Why People Hate Queen Slime In Terraria! #terraria
Queen Slime is one of the most hated boss fights in Terraria. But what really makes this boss fight so frustrating? The biggest reason is obviously her projectiles. Despite being the first hard mode boss in Terraria, Queen Slime has some of the craziest projectile spam in the entire game. Without amazing movement and a giant arena, it’s nearly impossible to dodge all of her attacks. This is especially frustrating in master mode, where every single projectile does absurd amounts of damage. On top of this, her drops aren’t anything special. The only item worth fighting Queen Slime for is the Blade Staff since it’s such a useful weapon. But if you aren’t using summoner, I would really suggest ignoring queen slime entirely.

the problem with her are her summons projectiles, if you focus her there will be 10 extra slimes that spam a million different projectiles at you
Never actually got around to fighting queen slime. None of her loot ever seemed worth it

I'm always surprised when people say stuff like this.
Probably because I'm too used to Revengance/Eternity, where this kind of stuff is the baseline.
Now, I'm not saying it's not hard or annoying, just that it's not particularly unique.

Bro i like this boss she's my go to boss after defeating WOF and her patterns are so easy and predictable even at mastermode, not to mention her drops are crazy since the hook, the armor, the summon is good early hardmode

Queen slime is not my least favorite because its easy betsy is my least favorite because it takes so long to summon betsy on the final wave of the old ones army and the weapons she drops arent even useful at that point of progression

This is literally my second favorite boss fight behind the wall of flesh what
idk if thats me but this boss is really easy you just gotta keep moving in her first phase to avoid her minion's projectiles and in second phase just fly diagonally up and straight down when she stops flying

I usually just fight her for the Gelatinous Pillion and use that as my sole source of mobility until after I beat Plantera.

i build asphalt bridges to fight moon lord and occasionally mechanical bosses, so i like to farm queen slime for gel instead of killing a bunch of regular slimes. a few fights and you can build thousands of blocks worth of platform
