Im happy that we have this,but now its another excuse to not get a vertical slabs😭,if they say its a vertical slab with a frame so its better imma actully crashout.

"ok but what about the fact that
1: trapdoors literally only applies to wood and iron, if you're trying to build with stone this just won't work
2: walls are way too bulky, they take up almost an entire block, and if you just want like, one singular vertical slap to do something like smooth the transition between wall and ceiling, it doesn't work at all
3: fences are the worst out of all of them, they combine all the problems of slabs, and all the problems of walls, and take pretty much none of the upsides
and just as a little bonus: 4, shelves dont really work either because again, they're *just wood*, not everyone makes things exclusively out of wood. what's the point of a "solution", when it only works 12/58 times"

I really don’t know why they won’t add it it seems such a simple block and the big thing for me is that the entire game is player choice so if people don’t want to use the vertical slab they can choose not too while the rest choose to use it if they want too so I don’t see the problem with vertical slabs
We don't really need vertical slabs plus I think that the shelves look better. Although I would like something similar for stone

They're the same width as trapdoors, so, they just added a better vertical slab replacement next to the trapdoors

it’s been 16 YEARS just give us the vertical slabs bedrock players have to use the stupid mine coins system to even get anything. Can’t even make our own skins without using free items like a broke person. There’s no way bedrock players can even find a mod for this
