BRAND NEW MINECRAFT SHELF & GOLEM STATUE ITEMS! (UPDATE NEWS)

Huge Minecraft news just dropped today. Mojang has officially added shelf items to Minecraft via today’s Minecraft preview on Bedrock Edition. These shelves come in all different wood types for whatever build you’re trying to fit them into. And they serve as a means to not only display items for decorating, but also for hot swapping items in your hand or your entire hot bar at one time. This can be especially useful if you use a specific setup right before you go caving in city raiding or exploring around with an elytra. Me personally though, I’ll probably use them mostly to decorate. Now, that’s not the only new thing, as copper golem statues are a brand new item added to the game as well. When your copper golem fully oxidizes, it will turn into the golem statue block. This means it will freeze what it’s doing and go into a random pose and can then be used for decoration or be unwaxed to be put back to work again. Aside from this, Mojang also updated the color dye icons to help people who are color blind be able to tell which is which at a glance, as well as new mobs can now spawn wearing copper armor. I think this new update is looking to be a banger.

  1. For the shaders dont use viberent visuals instead use a combo of poggys luminous dreams and prizma visuals on 3d with simplicity visuals as the top pack for the water.

  2. I always fantasize about shelves. Im like they cant possibly make it bad?? I cant say im happy with them but i mean its a shelf it wasnt really hard to get wrong.

  3. its not unwax right? unwaxing would be dumb… And i can see future texture packs and moss fixing how dumb items look in shelves

  4. I hope they tweak the shelf a little bit. It’s really cool and the idea is nice but it kinda looks like you just put the texture onto Minecraft with editing

  5. I really like the idea of storage blocks that let you see the items and double as decorations;
    Armor stands for anything that can be worn, Chiseled bookshelves for enchanted books, Item frames and these shelves for everything else.
