And everything you’ve worked for, your items, your builds, even your friends are all gone in the blink of an eye. And unfortunately for me, I just spawned into the server with nothing but nine carrots to my name. What? Are you serious? You can’t be serious, dude. You actually cannot be serious. And this time I was completely out of food, meaning that I couldn’t properly heal anymore. Dude, I Oh my gosh, dude. But just when I thought that I’d completely run out of options, I spotted a player in the distance. Bro, hello. It was Theo Bald the Bird, an old friend of mine. He was by far one of the best Minecraft players that I knew, and I had no idea what he was doing near spawn. But if I could just get my wither to attack him, I could easily get out of here. I’m at 3 and 1/2. I’m at 3 and 1/2. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please help me. Wait. Please give me food. Give me food. It’s outside the door. I got it. And I had no idea what his plan was from here. Okay, hopefully that should be enough to pay the debt and the interest and should be able to get my elytra back. you okay? The two of us then voted for a couple thousand blocks, eventually ending up on a path that supposedly led to the city. Basically, this city was built to protect new players, but it’s not the best place to live. Only reason I’m still here is just so I can uh get my elytra back. Oh my gosh, this is crazy. What? He was by far the richest player on the server and probably the only one who could afford to run a city like this. I was going to turn this place into the best potion shop in all of Capital City. By selling potions, I could make more than enough money to gear up, leave the city, and then go off on my own to do whatever I wanted. But over the next few hours, I brought up an entire double chest of potions only to make one total sale. And the only other interesting thing that happened was when a bunch of players were walking down Market Street with some sort of chant. Yo, what? It was safe to say that Redun was right. Then, while we were distracted checking, one of Boopher’s goons filled a different minecart with the same items, making it seem like we had guessed wrong. It was literally this one. I I mean, if you have another eight diamonds, you can try to play again if you want. Double or not. Parrot, give me diamonds. But that’s when I realized something. If I just found where the secret hopper minecart was, I could easily scam these scammers in return. So, I started throwing out blocks until surely enough, one of them disappeared. All right. So once we got back to our house, I dropped Theo off and also moved Sky over to Capital City’s pet keeping center. And seeing that we now had everything we needed to smuggle players, Theo and I got to work. [Music] We did delivery after delivery after delivery. Anytime our Dunes was on, we’d make trips on foot. At night, we’d use Sky to secretly fly above spawn and smuggle players that way. And through all of this, Theo and I profited almost 10 stacks of diamonds, which was more than enough to leave this city. But to be honest, to me and Theo, this city was pretty much all we knew. And if we were to leave it, we would be leaving everything behind, including all the players here. And that’s when something started to change. I mean, of course, we were saving players from spawn. We were the ones giving them the opportunity to play on this server. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that in reality, Theo and I had no real impact because for every one person that we saved, another few hundred of them wouldn’t make it. And even if we did help someone get to the city, their situation wasn’t much better. That That’s what I’m saying. I’m I’m giving you a chance here. You should thank me. Over the course of the next few weeks, Theo and I still did some deliveries. But to be honest, I just didn’t really feel like smuggling players anymore. And even though me and Theo were making more money than basically anyone else in Capital City, I decided to close up our shop. In the meantime, I decided to finally explore Capital City since I never really had a chance to do that. I actually can’t live in this city any longer, man.
