You know why recent games have exploded in players these past few months or in this year? Isnt it weird we were barely able to even reach i think 3-5 million in the previous but all of a sudden roblox’s games that have popped up outta of nowhere reaching these absurd numbers. Long story short, its bots.
Fishing it is a no different case here, its all just bots that made this game explode.
It genuinly sucks that this game is outbeating fisch. In my opinion fisch Is pumping out very content packed and fun updates and nobody seems to be acknowledging them as much because this slop copy has managed to quadruple the amount of players that fisch usually has. It just sucks seeing an actual quality game like fisch being outshined by a more shitty looking copy that just takes ideas from fisch, does it worse and yet somehow 20m+ players will come in and eat the update up like it's cereal, it's seriously frusturating.

I'm pretty sure it's the cause of fisch losing plenty of people's trusts. and hence, people go straight to jump to conclusion and start binge-playing ripoffs. as much as this sounds real stupid of me to say, it's… strangely right, and I'm disgusted about those people just judging it and saying no.
I'll be honest i AM one of those people that did lose trust in fisch. it's gotten a lot more unbearably grindy than it was earlier, with it being tolerable and fun to fish with friends to try to compete a long time ago. and the timeframe I'm talking about is when Colossal Squids were a big deal. Now, with how overwhelming everything is, it's so overwhelming that people simply cant bear it.
Think of it like a maze made out of library books, and your task is to pick the book you like. you have to travel all around the place to find the category you like, and then you have to look for such a long time to find the specific book you'd like to read.. And then you have to go back to the checkout area. Doesn't that sound like a headache? That kind of describes what the people that've stranded away from fisch see it as (in artistic terms).
simply put, with society's mental state of the moment, a huge portion of people are short-termed when it comes to patience. Fisch requires a lot of patience that people don't have enough of, on top of being too complex looking.
Sorry for all of the chatting i've said, but it's just too true to leave out. thank you for listening to my monologue. i hope it clears the fog that is the confusing state of roblox players.
