Mountains of different biomes (bedrock preferred)

I’m looking to start a long term solo hardcore world that I can make castles/ kingdoms on different mountain peaks. Preferably mountains decently close to eachother with low land surrounding all of them. Something similar to the picture. Thanks in advance
