This Terraria mod is titled ‘Festival Compendium’ It probably won’t release for a good while (If at all, this project is basically a break I’m taking between things). I don’t have like progression breaking plans so it should be compatible with most other mods. But I mean you shouldn’t be mixing content mods anyway.

Ring toss boomerang that does more damage when hitting the top of an enemy
Lion tamer’s chair item that lets you summon a lion. It could do big damage for the stage of the game where you get it, but it can only start an attack from the ground (either a grounded attack or a leap attack tgat can reach flying enemies that are somewhat near the ground). Not sure if that would work well mechanically but I at least thought the concept was cool
Paper fan that gusts wind and leaves at enemies, maybe give it a rare luck based projectile thats like a tornado or something
We need a toy hammer that can do antonblat
Could you add more events? Maybe even little lines before events, like bosses
Like for blood moon: "This night is getting eerie.."
I would LOVE a new event like the blood moon or solar eclipse, that doesnt buff you like enchanted moons
