What if the Minecraft body was realistic? This is your new health bar. When you land on your feet, they get damaged, giving you slowness. Getting hit in the head gives you blindness. And if something like an animal falls in your head, you get one-shotted. Taking damage in the arms gives you mining fatigue, and taking damage in the torso or getting hungry gives you weakness and nausea. Not sleeping for days at a time slowly shuts your body down. You will get slower and slower until you can barely move, and your vision will get worse. Being in a cold biome or getting wet will freeze you. And being in a hot vine and wearing armor will roast
