I Ranked Minecraft Youtuber’s Marketplace Maps

With the creation of the Minecraft marketplace, YouTubers saw an opportunity. An opportunity to put something on the marketplace, then leverage their audience to buy it and boost sales. Now, that inherently isn’t a bad thing because all YouTuber marketplace maps are perfect and worth the money, right? Well, to test that, I’m going to be playing five marketplace maps made by YouTubers and ranking them from best to worst. which maps will end up blowing me away and which maps will end up being scams. Well, the only way to find out is by playing them. So, let’s start with one I know won’t disappoint. Stampy’s Lovely World. After he ended the series, Stampy posted his lovely world on the marketplace. And in my opinion, it’s one of the most iconic worlds in Minecraft history. So, I figured it’d be a good baseline to set for the rest of the rankings. Okay, Stampy’s World. Quite a classic if you ask me. We have to start with it. This one’s going to start at number one, but I think Stampy’s World is good baseline for this video. You know, this is a like this is my childhood almost. This world may not be like the best made we see in this video, but this definitely has the most value to me personally. So, I think it’s good we start with this. I’m not going to do too much. We’re just going to look around a little bit and and remember things. What a world. You know what I’m saying? It just it just brings peace to my heart when I see this place, bro. I wasn’t around for some of this later stuff. Like, I don’t know what that is or that. I don’t you know, but this area over here is simply timeless. Okay. Oh my god. Every video he’d run through here. That was a classic, bro. Dude, Stampy was on it. He was He was the OG YouTube grinder, bro. He’d farm videos every day. unfortunately did rework the bedroom, which does make sense cuz it was like really outdated at a certain point, but I do wish it was still OG enough. Another classic video down there. It’s just it’s just an alltimer this world. It really is. Yeah, this might this probably should be number one the whole video. I mean, we’re going to put it at number one for now because it’s the only one I’ve played, but I kind of want something to beat this world. I think it’s kind of lame if I just, you know, pick this as the best YouTuber marketplace map because all the other people on this list I don’t really watch. So, there’s no going to there there’s not going to be any like nostalgia baiting anywhere else. Just this one. And uh yeah, it’s at number one for now. And now, let’s get into the real video here. Let’s see what is next up. What is the next YouTuber marketplace map I have to play? So, yeah, I didn’t spend very much time on here because I’m so familiar with this world. But for now, it takes the number one spot as we add another YouTuber to the list. Preston Plays. Out of anyone on the marketplace, Preston by far has the most content, and most of it looks pretty terrible. But I decided to be nice today and tried my very hardest to pick a map that looks the most redeemable. And I landed on Preston Plays Hide and Seek. Now, you might be wondering what makes this one so redeemable compared to the others. And it has nothing to do with the actual map itself. I’m just going to be playing hideand-seek with eight of my friends instead of playing the map by myself. So, I loaded it up, invited my friends, and checked out what Preston Plays Hideand seek has to offer. Wait, is there a button to find him? Yeah. Yeah. No, no, no. There’s like maps or something. Oh my. Chungus Junior High. We have to play that. We have to play Chungus Junior High. All right. Chungus Junior High. I’m I’m pressing to play. Hider. Seeker. Wait. All of you hit hider. Does that work? And then I’ll be seeker. Oh, this is perfect. All right, guys. Oh, wait. Do I have to hit start? I might deafen while I try to find you. We did play two other rounds after this one, but I’m not going to show them here. If you do want to watch them for some reason, they’ll be up on my second channel. But overall, I did have fun with Preston Plays Hideandsek. However, I don’t know if that’s because of the map or because I’m just playing it with a bunch of people that I really like playing games with. But either way, I think it has to go below Stampy. And it might fall down the list as we go. But for now, all that matters is that I prefer Stampy’s World over Preston Plays Hideandsek. And it might instantly move down the list even more because next up is the Hermitcraft season 9 map. I know literally nothing about Hermitcraft, but they’ve posted a few of the seasons for free on the marketplace. And so I thought right now would be a great time to check out Hermitcraft for the very first time. All right, Hermitcraft season 9 map. I’ve never watched a second of Hermitcraft, but these builds are insane. I can’t believe people just like casually build this stuff. So, I’m going to explore this in creative. This might end up being the number one. This might take over Stampy here. We’ll see. This might be number one. Yeah, but uh anyway, let’s uh let’s check this out here. Like, how do you even begin to build this, you know? I don’t even I don’t even know. Okay, this is insane. I don’t even like I could spend way longer on this, but I don’t even know if I should. They built the biggest pinball machine I have ever seen in my life. This thing goes there’s an underside. What is even the point of me learning how to build when people can do this? But yeah, I could just keep wandering around, which I will as I rank this, but Preston plays hideandsek should be ashamed of its existence looking at this. All right. This is legitimately nuts. And I don’t think I can put Stampy above this cuz this is like this is like Stampy for adults, you know? That’s such a weird way to put it. Yeah, this is insane. I think Hermitcraft map has to be number one, which uh pushes Stampy and Preston Plays down one. No one’s upset about Preston Plays, but I think it’s fair to say that this is 20 times better than Stampy. I think Stampy, you could get lost in the world just in all the builds, but like this has an extra level of detail. This is insane. But all right, we’re on Hermitcraft season 6 map, but actually there’s a Hermitcraft member who made a Minecraft marketplace map themselves on their own, and it is a hidden gem. Let’s uh let’s cut to that right now. Let me explain what we’re about to do. When you search Hermitcraft on the marketplace, three things pop up. the two Hermitcraft maps and then this Tunnel Rats by Suzuma. Now, I know nothing about Suzuma or how to say his name at all. But I also have no idea what Tunnel Rats means, but it’s such a goofy name for a map that I knew I had to check it out. And once I watched this iconic trailer for the map, I was sold. From the looks of things, Tunnel Rats is a 4v4 underground bedwars game. Both teams have to dig to the other side’s bed, gathering resources along the way to help kill the other team. And once you’ve broken the other team’s bed and killed all of them, they can no longer respawn and the game is over. So, I yet again called up the squad for a second time. This time, they’re hopefully going to play something better than Preston plays hideand-seek. They’re going to play tunnel rats. All right. Are we ready to tunnel rat? I’m so ready. I’m ready. It might have nothing to do with the map itself, but that round in particular, along with the fact that it’s called Tunnel Rats, makes it hold a special place in my heart. So, I’m going to make the controversial decision to put Tunnel Rats at number two, just above Stampy, but still below Hermitcraft. If you don’t agree with that, I get it. I get it. I’m probably going to miss half the references cuz I’ve never I know nothing about Fallen Kingdom, but I do know that it is iconic. And looking at this marketplace page, this looks like it’s going to be like an adventure map. I’ll try to play the whole thing. I don’t know. I don’t want to like spend more than an hour on this map. Oh my god. But I mean, like, I’m sure at some point it worked in history, but I can tell you for sure that it does not work anymore. All right, you heard it from me first. This this does not work anymore. It doesn’t help that this stupid bugged textures in the middle of the screen the whole time. It’s really annoying. I didn’t think I’d be saying this, but Fallen Kingdom is at number five, which ranks it as the worst marketplace map by a YouTuber that I played today. And that leaves the final rankings as number five, Fallen Kingdom. Number four, Preston Plays Hideand Seek. Number three, Stampy’s Lovely World. Number two, Tunnel Rats. And at number one is Hermitcraft. Who knew that that the hermits know how to build? I would have never known at all. I’m actually like so sad that this doesn’t work, bro. I thought this was going to be like the one. Like I put this at the end because I thought it’d be entertaining, but it doesn’t do anything. And so I guess that’s the video.
