I searched on the Microsoft website and it shows practically all existing biomes.
The only biomes that don't have it are those released after version 1.13 and some variations of the Badlands. Like Eroded badlands and Wooded badlands. But you'll already be able to get all blocks with the existing biomes in this seed.

VERY HARD TO FIND END PORTAL, Use the x-ray bug from patch 1.13 where you place water under a block and you're able to see everything around it, try your luck or use these coordinates:
