Small problem with the age estimation, for people who look younger/older than they are might have issues cause im 15 but ive been told that i look like 17 but for another example if someones 16 and they look 11 they will only be able to talk to younger people which they might not want

Started playing roblox in 2015, on console, we only just got chat man, so why is it being taken away again basically.. There are some people that dont have their xbox account on their phones or any other device, like me in the past, so they wont be able to do the verification which is highly unfair, it just ruins it heavily for us console players man, i hope they dont go through with this, and if they do i hope they realise their mistake and revert the update, this is absolutely horrid

The achievement thing is a Google feature. I don't think its Roblox app directly

I tried to do the age estimation, the first time it said it couldn't estimate my age, tried again, it said it couldn't 'check' my age and I can't do it again so I need to use an ID.. :/

if you think about this, this is actually AWFUL. Ive been seeing posts of a moderator between an 11 yr old, and a possible pred that roblox's AI classified as 11-13 due to AI filters. The moderator cannot do anything, they are powerless.
Also we have seen how powerful SORA AI is. This is awful.
On the bright side, yes, this could potentially be helpful. I believe there should be TWO age groups, 15- and 15+
I'm not saying I dont trust people under 15, but if you are (in America, which is where I am) almost starting drivers training, you should be wise enough to not talk to preds :/
also people without a webcam or a device to do this with are fuck, and most of the time age does NOT equal your appearance, I know some people who are younger that they actually are.
the trusted connections thing is alright, but because I'm young I don't wanna talking to a bunch of kids that are total idiots, also, what is stopping people from adding signs to their games to bypass this? I see nothing

As much as I hate age verifications for obvious privacy reasons, I might do it just because I have this one friend on Roblox that I've known since 2019 or 2020 but only know him on Roblox. He is a close online friend of mine, and I already had my ID verified about 2-3 years ago on Roblox anyway 🥀

Ok so my personal opinion on this “peace deal”, as a Ukrainian:
Army cut 2.5x and some weapons given up – spooky but doable if there are 3rd party guarantees from nato, eu, us and whoever else who’s powerful enough that Ukraine is gonna be safe (so direct 3rd party involvement if an invasion happens again (obviously all of the bans on foreign troops and weapons would be lifted if Russia attacks as they would break the peace deal, but in a peaceful time it’s fine)).
Giving up Donbas – sure, Donbas will never be truly Ukrainian ever again anyways considering the fact that in the eyes of Donbas people Ukraine is the bad guy considering recent attacks on their power infrastructure, overall heated situation between Ukraine and donbas since 2014 and Russian propaganda being prevalent there.
Zelenskyy displeased – I mean, we’re not keeping him as our president anyways, we wouldn’t mind changing the president at all once the war is over, just gotta make sure Russia doesn’t plant a puppet in the heat of the moment.
But I’m curious as to what Russia would consider doing with Crimea, are they planning on giving it up too? I highly doubt it. If they are giving it up and everything else I had mentioned is met then the peace deal is actually pretty solid but if they wanna keep Crimea or there are no future safety guarantees for Ukraine the deal shall not happen imo. And obviously Russia must be forced to pay reparations.

This puts kids in danger even more by separating the good people away from the kids this will cause PDF'S to get away with kidnapping kids more and no one will know it was a cross from robloxs fault because no adult will see it happen in chat if that was the problem and this will cause probably another outbreak in roblox to happen
