun to play on Ethos’s world, but add a bunch of these really creepy and ambient type of horror mods. So, yeah, that’s what we’re doing today. We’re just going to explore. I’m probably going to make a base in his world. And uh yeah, we’re just going to see what’s going on. So, what’s in here? The potion room. Okay. Okay. Okay. Etho is also one of those guys that’s like really crazy with redstone. And I believe down here, because I watched so many of these episodes when I was younger, behind that is the Nether portal. So, I feel like around here, he should have ender pearls, right? What the heck, bro? Bro, you don’t have any pearl. Oh, yeah, he does. So, yeah, if I believe correctly, you just do that. Nice. And then, yeah, this is the portal room. God, that is such a throwback. That’s so awesome. All right, I’m not going to take any materials from his base. Uh because I think it’d be a lot more fun to try and get the materials on my own. But if I can, I am going to take some food. Does So does he have any food up here? Like there’s got to be some food by his cow farm. Um except I’m not sure. Okay, I was going to say I’m not sure how to get down there. Obviously, I could throw a pearl, but yeah, I need to figure out how the heck do I get down there? I guess I’ll just jump down. What the heck? Wait, where’s the food? What? Wait, I’m so confused. Where does he keep up, bro? This doesn’t even work. That’s the thing about these old bases, to be fair. Like, the game has changed so much. I’m going to die from this. Nice. And my game just glitched out. Wait, what? Okay, I don’t know what’s going on. Oh, get your snacks. Yes, I’ll take some snacks. There’s nothing in here. What? Wait, he’s actually trolling me. I mean, there’s some bread in here. I guess I’ll take that. I am not taking all this rotten flesh. Uh, that would just be annoying. Oh, there’s some even more wheat here. Okay, good. Okay. Whoa. Oh, this is not good. Um, you know, we probably need to make a base. I’m going to take a pickaxe. We probably need to make a base before it gets nighttime. So, yeah. Let me just go up. I think we’re actually at the stronghold right now. Yeah. I don’t know what the heck, bro. This person, this dude has a skeleton farm in his world. Got slime. Uh, I’m going to take this torch, put it in my off hand, and uh, yeah, we’re just going to dig straight up because I have no idea where we’re at right now. What? Wait, that’s actually crazy. I just What is that noise, bro? I randomly went up. Wait, I randomly went up in one direction and I came across an already lit up caveish thing. And what the heck is this? What day are we on? Day 2,738. Oh my god. Okay, I don’t like that noise. I know it’s probably not a horror mod, but I don’t like it. And you know what? I really like this house. Although, to be fair, why does this house have a button when it’s just a wooden door? I didn’t even realize that until now. Oh, yeah. I’m not seeing any horrifying creatures. Did I see something there? I don’t know. Maybe I’m just being crazy. I’m not seeing any horrifying creatures, so I think we’re good for now. I don’t know what that noise is. What’s making that noise? Uh, but I think I’m going to make a base. Does this base have a bed? Because if it does, I’m going to take it. Oh, god dang it. It doesn’t. Oh, that sucks. Okay, I think I want to make my base in the forest. Or not in the forest, in the desert because then in the desert there’s no trees around us, so we can actually see what’s going on. And I like that. I like being able to see, believe it or not. So, yeah, let me just get some of this wood here. We need some materials. Uh, yeah. And I think I do have that mod installed that breaks the entire tree in one hit. At least I hope I do because Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I definitely do. I definitely do. Did you hear that noise, by the way? I heard a really creepy noise to my left. Hey, I’m going to leave it alone, man. I’m not even going to worry too much about it. There’s so much to explore in this world. It’s kind of crazy. Okay, if I sit three blocks tall, I’ll probably be fine. Unless a skeleton tries to hurt me, but we’re gonna Don’t make me wake him, bro. Okay, chill out, man. All right, I’m going to do this so that we can get some bread. More bread. Some more bread. And then finish it up with the last few. Okay, this is enough bread to last me for the entire time that we play today. Like that. Uh, can I can we not can we not do that? Okay, it’s gone. Okay, well, this world is definitely haunted. Uh, I’m going to start off making a wooden. Actually, we don’t even need to do that. Can you make this with cobble or just regular stone, by the way? No, you can’t. I did not know that, by the way. So, yeah, let’s go ahead and make an axe. Get some of the trees. Okay, we just went through the first night, I think. I think it’s starting to get daytime. Yeah, I think the sun is starting to come up over there. So, we’re not in the clear yet on the night, but I definitely think we’re getting there. Also, I increased the spawn rates by Whoa, that tree. Whoa, what is that noise? Why’ I hear that? Why’ I hear that bone snapping noise? Oh, guys, guys, guys, guys. I increased the spawn rates by 50%. That’s what I was going to say earlier. You know what? I’m going to go over here. We’re I’m going to get the wood over here. It’s almost daytime. Yeah, I increased the spawn rates by 50%. Because this mod is typically a slow burn and your boy is not feeling that. I don’t I don’t like mods that take forever for stuff to happen. I like mods where stuff happens immediately and it keeps happening. It doesn’t have like a 10year break in between. Uh, so yeah, that’s uh that’s why I increased the spawn rates. Also, I probably shouldn’t have gotten a silk touch pickaxe cuz that’s just annoying. Is that that’s got to be something that just what? Oh no, man. No. I thought I was safe. They just made it night time. What the heck? Is he coming towards me? All right. No. Why are you staring at me? I I don’t like you. Sorry. Yeah, he’s coming to me. Hello. Uh oh god. Oh god, we got to run. Oh god, we got to run. Oh god, he’s coming for me. What the heck, bro? I was going to say it’s really bad that we made a silk touch pickaxe or that we got a silk touch pickaxe. We didn’t make it, but it’s bad that we have one. Wait, it’s gone. It’s gone. It’s gone. That thing that was chasing me is gone. Wait, why are these guys not damaging me? Oh shoot. Never mind. Yeah, I’m going to have to make a stone pickaxe so that we can actually get cobblestone because that’s the bad thing about having silk touch. Etho, Etho, your world is haunted. Yeah, I don’t think that’s normal. Wait, that’s not even like a real block that’s fully black. Stop. Stop, skeleton. God dang it. Hopefully this guy can’t swim. No. Whoa. What’s happening? I don’t know what’s happening. We’re fine. We’re fine. Village. Okay, I’m going to the village. That seems to be the safest spot to be right now. All the villagers are probably dead. Oh my gosh, it’s got an outline as well. Yes. Yes. And it’s all lit up. Okay, let’s stay here for a bit. This is probably Oh my god, the villagers are alive. Hey, dude. I’m going to go to sleep. Good night. I don’t know if that thing’s still following me. Guys, get in or get out. Like, one or the other. Don’t leave the door. Oh god, that thing’s still over there. Okay, I think we’re fine. The creepy music stopped. Jesus. Now we can finally calm down. Okay, that was actually crazy. And so I have two mods installed. I put them in the description. One of them adds just two creatures and then another one adds 15. And that creature that we saw that was chasing us and was making those weird noises and whatnot, that’s part of the 15. And like I said, based guy like me, you know, I had to increase the spawn rates because, you know, this this isn’t scary enough. We need to make it even more terrifying as always. Okay, we survived the night. I’m really happy with that. I’m going to go back here and I’m going to break that bed because I do want to make my own shelter. I feel like it would be a lot more fun to make my own shelter other than Oh. Oh. Yo, that is crazy. Yeah. Yeah. You uh you you plant all those, buddy. You plant all those back. That’s probably one of the best additions to this game they’ve ever put in, by the way, is the uh villagers. Oh, sorry. I’ll fix that up for you. Is the villagers that uh pick up stuff in their inventory and they plant stuff down. Like, that is so cool. Also, that new mob that they just added, the copper golem. I absolutely love that. It is so sick. Okay, I think right here is where I want to make my house. I don’t know what that is. I Hold on. I want to see if I can break this stuff. Maybe it’ll give me a block and I get to see what it’s called. No. Wait. Yes. 12 15 1920. Huh? What if I made my house out of these? That would actually be cool. No. Wait. Is it just wool? It doesn’t have any sort of breaking sound. There’s no sound for breaking this, which is actually really creepy. Wouldn’t this be kind of a funny thing to make a base out of? But man, that’s way too What is happening? Why is it so bright? Am I going to heaven? Oh my god. You look at this thing and then everything around gets so bright cuz this is so dark. Okay, I’m not going to make my base out of this. But maybe we’ll make a floor out of it. I’d be okay with that. I think this would be a cool floor. But okay, I need to stop wasting time because I am wasting time just sitting here mining this stuff. We do need to get a shelter down so that we can be ready for anything that happens tonight. Uh, yeah. I’m not going to make anything too crazy. Okay. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. [Music] Leave me alone. [Music] Oh. Oh my gosh. He’s still over there. Okay, here. I hate to walk over there because that guy’s there, but I need more spruce. Uh, so what should I do? I mean, that’s jungle. I don’t want to remake the whole house and make it look stupid and ugly. You know what? God dang it. I don’t have a boat. Um, I’m going to get some of this jungle wood to make a God, I don’t even know if I should go over there, honestly. Should we just make the house look super ugly and disgusting? It doesn’t matter. We’re just trying to survive. We’re not trying to win a beauty contest. I’m just getting this stuff. Okay, if the house looks ugly, it is what it is. I don’t care. Oh, wait. This is oak. Wait, I just realized something insane. Swamp wood is oak. I actually didn’t know that. You see him? You can literally barely see him. God dang it. I’m really mad about these things. I wanted it to be the floor. But one thing that’s a fact is we do need windows. You would be a horrible character in a horror movie because you know you always go and you see the monsters and you don’t hide. Guys, do you want like honest to god does it sound fun? Does it sound entertaining? Not even to watch but for me. Does it sound fun? All right guys, we’re playing with a terrifying horror mod. All right, we’re let’s this is how we’re going to survive it and then this is the whole 20 minutes. I just sit down here and tell a story. No, I’m not doing that. Okay. I like seeing the creatures that I add into the game. Okay, so I’m not skipping the night. But we do need coal. Bro, this guy I actually can’t believe he doesn’t despawn. And then I probably Okay, that’s an enderman. I probably want torches out here. H I’m so nervous some freaking terrifying creature is just going to pop up when I go outside. I get uh flashbacks of the psychopath video. I think that’s what happened in the psychopath video that we made is that I walked outside and the dude just came from around the corner with the chainsaw and just started attacking me and I screamed like a little baby. Iron baby. Uhoh. God. Etho’s been everywhere. Etho has been all over this freaking world and has gotten everything. I can’t have anything. God dang it, bro. Is there one cave you have not been through so I can explore? Don’t say that. Don’t say that. Stop. Stop. Okay. You don’t need to break stuff. No. Okay. Okay. There’s surely going to be a cave that we find. Let’s keep going. Actually, hold on. Let’s do that. Actually, let’s keep going down here. Um, why is this blocked off? Surely for no reason, right? Let’s go down. Yeah, that’s another thing I just realized since Etho’s been through like all of these caves. Apparently, this guy’s actually insane. Like, I don’t know where his base even is yet. He’s discovered all the caves around this area. But it’s going to be a lot harder for me to find actual resources because the dude has conquered the entire world. Wait, this is a new area. Right. Right as I’m roasting him. Oh, yeah. This is a new area. Okay, let’s go this way. Yes, we can do some exploring finally in a place he hasn’t been. I don’t know if this uh I mean this is a 10-year-old world, right? So maybe all the deep slate areas have never been explored uh because they weren’t in the game at that point, right? That was kind of my thought when finding this area. Oh my gosh. All right, it is what it is. Yes, we got 12. And then if I do this, is it just two? That’s fine. We got 14. I kind of want to try killing Oh, that’s what we should do. I should try killing that guy. That guy that’s right out front of our base. I’m going to get lost in this cave, though, if I keep going. Uh, it’s just way too confusing. And I’m not putting torches down behind me. So, yeah, I’m not going to stray too far off the path. I may have No, I haven’t. I was going to say I may have already forgotten where I am, but home is just that way. Oh, yeah. Okay, this is enough. I’m going to leave with this. 29 is good. I’m happy with 29. Uh, let’s get out of here and go back to the base. And then I think I’m going to try to kill that guy. Oh, yeah. We can take that, too. Wait, I did see another diamond, but I wasn’t going to get it because I was like, “Oh, I don’t I don’t have iron. I can’t pick it up. But bro, I literally have a diamond silk touch pickaxe. Where was that diamond that I saw earlier? I must have been trolling. I don’t see a diamond anywhere. I did find this yellow axelottle though. But okay, like I don’t really care. I mean, it’s cool. I’ll pick up this iron actually while I’m still here. But that’s about it. Of course, it’s night time by the way. Whoa. What’s happening? What’s happening? What was that blinking in front of my face? What is that? You have no hope. What? Oh, dude. I don’t like this. And it’s playing the freaking Minecraft music. It’s playing the Minecraft music. Oh, no. Is that the guy talking? You won’t survive. Will I not? I don’t know. I kind of want to put that to the test. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. I don’t know. Where’d he go? So, here’s what’s going to happen. I’m going to make uh I hate to do this. I’m gonna make a shield. There we go. Because I am going to fight this guy. I really hope he can be killed. He’s just still he’s still chilling over there, which is good. And that’s actually crazy that that guy just spawns and he literally never despawns. So, you must have to kill him for him to despawn, right? That makes sense to me. So, we’re going to get really geared up here. I wish I could make a diamond sword, but we only have one diamond, so best I could do is a shovel. Uh, but yeah, we’ll make a we’ll make an iron sword. We’ll have the shield. We’ll have a full set of armor. Probably should be able to kill him with that if I were to guess. All right, we geared up. We ready to take this thing on, man. We got our sword, our shield, full set of armor. It is night, but that’s probably fine, right? We got some blocks. I’m gonna keep on my fifth slot here in case I want to build up. Like, if if this guy hits me one time and I’m nearly dead, uh, then I got to build up and try to hit him like that. Hopefully, he can’t climb as so many of these guys can apparently do. Where is he? Wait, where is he? I don’t see him anywhere. I heard him over here. Wait, what is this? Uh, I’m not even going to question it. Maybe Etho did it. If I see anything that makes no sense like that, I I did see it earlier to be fair, but you know, Etho did it. That’s just what I’m going to say every time. Whoa. Oh, should we do this? I think we should. Okay, let’s do it. Okay, he sees us. Can he swim is the question. Uh, he’s Oh, dude. What? He He just kicked me. He just kicked me from my own server.
