My worst mistake was when mining in a cave I was getting trick shotted by a skeleton and I threw and ender pearl only to spawn an Endermite which hit me once and all my Netherite max out armour all broke at once and I was mad so I chose to slip in lava since I only had a pickaxe on me and an enderpearl on me, only to forget I'm HARDCORE
I went to the nether with full diamond gear and thought lava was beans and you can put it in a bowl so I jumped in the "beans" and I instantly regretted it
