weapon wise megashark, minishark, onyx blaster (just use dart weapons since mimics are easy to farm).
accessory wise terrasparks, SoC, mana flower accessories, wings without amphib boots as a pair. these 4 for boss fighting are so bad. mana regens fast so just stop spamming until empty for more dps, SoC knockback sucks for bosses, and who needs lava immunity and water walking for bosses? just use amphib boots and any wing to body every boss
but if you just want insane mobility for general exploring, I like using frog gear, amphib boots, ankh or obsid shield, balloon bundle, magi, SoC, and BoC.
Zenith, there's not much challenge left, you just destroy everything, and if I remember correctly, it can attack through walls but I haven't used it in awhile so that might not be true
Sniper scope, ive never used this zoom out and it gives less than ranger avenger and even destroyer emblem so its only worth it if you already have those 3 and no idea what next
I disagree with the rod of discord take, wanting (and farming) a very rare item that is only somewhat useful if you're too slow at dodging (which is almost never the case, the mobility by that phase of the game should be solved) is absolutely overrated. It is NOT worth farming it and the fact that people still say it is worth it is the proof it is overrated.
I've always said that ankh shield is the most useful accessory that you don't need at all. And I still stand by it. Most debuffs that can actually hurt you into dying, like stoned or broken armor or cursed (whatever tha nazar protects you from), are attained by the really uncommon enemies, and outside of that, and some of the more annoying ones, like chilled or, idk, bleeding aren't eally that much of a headache with how little duration they have. But the grind for it is just not worth it for most playthroughs. I don't see it as that useful outside of forever worlds or, like, hard challenge runs, and if that isn't the case, you can just use obsidian shield or, even better, frozen shield for much more reasonable value of just knockback immunity (and more survivability with frozen shield). So, realistically, ankh shield isn't worth it for most, it's not needed, but I do agree that it's benefits are really nice if you do endure the entire grind or get lucky

Ahnk shield is severely overrated as u only need two of the effects most of the time and one comes from the cobalt shield
