Hey, now some mod you have could change this, and I don’t know if you can even craft it yet, but to solve your inventory problems you could look into the void bag. Basically it is a piggy bank you can summon with an item without having to place it.

I dont know if this is helpful but if you are running this through Steam. the Notes feature in steam overlay is super helpful for keeping track of things you want to do. Lovin the series 🙂

Maybe allow for one potion permanently up on you for each boss you kill? Would mean you could get some of the lower tier potions just out of your inventory for more loot grabbing while making it so you can't just stock up on all of them at once.

That being said obviously you have your reasons
The takonomicon sounds like it adds compounding benefits to the octopus pet. The once per minute blast is just a pet-charging gimmick, when the pet's charged it releases an eldrich-themed screen bomb that hits enemies everywhere.
You can buy the sandstorm in a bottle from one of the shops so you can get the bundle of balloons
idk if youre interested, but the pylons from the vendors form a fast travel network that will probably save you some time. you have to do a little bit of building/NPC wrangling but its pretty minor.
Consider making Omnistations for your arena. It's an infinte use object that you can place around and it will have the affects of some useful arena stations like the campfire and heart lantern.

I feel your pain also reading the comments for suggestions that inevitably not work.
With that in mind here are some suggestions from my own playthrough that will inevitably not work when you try!
B for potions does not work with potion beg (Think it does with piggy bank though, yet to try)
Please take 5 min to go through the settings for "Quality of Terraria" mod. Some of the default setting are quite broken. (Banners work in inventory same for any buff station [they get a glow to them in inventory]) You can also tweak the total number of potions needed for Perma buff. I set mine to 99 seems slightly fairer then 30.
Not going to give any input on what you should turn on or off. I think you’re an adult who can make decisions on their own. Just saying you should check it out.
Some of your mods are also redundent as they are already covered by "Quality of Terraria"
NO more tomb stones
Shorter respawn, "Quality of Terraria" version is adjustable put mine down to 5 outside of Bose fights
There may have been some others but I do not remember.
Fianly one QOL mod recomenation would be "Colored Damage types" got compatibility with all the thrium stuff. Nice to see where your damage is coming from
RPG is a good choice for a character named melee marge

Sam, If you haven't yet, you REALLY need to play Core Keeper. It's proto-Terraria but in 3-D and it's great. Plenty of build base.
Please fight the boss summoned using the broken spatial disc, it should be easy at your stage and the thing unlocked by it is insanely cool. -Previous stars above player that thought I could just simply skip it.
Buy the pointer from the confused zombie npc. It points to a certain location that's one of my favourite things in thorium (pre-hardmode)
