The last time I used Spooky Doors, the mechanic only works with a unique item that doesn't have a crafting recipe. I don't understand why the mod author would have set it up that way instead of just editing how the base door works, as well it doesn't work with other modded doors. Huge missed opportunity, unless it's been updated to fix these issues.
