my fav duplication is to put items in a chest, save and exit, die and quickly exit game without saving, enter game, and u will see your items in ur inventory and chest ( turn auto save off )
For the last one after saving the items in the chest, when you reload the world just put them in your inventory and then die, afterwards just close out terraria without saving (make sure auto save is off) and this way you’ll get the same result and there should be no chance of corrupting files.
Is there a way to replicate equipment too? I'm playing on Classic with my girlfriend and I'd like to make Terraspark boots or other complicated weapons to craft for both of us
Can’t you save scum by: saving a character/world with the stuff you want to dupe Copy the character/world into a different folder Move the stuff to the character/world from the char/world delete the one you copied to a different folder and then put them back from the uhhh It’s 3:27am I’m going to bed
i created a new dupe method i showcased on my channel, i would appreciate the publicity, and also its pretty cool, you dont need any late game materials and you can dupe any item in stacks, sorry about my voice in the video i recorded it quiet but you can just watch without sound
