Modded Monday – Another look at Lilybrook! [2] | Stardew Valley 1.6
All right. Hello everyone and welcome back to modded Monday where we’re playing Stardy Valley with a bunch of mods. Oops. That’s a terrible place to put that chest. I just realized cuz that’s like kind of annoying. It’s okay though. But we’re here. So, yay. So, now we get to enjoy the end of winter. I want to get to spring. I got some plans. We’re going to explore more of Lily Brook. I kind of played a couple of days the other night, so I’ve got a few other things to check out. But yeah, so it’s going to be good. And I’m surprised that you have an unskippable ad bay considering that you have a Yasip membership now. I don’t have any ads. That’s weird. I think I think I’ll have to look into that. Um, but I’m glad you’re going to be able to be here for as long as you can. Like I said, completely understandable if you do have to leave early or anything like that. And hello, Sir Nerd Lee. We are very happy to see you. I know last week I felt your absence from the stream, from both streams actually, but that’s okay. I understand. But I’m very glad that you’re able to uh arrive at this one. So, oh boy, you guys, you’re gonna have to let me know how this stream looks and how it acts as I move around and stuff. I I did actually do the thing I said where I was going to try to fix my bit rate problem. And I think I did not in a way that I happy about. Um, but it’s better than the alternative, which is having bit rate problems and having YouTube yell at me and getting all fuzzy from time to time because the bit rate is dropping. And it so far it doesn’t look like I’m having any of those problems. Uh, thank goodness. So, that is where we’re at. And you know what? I need to make more of these. Like so many more. It’s a problem. There’s a Oh, I thought it was an egg that was in front of me. Uh, there we go. All right, man. You guys, I am I like winter in this game, but I am so excited for winter to no longer be a thing. Oops. Oh my gosh, guys are having a full-blown conversation over there. I’m gonna have to catch up on. Ah, there’s Hero. I was like, where’s Hero? All the All the names are green, so it’s like hard for me to look. Did I Whoa. Oh, that’s the goat. So, hello, Hero. That’s okay, sir. Nerdly, I understand if you have busy busy days, busy weeks, blah blah blah. I know eventually you shall return. Okay, there we go. The previous streams were stuck in winter. Yeah, cuz I I guess we are in winter and uh a wonderful life, too, huh? That’s kind of funny. And then we just got to spring in that one. So, we will be getting to spring here, too. I’m just going to put that in there because I don’t want to go back. So, this is the same mods as last time. I was looking at this one mod. I’m trying to remember. I don’t remember what it was called, which is why I took a screenshot. Um, it’s actually a really cool mod. And basically it lets you take NPCs as like companions and they follow you around and they like help you fight in the mines and I don’t know exactly. I think they help you like chop down wood as well. Like that those are the only two examples that I saw in the preview. I was like, “Wow, that’s so cool.” Then I had this thought and I was like, “Okay, hold up.” Because if you look at my stuff in here, I have these foods from Lily Brook, right? And so now I’m like, if I delete Lily Brook, these technically in theory should go away, but what if they don’t? What if it just like breaks my game? And then I was like, what if I have added too many mods and like eventually the game will stop working or something like that, right? But then I’m also like what if I have now ruined my a Stardew Valley expanded personal file. Um so yeah, lots of thoughts about that. But yeah, all the mods are the same. And I guess we’ll see. And no, I don’t think you can take Lily Brook people as companions because they’re not coded that way. The company one of the major VTubers works for turns out to be evil. That doesn’t sound good. Or royalty. That’s crazy. Okay, I just read up the chat now. Okay, I think I’m caught up. bombs to VTubers or start. That’s interesting. I’ll have to look into that. Not I don’t like dive too deeply into that neck of the uh internet, but it’s interesting enough. You know what I mean? All right, guys. I’m gonna actually The one one thing that I was just thinking right now is if I do, if I do end up uh removing Lily Brook at one point because I had another mod, if I remove all of my Lily Brook items, then technically I don’t think I would have any issues. Wow, that was lucky. You know, John John, you are not wrong. It is very hard to be a for-profit corporation in America that has good morals. All right, let’s see. I think Let’s see if he likes pizza. I realized Oh, I’ve already given him two gifts. I realized not too long ago that a lot of these people, they don’t really like pretzels, which is weird. I don’t know if that was on stream that I found that out. Okay, he does like the pizza. I kind of feel like this trash can needs to be right there. The diner is empty. I wonder No, he doesn’t like pretzels. I know that. No, I don’t want to eat the donut. Okay, he likes the donuts. Nobody hates donuts. You know what I mean? Just kidding. I’m sure someone does. But if you do, there’s something wrong with you. Wow, that’s a lot. So, basically, she’s had all this, you know, horrible stuff happen to her, and so she’s uh bringing it to light. Let’s see if he likes fries. Oh, I’ve already given two gifts to Mr. Oakley. His shirts do change like every day, which I actually kind of like. These are so cheap. That’s the second time I’ve gotten cake out of that dumpster. I think I’ve already maxed out on my gifts. Yeah. Up with Kelly. Running a coffee shop ain’t half bad. I get a steady stream of coffee and cake all day. You know what? Honestly, she’s living the life. If I was not living in Stardy Valley doing my thing over there, I’d be here. She lost her book. I think she likes pretzels. No, she hates pretzels. Dang it. I knew I should have known better. She actually very much dislikes pretzels. Let’s see if anyone is at the beach. I don’t think so. I very rare do I see anyone down here. I think I see like that one guy Jeff come down here. Oh, and sometimes I think the mayor, the so-called mayor trash cake. Yes, delicious trash cake. Okay, let’s see if he likes Oh, I’ve already given him gifts, too. I, as you guys can tell, I’ve kind of come back. I have been back in town and I have given gifts to the people if he likes fries. He looks like a fry guy. Oh, surely you meant to put this in the trash. I was wrong. I guess he doesn’t. Maybe he’s a health nut. He’s like an exercise kind of guy. So, he’s been having too many wiz drinks. Okay. He likes the donut. Also, you guys, the drinks, these whiz energy drinks, they are so OP. So, it says plus two speed, right? You drink it. And now I have plus two speed, but it doesn’t have a timer. So, I literally just have plus two speed for the entire rest of the day. I think I gave the children gifts as well. See if Tracy wants a donut. She likes that. If the kids like pretzels. She doesn’t like pretzel and neither does he. Why do these people not like pretzels? What is this? An ice spirit. Maybe he’ll like it. He was accepting of my gift. Oopsies. Wrong wrong. Uh everywhere. Too fast. I’m too fast. So I can’t keep up with the fast movement of the of the me. They should add a negative to energy drinks like cancer. Oh my gosh, so nerdly that’s so dark and it’s making me really uncomfortable about the Dr. Pepper I’m drinking. Not that it’s an energy drink, but I mean it’s not that far off. Like for being honest here, today’s the day I beat my high score in Journey of the Prairie King. Well, congratulations. I can’t speak. She likes the flower. Yep. So, she doesn’t actually live here. So, I learned this cuz her and I think Oakley are roommates cuz I think on the map, yeah, Oakley and Frankie’s house is down over here. So, I thought she lived out here, but I think I do recall her talking about living with Oakley. You have a Dr. Pepper, too. Okay, that makes me feel better. Let’s see if Oakley’s I’m going to wait for them to come home. I’m just going to creep in their house and read chat. I do agree with the Ly Brook uh music. It’s really nice. Sometimes when you’re typing, you forget to type a word. I don’t know. Sometimes when I’m talking, I just pause for a really long time because I don’t know what I’m trying to say anymore. Exactly. As a cancer, I can confirm it’s the worst sign. I do not agree, sir. Nerdly. Yes. Uh, Hero, I believe they are just roommates. I would be very surprised at these two individuals being anything more than roommates. Like I’m not saying it’s impossible, but I would be very surprised. Also, they’re not home. Ah. I’ve already talked to her, so I I’m assuming this is her room because of the stuff, which I find very interesting. So, she’s not romanceable, right? Yet, she has items in her room that would make you think that you would have a cut scene in there with her. I’m not saying you couldn’t. I’m just saying it’s a little odd and I know she’s not because it doesn’t say that she is. Wherever she is down here somewhere. Yeah. See, which I guess is fine. You know, there’s a couple of reasons why. Now, Oakley that lives here is single and he lives in this boring room. Like, do you know what I mean? When’s Oakley coming home? I need to buy more of those drinks. He’s not home. There he is. Wednesday. Okay, I’m going back home. Also, you guys, I shared on my Twitter page because I got an email and I’m sure you’re all well aware, but uh Fields of Mystery I got its third update today and I read through the little notes or whatever and it looks really exciting. I was literally like, you know, reading it. I’m like, should I play that instead? Like I’m like, “No, I can’t do that cuz I shouldn’t cuz that’s like, you know, just not okay in my opinion of what I am doing.” But I I might actually play it like off stream probably. But now I’m kind of thinking I’m like, I kind of have something to do that isn’t this. Granted, I still desperately need to play um Another Wonderful Life or sorry, A Wonderful Life if I uh want to finish in a month. Minimalism is a trend. Yes, it is. It absolutely is. Hey, look, Santa Claus came by. And that is interesting. Fay happening more often if you’re not paying close attention. Well, I mean, it’s good to notice these things because you never know. I’m not saying anything bad is happening, but could be a lot of things though, honestly. It could just be stress in general, especially if Darcy was there. Well, good news. Darcy would be there. But seriously, the um the update, it has like obviously more cutscenes for the peeps, and I haven’t even gotten to the six heart cut scenes, so I would get two heart cuts scenes. And they added, I guess, two new vendors for the Saturday market, and they have also added a fall festival. So, it’s really cool. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Okay. I wanted to upgrade my coupe at Robins, but um it was Tuesday the last time I had looked. So, let’s go do that today and get that done with. And that is true, FA. Yeah, from like back with the fainting, it does kind of make sense why you might have some of those issues. And hopefully you’re able to play a game like a PC game again soon. One thing I like about Stardw Valley expanded is just how much like grass they put everywhere. Like at first it’s kind of like annoying and then it’s like oh it’s cool and then again and then at some point again it’s like annoying again but then it’s like oh well it’s kind of cool. So I’m in the oh it’s kind of cool phase right now. Let’s see if there’s anything up here that I can grab. I can hop on a train if I wanted to. Oh, her house is so cute for like winter. I often see Alex visiting the bath house. The workout room is kept in good condition. Maybe because no one but Alex uses it. That’s funny. You know what? Now that I think about it, I’ve never actually Oh my gosh, look. It’s ice. That’s funny. I don’t think I ever paid attention to that. I don’t think it’s like that in the in the main game. Someone pro tell me I’m wrong. The beginning of your villain arc. Oh man. I had Is it really mean for me to say I hope that’s a thing just to see your villain arc? Oh, today’s the festival. I knew I should have paid more attention to when Santa came by. Okay, it looks like the locker room is about the same. Except I don’t have to Oh, never mind. I’m like I don’t have to walk. Well, looks the same in here. You know, I have not had so many like cut scenes and things like that, like the uh heart cut scenes, but the one that I really did like was with Penny in the bath house. It was a nice cut scene. All right, let me get out of here. And yeah, I am really glad that you have your Switch because like you need like something and I’m sure it does help. I love this. Like I love how you can click Abigail’s locker. It stinks pretty bad. I love that. And then like just this. It’s just items for women. It’s just so funny. And now that I think about it, I’ve never actually been into the men’s locker room because I’ve never made like a male character. Like, not even for fun. Maybe I should do that one of these days. Maybe the next time I stream and I need to make a new account, I’ll just I’ll just make myself male. Hey, look. Alex is going to the Oh, crap. I need to go get a gift. I think it’s for Jodie, right? I’m pretty sure. I actually don’t remember. Legacy farm cave mod. Okay, I will definitely look into that. I can glitch into the back into the locker room. You guys are going to have to tell me how, but I’m going to have to be careful I don’t get caught. Also, I’m not going to be able to give to do the robin thing because of Christmas. All I care about looking at right now. Oh, I love his little sweater that like actually warned my heart for like a split second of my life. Never before. I was like, he’s so cute. I love crabs. So, we can all be crabs together, I guess. I know. I really did like Jod’s outfit. All right, let’s see who who else’s outfit. Could like rank all their outfits. This is cute outfit. Merry winter star, dear. Isn’t it wonderful how happy everyone is on such a day like this? It’s weird cuz it’s not like acknowledging anything. His outfit is pretty mid. It’s just very much him. Morris, he What are you even doing here? He looks the same. He doesn’t have outfits. I do actually like Demetrius’s outfit. Oh, I talked to her by accident. That’s okay. I need to go see the little boy’s outfit. that Penny. Oh no, it’s Sophia. I don’t know why I saw like red hair. Okay, so Sophia’s hanging out with the dog, you know. That would be me if I was in a gathering of a bunch of people. That would be me talking to the dog. Okay, his outfit is really cute with his little hat. And I hate him. I like despise that child. Oh, Russell. He’s just chilling. Leah’s outfit. I like the colors. It looks nice. Gus looking pretty chill. Elliot very dapper. I dig it. Clint, I like I love and hate it so much because I just don’t like Clint as a person, but like his outfit is like pretty cool, but then he says stupid stuff like this. All right, let’s see Harvey. He looks exactly how I would expect someone like him to look. I actually think this outfit makes him look more attractive. Like, but I normally I would give Harvey like maybe a four out of 10. This easily pulls him up like a seven or an eight. Like just the just the sweater cuz like he looks great. Shane. I I I find in this mod Shane looks thinner. How like does anyone else feel like uh that’s the case? I don’t really like it. It just looks strange. It’s like he’s lost 20 lbs. And maybe that’s just him in general though in this mod. So, okay, Caroline, she I I think it looks good on her. It’s just not her style. It’s like she borrowed Abigail’s clothes, which okay, looking at their outfits together, they kind of match, so it’s kind of cute. I’m I’m going to bump Caroline’s outfit back up a little bit. Abigail’s is cool. It’s very her style. Mayor Lewis just put a hat on. Marne put on like a shawl. Susan, I think that’s like her normal winter outfit. This is Andy’s normal winter outfit, too. But they look great. There’s Penny. Honestly, I’m not really a fan of this outfit. Um, I like it better on her here, but even then, I still don’t like it. Ham just looks so angry. He just looks like really upset. And he’s the same. Oh. Uh. Uh, I don’t want to say no. So, we’re going to listen. Lily just looks normal. He just looks like he’s wearing a darker outfit. All right, let’s go see Pierre. I actually hate this outfit cuz I feel like it matches his personality really well. That’s why I don’t like it. Uh, it’s not I think I already have the Christmas tree. Actually, don’t remember. I don’t think I need to buy anything, but I’m going to buy that cuz that’s going to be useful. Okay. Uh, that it. That’s it, right? I don’t do anything else. Huh? Oh, wait. It would be cool if you could go on dates um in Starder Valley. Uh I know there’s a mod for it and it works with a lot of these. So maybe I’ll maybe I’ll experience that too cuz that would be kind of neat. Sernardo, you stole Clint’s crush on your first save. Nice, nice, nice, nice. And you know what? That’s another thing too that they added to Fields of Mystria is they added like weekend dates as well too. And apparently when you become when you get eight hearts with someone, uh, you choose like either best friend or like romance like route. So, which I think is kind of neat. And then obviously, like I said, the dates. That’s going to be cool. All right, let’s go to sleep. Abigail is the wizard’s daughter, but is she Caroline’s? That’s funny. The mom is the dwarf. That’s why she hates rocks. Oh my gosh, these are some Yeah, that’s big brain energy right there. I agree with hero. Haley, my queen. Oh wow, I actually like how Haley looks. I Yeah, like it was such a good outfit. Like like just gen genu genuinely good outfit. I kind of wish that was like an all the time winter outfit. Maybe you know what I should do? You know, I can Well, you would have to do it. I’d have to make more cuz I’m sure there’s only one sprite. I could take that outfit from this mod and I could copy it into my actual game on from the Steam library and just pretend that it is the alltime outfit. The only issue with this particular mod is like they have different outfits when they’re outside when they’re inside. Like sometimes they wear extra coats or hats, which is so cool. I love but a little more complicated. Best friends to lovers with Darcy. Darcia unfortunately is not part of that um realm of people. Oh yeah. Fields of mystery over Stardw Valley when it comes to like relationship and dating. Yeah. And that is true. They do have the movie theater. What is he asking for? He wants an albakor like two days before the season is over. I guess I could try and go get it for him. Oh, I need to go to Robins. All right, let’s see. Don’t destroy your troops. I’m sorry. You know what? Maybe someday someone will make a mod. I I I really do think that I know people have already made mods for uh Fields of Mistria. I don’t think Fields of Mistria is going to get quite as big as uh Stardw Valley. I just found a Circuit Porch shirt in the ground. Um but I think it will get at full release. I hope it like stays big enough. I’m pretty confident cuz like the devs have been like really like nice and like updating things fairly quickly. Um, if you think about at the release we had, you know, August of last year, like literally almost a year ago, now they’re on their like third major update. I think that that’s like pretty good. Um, sorry, I like lost my train of thought. pretty good use of like their time and our time. Simp to enemy arc. That’s funny. I’m going to have a lot of uh a lot of uh villain arcs going on. Uh, you know, I saw Coral Island on sale during the last or like the summer sale for Steam and I really did like consider getting it, but at the same time, I was looking at a couple other things. And uh news flash, I ended up not buying anything on the summer sale cuz I was like, I kind of got everything I need. But maybe someday. Oh. Oh, wait, wait, wait. I’m going the wrong way. Why don’t I have auto grabbers? I’m too poor to have them right now. I get them eventually. Oh my gosh, you guys. Look. I was going to go down to the beach to catch an albor. I can just buy it. This is great. I actually did in my main playthrough that I have um that I’m recording and I do have auto grabbers, but that’s also because I have a bunch of money and I was like, well, what else am I going to buy? This is not open yet. Hey, you know what? I got like I’m going to take a very super quick intermission, but I’m going to let time go so that way Gus opens. So pure B nearly perfect. What did I tell you guys by the time Gus walks all the way down here? Anyway, one albakor, sir. What’s that? Something smells like albvaore. Sure does. Honestly, this place looks so nice. Like his room, a little arcade section. What did I miss in chat? What’s the longest file I have in this game? I I want to say my very first one I got to year four and then I stopped because that was like right after the game came out. So, there was no Ginger Island, you know? There was I’m sure like there was some things I still could have done. Like, I didn’t 100% the game, but uh it just wasn’t something I continued, I guess. But probably like year four. I just never left. I just sat quietly watching time go by. just like you guys. No, I did leave just very quickly. And yes, I do I do know of some of your money-making ways, FA. Oh, and nobody has to fund me. Coral Island. I will buy it when it goes on sale. She says I’m bored. She’s like the deputy sheriff and she’s like not much going on. He might not forgive you, though. I think he might be allergic. I love that outfit. I like new files because you can do whatever you want like and you can restart. But like I’ll play like to a point like in the the video file I have. I’m going to play till the end of year three and my goal is to 100% the game. So, oh no, that’s what I get for talking too long. If you’ve ever lived anywhere where it snows regularly, you’ll know that nighttime with snow falling is like the most silentest silent silent night ever. Fay, that’s so funny. I mean, you know, I wasn’t going to say anything, but his bodybuilder pictures in the locker, I mean, hey, to each their own. You know what I mean? I need to make more of these. I wouldn’t be able to tell you guys why. All right. Uh, okay. So, the parsnips need to be in the middle and then put the potatoes at the bottom. You wanted the colors to be sort of similar. So, all the green stuff is on this side and the garlic up top. Yeah, I was kind of hoping it would do more than that, but oh well. Yes, I’m trying to make it very fancy. That’s like one thing I’ve enjoyed with uh playing this one and not being too, you know, intense on myself when it comes to like money is I’m just trying to make a nice farm and have it look nice and be efficient. Dang. You know what, you guys? I think I’m going to take a a milk break. Just kidding. I’m actually going to eat this butter. Just going to eat this entire pound of butter. But I think I have like I have my stuff now. So, like I could make 10 more beehives if I had the other things. I put them in the shape of a heart around a flower. That’s so nice. I love that. I think I’ve seen that before online. Everyone’s played Stardew Valley Hero. It’s the number one game on Steam, which is new in case if anyone was wondering. Oh, my apple tree. Let’s see what happens. You guys get hit with an ad like right now. But like I think what’s happening video has four likes. and 87 concurrent viewers and only you guys are chatting. I think YouTube’s broken. It has been going up and down, but I think YouTube is like I think like like I would I am too good to believe that like 80 people have come and clicked on the stream to look at it for a few seconds and then leave. I just think YouTube’s having a hard time keeping up with how many people are actually actively here. Emily sent me some wool. Unless they want to come chat with us. I know, right? That would be nice, but I guess not. Just kidding. Double protection. I know. But apparently like FA earlier got an ad like right at the beginning of the stream, which is so strange cuz it shouldn’t be doing that. You know what I mean? This looks very nice. Uh, okay. So, let’s see. Where are we? I need to get rid of Pilates. Oh, I need to go get my mushrooms, too. Um, this going to be my last day as well, you guys. I’m going to push through and do one extra day. So, you’re welcome that your my skippiness is gracing your presence as my viewer. Just kidding. I don’t think members get ads. Pretty sure that’s like a perk of being a member is there’s no ads. And I would do member only streams, but like I feel like I don’t have enough people where that would actually make sense. Also, I didn’t take a new screenshot, but it did totally peak at 90. Even though, like I said, I don’t believe it. I believed it up until about 40 40 viewers because I was like, I haven’t seen anyone chat, you know? It’s like, oh, I need one of those. It’s just one of those things. Like I said, I I do genuinely believe that YouTube is broken right now. Also, I just realized I’ve only been to like Lily Brookke like once today. I don’t want to make exclusive content right now because like I said, I just don’t think there’s much of a point. Um, also I have to like really commit to it too. And I’m not saying like I don’t like committing. It’s just difficult, you know, since you get more money from non-member viewers with ads. Well, yeah. In this case, like member only streams are for when you want to really appreciate the people that give you um like give you their time and their money essentially. That is like what truly member streams are for. And for you to interact with your regulars and people that really care about like your content so you get more of that one-on-one. Because if I for instance, if I actually had 91 people watching me right now and this was a very regular occurrence, I’m talking like every stream I had 90 people chatting, chat would be flying by and like I mean it would be like zoom like you would not I would not be able to keep up with it. I can barely keep up with it when it’s actually at 20 or 30. So in this case, if we had 90 people watching, then I would definitely invest in a membersonly stream like once or twice, like m once every two weeks or maybe once a month for sure. So that way you get that one-on-one close to one-on-one time. You know, Skippy has commitment issues confirmed. I knew one of you guys were going to say that. I knew it. As soon as that came out of my mouth, I was like, “Yep, here it comes. I’m going to get hit with this one. I already knew. I know. I can barely keep up with you. Like three or four of you at the same time. But then again, like if there was 90 people watching, I would like to be just quite honest, I just would not be paying that much attention. I would be focusing more on the gameplay. Um, which I think is when super chats would come in handy. That’s when you would have to super chat if you really wanted to say something. I like I know it sounds terrible to say and like it sounds awful but like just to get like the attention because otherwise I would just be sitting there reading chat and I would barely be be able to keep up and like there would be no content and then people would leave because it’s just watching someone stand in Stardw Valley while reading chat that you’re already looking at. So there’s just a lot of things that go to it. Also, let’s go visit Olivia. I haven’t visited her in a minute. Where is she at? There she is. fetch a bottle of wine from the seller for you. It’s a wonderful vintage. Oh, she gave it to me, too. That’s so cute. I should give it back to her, huh? As a gift. Yeah, I figured, like I said, I knew one of you guys was going to say it. I mean, honestly, guys, if I had like 90 people for real right now, I wouldn’t have time for anyone. Wouldn’t even have time for my own thoughts. It would be a just chatting stream. Exactly. Which just chatting streams are fine. I think they’re great, but there’s a time and a place for that. As my once uh almost sold the wine. As my uh once old friend, Professor Oak said, “No, there’s a time and place for everything. How much I got in here? Two out of 240. I better go cut down some hay. Not that they’re going to go hungry anytime soon, but still it’s, you know, cold outside here. I’m going to go far out. That way I don’t obstruct the hay. Wow, this property goes pretty far. Just chatting is the most profitable category for Twitch. Is it really? I’m not really that surprised. But John John, who? Huh? Who’s that? No, I could not forget John John or Sir Nerdley or Fay or anyone that’s been an active member in the Skippy community. The skip mud. It almost sounds like mutiny. Skip mutiny. I think I knew someone who went by that once. You’re funny. You be like, h, it sounds familiar, but I don’t know. I’m just kidding. Yeah. No, that’s very true. Because if you do start playing a game, then yeah, you are going to lose. Because once once you’re playing a game, generally speaking, your viewer is slightly disengaged because now they’re focusing on the game, which is kind of like, you know, it’s what it’s for. But at the same time, just chatting. If you’re just chatting with people and you’re actually responding, people get so excited when you respond to them. And like so do I. Like I’ I’ve been in a couple chats before where there was like um I want to say like 50 or 70 people watching and I said something and then like the streamer was like, “Oh yeah, yeah, Skippy, blah blah blah something something.” And I was all like, “You guys can’t see me, but I’ll just make like a really goofy excited face.” It’s like, “They said my name.” You know what I mean? So that engagement really helps retention, too. Chad is a pick me girl. Yes. Feel like when I changed my username and another streamer didn’t know who I was anymore. Oh man. Yeah, that happens. I mean that does. A variety stream with mostly chatting. I would do that on Twitch like where I would just be casually playing something. And yes, I know League of Legends. I know League of Legends. I know. Oh, it’s time for the little guys to go in. I’ve been neglecting them since I don’t have to feed them every day now. They’re so cute. I love this like cute animal mod. League 2026. Um, I don’t know what mod that’s from, you guys. I don’t think I need the apricot anymore. You know, I’m going to keep this. Um, I forget what I was going to say now. Oh, yeah. That’s like quite a lot. I think it’s because my stream was actually scheduled properly this time cuz last time I proper I scheduled it wrong. All this time and no apples. Yeah, I guess. Huh? I don’t I guess not. Oh, I have a peach at that point. Not that it’s Oh, it does bear in summer. Oh, okay. Let’s see. Okay, so yeah, they just have to be the two, I’m assuming. Uh, does it count the times I went in before you before I streamed? No, it doesn’t. Or it shouldn’t. Well, the views might. How many times did you click on this stream? Uh, stream was set up like Saturday or something. I thought I saw Yeah. So, like I I think I set this one up yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I put out my post and I scheduled today’s stream and I scheduled Wednesday’s stream in advance because normally I do it the day before. But then I was like, well, Sunday I was like, okay, I have to do Mondays today. But then I was like, why don’t I just do Wednesdays while I’m here, you know, and and then make sure it’s listed because that was my issue with the last one I had is that it wasn’t listed. So, that was the problem. You came in like three times. Okay, that’s that’s not anything detrimental to my stream health or anything like that. So, which I fixed my bit rate issue, everyone, which could also be why I was hoping that more people had joined because YouTube was pushing my awesome bit rate. So, yeah. You like it when people schedule like the full week, like have the full week full like Monday through Friday, or you mean like they schedule days in advance? YouTube appreciates being scheduled in advance. Like with YouTube videos, I have a bunch of notes that I’ve taken from watching about how to make your videos successful, how to get more views, how to get more subscribers, blah blah blah, how to beat the algorithm, whatever. And uh one of the tips, which I’m going to use on my next video, is you upload your video and you schedule it for like the next day and you let it sit for 24 hours unlisted. or like privated so that way YouTube the algorithm has time to review your video and then who to push it out to which is crazy and I’m going to see how well that does for my next video which I need to finish recording it. YouTube should push you more but that’s your opinion or that’s my opinion. Yeah, I know. I think so too but I don’t know. I don’t want them to push me too fast. Might get overwhelming. No, they show Monday at 8, Thursday at 3. Oh, so like how I did with my post. I hope I hope that’s what you mean cuz yeah, that’s kind of what I’m trying to like move toward is scheduling better. So, it’s a nice day. I just wish I had a a cup of tea in my hand next to my fireplace and it’s raining outside. What would the average 17-year-old want for this? Hey, I mean that’s like the general market. It’s funny though. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So, like and I like giving people a heads up too. That way they can plan to be here, not just like boom, you just go live, you know? This scene is such a vibe. Use this as like a just a backdrop. the rain, the fireplace. Love, I like it, too.
