I Built Annoying Traps (That Go Way Too Far)

[Music] So, the other day I got this comment to make a trap so annoying that your friends rage quit the game. First things first, we’re going to put this challenge to sleep. That means we’re going to craft a bed. But not just any bed. I think I want to make a bed that they just can’t get out of because I feel like nothing would be more annoying than just not being able to get out of bed. And in order to pull that off, we’re going to need the same exact steps to craft a normal bed, except for one very important detail. Honey. Literally any honey block will do. But we’re going to use a honeycomb. So, if we go ahead and craft a normal looking bed and then we put this little honeycomb on top, that makes a sticky bed. And if I climb inside of it, um, if I try to get out, well, I can’t. And that’s because I’m sticky. I mean, I’m covered in honey. What do you expect? Now, don’t worry. If I go ahead and type this command, effect clear, I can uh I can climb out. But I think the problem is that’s not annoying enough. I’m going to summon a chicken really quickly, and then I’m just going to kill the chicken. If we Okay, so I got a feather. And my idea is that maybe we can use it to just like tickle somebody. We’re going to use this to tickle whoever gets stuck in this bed because like how miserable would that be? I added a game rule called can tickle yourself. And if I go ahead and set this to true, I could tickle myself as you can. Stop. Stop. Stop. So I did add a enchantment as well. This is a looting enchantment, which is going to make things a little bit more fun because I can use this to basically commit Larsson. It’s Larsson, right? That’s what theft is. Let’s just give ourselves a bunch of buried treasure. So now, if we use our looting feather to tickle myself, I can just start like, as you can see, all of my stuff is flying out of my inventory. If we use this on someone else, we could use it to commit theft. I wish we had somebody to test this on. Don’t you want to sleep in that right there? Come on, go sleep in the bed. Get in the bed. Yeah. Oh. Oh. Okay. So, now that he picked up all of the wheat, I should be able to use my looting feather to tickle all of the wheat out of his inventory. As you can see, it works because I’m a master coder and nothing ever breaks on this channel. And unfortunately, there’s really no way to get him out of the bed. Actually, wait a minute. If I remember correctly, I think we could just like we can leave him behind. Farewell, villager. Wait. I actually actually feel kind of bad. I’m going to make three other annoying traps in this video and then I’m going to use them against my friends to see just how annoying they actually are. Like this comment that says to make a crafting table that makes it impossible to craft anything at all. Okay, we’re going to need four note blocks and an echo shard. Yeah, that sounds cool. So, this is a normal crafting table, right? How do you make it impossible to craft? Yeah, you feel that? That is a vibration. We are going to use the following blocks to craft ourselves none other than a crafting table but base boosted. Let me show you what it does. Oh, that is one base boosted crafting table. So, the idea is that it’s so powerful that it makes it impossible to craft anything. But before I show you how that works, I want to give myself a couple of items like a glass block. This vibration is so powerful that as you can see it breaks the glass. I’m just going to place some of these blocks around. Hello. Subscribe. Thank you. Place a little torch there. Can we put the painting over here? I guess. Aura. Okay. Okay. So, I’m going to just like Oh. Oh god. The painting. The painting fell down. The sign rotates. Hang on. Look. You can see it rotates. I’m going to spawn like a couple of villagers around the place. Hey fellas, you like jazz? Okay, that’s so cool though. Like that’s actually Get away. Okay, I think I want to start simple. Let’s just try to craft a crafting table. But I have a feeling that’s going to be a lot easier said than done because as you can see, they don’t stay in one place. Uh they Wow, that was that was actually kind of easy. Go. Okay, time to craft the cake. Oh god, my precision is so bad. This is why I’m horrible at first person shooters. Stop. Yes. No, we did it. We crafted a cake. Does it actually launch items, too? That would be crazy. It does. Oh my gosh, it launches items. Honestly, the cake was a little too easy. I want to try and craft TNT. Let’s give it a shot, shall we? Okay, sand. Boom. It’s in place. Let’s just get everything on the board first. Stop. Okay, wait. Oh, come on. Stop. Stop. Please. Okay, now we just have to rearrange it. Almost. No. Stop. Oh god, I was so close. This is This should be a mobile game. Yeah, crafting but base boosted. Impossible. Uh, not really, but definitely annoying. Uh, you know what would be annoying? Getting slammed by a door whenever you try to open it. You see those hinges right there? We’re going to take those hinges right off of the door. That way whenever I try to open it, it just like falls down and and smacks me in the head. In order to make this work, I did add a brand new item to the game. So, let’s go ahead and craft that, shall we? You know what? There we go. That’s more like it. Okay, I’m going to use this. Oh god, stop. Please. Okay, wait. Stop. No. Please, please, please. Yes, a flathead screw. No. Behold a flathead screwdriver. As you can see, we can right click it. There’s a lot of blocks in Minecraft that have hinges. A chest, for example. Like, it’s got to have hinges, right? It opens. What if we take the hinges off? Ah, darn it. Wait, it’s the wrong screwdriver. So, it’s like this is a flathead screwdriver, right? But like sometimes you need a Phillips head screwdriver. I don’t know if you could tell, but like the tip is a little different. That’s a Phillips head. That’s a flathead. Okay, I think we’re ready. There we go. That is a door hinge. So, let’s just like grab this unhinged hinge and let’s just toss it because now I just can’t I guess you just have to like break it then. This could be a really annoying trap. Like if your friend has a loot chest and you use this to take off the hinges, they just can’t get it anymore. They got to break it. That’s pretty annoying. And it’s time to craft a door. Maybe we set our spawn point for this. Okay, let’s just like place the door. So, as you can see, normal door. I can walk right through it. Uh, let’s just use the That’s the wrong one. There we go. This is now an unhinged door. As you can see, the hinges are no longer on the texture. So now if we walk up to it, you just that Yeah, you get flattened. That is pretty annoying. What? Oh, System Z was flattened by a door with no hinges. I think I may have added another feature where you can like use a screwdriver to like I don’t I don’t know why I did that. Like you could I could just like send a cow flying for no reason. He’s dead. That’s almost as annoying as a boat that can’t float and will definitely sink. So, this is a normal block of wood. As you can see, wooden planks. You use this to craft many items, but especially a boat. Now, I’m going to grab a couple of items like a dripstone block, a pointed dripstone. Build something real quick and put the water down. Okay, I think we’re good. As you can see, oh, did I do it wrong? What the heck did I do? Oh, there it is. Yeah, look at that. The water is dripping on the planks. Slowly but surely, this block is going to become dry rotten. You could also make it rain. And if you did that, every block would become dry rotted. Okay, I think if I use this command, we should be able to place like a bunch of planks. Yeah, there we go. This is the weirdest day of these cows lives. What is that? It’s a UFO. So, now that we have a bunch of oak planks, I’m going to go ahead and place down this one dry rotten oak plank. The way this works is every random tick, there’s a chance that the dry rot spreads. I’m going to set the tick speed up a little bit higher, like to 30. There it goes. Yeah, it’s starting to spread. Oh yeah, let’s speed it up even more. Wa. Okay, that’s so cool looking. Oh my god. Wait, I have an idea. Before I place this down, I made one other side effect. If you step on dry rotted planks, it breaks. We’re just going to have to try our best to outrun that, I guess. I’m actually really scared. Go. Okay, once again, let’s go into survival mode and like let’s set it to like 30. Oh god, it’s catching up. The spread is getting Oh, it’s very No. Stop. No. No. No. Hey, look. There’s where I fell earlier. Oh, hello. Okay. All right. Okay. I froze it. And then we’re just going to spawn a bunch of creepers. Unfreeze. Okay. Oh, there it is. There they go. They’re all falling down. Spawn voyage creepers. Oh, that’s the trippiest thing ever. Oh my gosh. Okay. But if you take a dry rotted oak plank and you break it, and if you use the dry rotten oak planks to craft a dry rotted oak boat, well, that’s where the fun starts. in order to survive even a second with this dry rotted boat. We’re going to need a bunch of wood. Okay, well that should hopefully get me across the ocean. But there is only one way to find out. My goal is to get over there. This boat is dry rotted. Wait, why isn’t it working? Uh hello. Oh no, there’s a leak. I’m actively sinking as you can see. We got to fix the leak. Let’s just There we go. I may have overestimated how difficult this would actually be. Oh. Oh no, your ore broke. In order to craft it, you have to have a 3×3 grid. This is a boat ore. So, anytime you need a new paddle, you’re going to have to place down a crafting table. Yeah, you can see my boat is leaning. The weight is not balanced. So, let’s just like get back in. And we’re good. We’re all back to normal. We can safely make our way back to the shore. That is one annoying boat. I honestly think it might be easier to swim without a boat. Like I could probably swim all the way from there over here faster than anyone using this. I think I’m just going to let this one sink. To be honest, I’m just going to use my paddles to pull myself over there. Now that we have our annoying traps, it’s time to call my friends and see just how annoying they actually are.
