I’m trying to craft the Enderic Infuser, but it requires 256,000 FE/T. The problem is that my World Engine only provides 250,000 FE, so I can’t reach the requirement.
Has anyone found a way to increase the FE capacity of the World Engine, or is there some trick I’m missing?

Maybe some of the upgrades increase it, but just feed it as much as you can and the recipe should work.
I assume that you need to progress with the quest to make the World Engine bigger. I haven’t come that far yet but assuming you also get inputs for create you probably also get something that increases the storage of the Engine.
Use a buffer and fill it with energy before starting the craft.
Craft Ultimate Energy Cube and connect it with World Engine using Elite Universal Cable (both from Mekanism)
Ultimate Energy Cube can hold 102,200,000 FE, more than enough for Enderic Infuser which needs only 61,440,000 FE total.
Elite Universal Cable can transfer 409.6 kFE/T, which is more than 256 kFE/T that the recipe is asking for.
There are also other options to transfer FE and to make a energy buffer.
