19:30 I can't be certain, but most likely it is because of the tick system. A very common problem in game development is knowing when something has hit something, because games only check every few milliseconds, and if you are going fast enough you can be completely through the solid object between checks. Typically ray casting is used to check if there is anything in-between, but I don't know if Minecraft doesn't use it or it fails at such high speeds or something
