This is my Joja run – a full playthrough dedicated to efficiency, profit, and complete surrender to the machine. I’ll be running Jojazon Farm, where smiles are mandatory, synergy is forever, and friendship… is optional.

Hey! I really enjoy your stuff. So much care is taken in these videos and work. If it is not too much I was hoping to make a game suggestion? Would you consider playing something like Zero Sievert? Only if it your thing of course. But I think it would be very fun to see you try and get through the game on the higher difficulty. Again thanks for the content!
Fun fact in the golden loot boxes you can actually get a auto petter to drop even if you are doing a community center route which is interesting as you can now sell animals after fastly getting them max hearts for even more money
Also I forgot to add I wish they let us use the radioactive bars to smelt the tools even higher levels as they kinda feel useless while the ore has more use as in magic bait that allows you to catch any fish any time of the day any season. Like make it where if you upgrade the watering can to radioactive and the hoe to radio active they stack and give you a 50% speed up in growing crops so anything you used the hoe to dig marked by greenish soil spots will greatly speed up crops as it's late game anyways

Back at it again with another eggscelent video. Cant get enough of your longform content. Your audio mixing has gotten very good since your last long Stardew video a year ago by the way. Im enjoying the live audio clips too, I'm familiar with the same pained groans when facing certain grinds. Any plans for modded/stardew expanded content?

Also very good on the addiction! My dad was pretty much alcoholic, now clean for over two years, so making fun of it is kinda iffy. Good on you to dedicate so much time on talking about this topic!
Love the video, One niece tip I have is to press e and open your inventory every time you use a staircase this saves over 1-2 hours in the skull cavern. Just out on down, go down the staircase, instantly press inventory open, exist and repeat. Idk why but this saved me so much time!

Great video so far, hits the same itch that the graveyard keeper video did where it was /kind-of/ a light tutorial and letsplay combined. I just wonder if the title of the video is working against you, though. Before I saw the length of the video, I thought this was going to be some weird factual deep dive, rather than the "evil power run" that this video actual is.
Either way, as with all of the videos you've dropped since graveyard (Sorry, I've watched enough pokemon runs to last a life time), this is another solid video and will join the playlist of long videos to play on my second monitor while I work
How did you get 2 luck with just a stardrop instead of 1. The monster compendium does give twice the loot you have rolled. Buglar ring monster loot rolls twice. They do stack. Is the way I understand it. While I only will use the slingshot about twice per playthru, but if your min maxing it's the way to farm iridium ore. Definitely if you don't have an iridium pick axe. The desert trader is not in the desert during the night market.
I can't even begin to imagine how long it took to script and narrate 4+ hours of commentary but it was well worth it! Your voice is really well suited to voiceovers like this I think.

I first watched this video a couple of days ago, but I wanted to take a moment to process what i wanted to say before commenting. firstly, i wanted to say that this is an incredible video, as always! your content is always incredibly relaxing, as well as entertaining and enjoyable. next, i want to give a TW for addiction and medical trauma. i was pretty unluck to get diagnosed with a chronic illness at 12, and then another at 15 meaning i was pretty regularly on opiates. my illnesses led to a liver transplant and the removal of my large intestine at 18 which meant i was put on even more painkillers. all of this culminated in an addiction to substances that felt impossible to escape. hearing you talk about your own experience not only touched something in my heart because i have also been there, but removed some of the shame i have around what i went through. i've always felt like a failure for allowing myself to get caught up in addiction, but knowing that other people have too always helps me cope with that guilt. i am now coming up to 2 months on my sobriety with many safety nets in place to ensure i wont slip back into my harmful habits, but i just wanted to thank you for talking about it so honestly. it really, really helped me and i think it is such an important topic to talk about.
I think fairies would be fine if instead of growing crops they make them all the iridium quality when they do grow. That way they don't throw off you cycle and they give more money.
Also, I noticed you used my suggestion for the solar panels on the desert map. 👍 It's super useful and efficient.
Many people think that Shane's issue is the alcohol. His true issue is not the Alcohol. He's suffering from a deep depression and the Alcohol is a self medication technique, and a self destruction technique. He doesn't and wouldn't push drinking or drugs or the like onto others. People mistakenly think he goes back to alcoholism after working to escape it. But the reality is that he goes to therapy and finds help for his real issue and then the drinking stops being a problem as he stops using it to medicate and run himself into oblivion.
Sadly too many people do not recognize the level of depression and loss he is really dealing with and how he hits a bottom and then finds a balance that actually changes things in a much different way than they think when it comes to his cut scenes so they don't recognize the difference in his drinking from the start to the end of them.
