Mushrooms, excepting purple and red,are all shades of brown, beige, tan, all different words for light brown

I would argue, that baige is a light brown.
Morels are brown?
Grow wheat and make and sell bread, that's brown.
If you're keeping the eel, then keep the morel. They're the same color.
Of course horseradish counts. You already said that you're not counting the leaf color.
This is a great challenge, very different. However, I would say joja cola is brown. You said the thing, not the packaging is what counts.

The horseradish is brown im sure the keaf section wouldn't of been eaten.
While the fandom wiki for stardew valley is arguably outdated compared to the now official wiki, (official wiki doesn't list brown and most of the brown items were put into orange) it does list the way items used to be labeled according to their hex codes, which does list morels on the page for "Dyeing".
it also lists several things I don't exactly agree w/, including labeling copper items being a brown and not an orange sub color, and because retaining soil goes on tilled dirt, the contents get labeled as brown, and not blue, but still it'd be something worth taking a look at if you continue or revisit this.
Smoking the fish gives it a brownish tint. Would that count?
Selling Mixed Seeds is useless, anyway, as they sell for 0G.
Also, wondering why the thumbnail showed red, when the in-game color required is brown…
Morels are definitely in the brown family. They certainly aren't green, blue or red or yellow!!
