I'm trying to make a device that lights or breaks a nether portal with the press of a button depending on an on/off switch, but the switch is broken. One of the repeaters stays on when it shouldn't, and I can figure out why. Hope someone can help.
P.S: 4th and 5th pictures is the switch that's broken.
