Minecraft’s HARDEST Death…
By bringing the ender dragon into the overworld, letting it hit you, and then teleporting all the way to the world border before crossing it with an ender pearl, you’ll get what most people consider to be the rarest death in all of Minecraft. Player left the confines of this world whilst fighting Ender Dragon, but it’s actually not the rarest death to have ever happened. Most people think it is a rarest because you first need to build this insane setup just to get the ender dragon into the overworld and then travel 30 million blocks to the world border and build an ender pearl stasis chamber, then go back to spawn, get hit by the ender dragon, and then finally activate the stasis chamber and cross the world border. But the actual rare death only happened once in the history of Minecraft. Imagine walking in a desert looking for food while being on half a heart and then he suddenly died. You don’t know what unlived as there were no mobs around, no pit that he fell into, nothing. You later realized that in the Nether, another player built a Nether portal. When they stepped through to go back to the overworld, it generated the link portal at the exact coordinates you’re standing on, instantly suffocating.

And nether border. Because it's same distance block wise from spawn but it's longer than over world due to nether being "shorter" in comparison.

Being honest, here's the rarest death: Buy a minecraft account, name it, make sure it can't be hacked / no one can login (this is a secret tool that'll help us later), hop on that account, get a trusted person on your main account, kill your main account, leave that account and change the password to something unintelligibe, don't write it down. No one else will die to this account, you are the only person whose died to this account, therefore making it the rarest death. (The secret mouskatool- I mean, normal tool is the fact no one can get on that account, if someone could, they could kill someone else, making that person also the bearer of that death message.)

I once died from landing in water which gave me a bunch of weird code as the death message

In the nether you make a portal 9 nlocks from the player in the overworld if i am correct it well spawn the portal directly at the player
