If we're going by the rule one to one a regular wooden chest takes a planks to craft. A copper golem takes a pumpkin and one block of copper so doesn't that mean in the theory that the copper chest that also spawns with the copper golem is equivalent to 8 pieces of copper ingots while the golem just needs one and a pumpkin to be spawned you just can't spawn the copper golem by itself
