Terraria, but the entire world is actuated every night…
This might lag Terraria a little bit, but it’ll be worth it. We’re putting actuators everywhere, about 4.6 million of them across the world. Then we hook them up to a night sensor (and day sensor). Even our own blocks aren’t safe, and that creates some very cool problem solving…

That "Loot All" jumpcut was cool.
That bit about the magnetic stripes on the ocean was actually pretty interesting
😮

Also where does one submit clips?
Wand I'm so glad you list your music in the description. THANK YOU. (Also i love your content :3)
I really appreciate the dart joke at 44:22 lmaaooo
you definitely spent at least 20 minutes getting that just perfect
did you get jumpscared at 14:38
you're the best for linking every song in the description, i wish more people did that. don't know if you've ever done it, but you should add Pokémon mystery dungeon songs. those games were my childhood.
La Manchaland at 2200 hours after 30 minutes every time:
Yknow what, before I start watching, I'm gonna do some theorycrafting on how you could potentially handle this world and see how many things I get right.
Firstly… You obviously won't be able to get rid of the actuators in time for the first night. You'd need the Mechanic for that, and she only spawns after Skeletron is defeated, and Skeletron can only spawn at night (i.e. after the actuators go off). And that's assuming you're even allowing yourself to remove actuators in the first place. Maybe only for blocks you yourself have placed down? IDK. Either way, you've got bigger things to worry about.
The two obvious things you'd likely want to save would be an ocean (not strictly necessary but just so fishing is always an option) and Shimmer (again, not necessary but extremely useful). But if you're not able/allowed to remove actuators, how do you stop the liquid from just falling through the world? Any blocks you place would just get actuated, preventing them from stopping the liquid. Welll, that depends on how the world is set up. Were actuators placed on every block? Or just solid ones? Because if there's spaces without solid blocks (i.e. caves) that don't have actuators, you could place blocks there to catch the liquids. Again, neither water nor Shimmer is required, but in a challenge run of nearly any kind, they're indispensable, either being straight up required or saving massive amounts of time and effort.
Technically you could also save some lava, but it doesn't do much – Obsidian Skull is nice to have and it makes summoning Wall of Flesh easier, but you don't need to drop the doll in lava, you can just kill the Guide yourself with the doll equipped.
Other than that, it really just depends on how the world is set up. If there's spots without actuators, this really wouldn't be that hard, just a bit tedious. But we'll see.
Edit, 45 seconds in: Forgot about Life Crystals. You'd probably really want water for those since they'd be gone after the first night. So water has gone from a "nice to have" to effectively required.
Edit 2, 1 minute 5 seconds: Ah. What else should I have expected, honestly…
Edit 3, 5.5 minutes: …wait, I forgot actuators worked like that honestly. I thought it was "every block is solid, then every block is nonsolid", not "toggles every block". That's actually a kinda cool dynamic.
MORE.
This should be pretty normal after skeletron
Can't have shit in Terraria. They stole(as) his damn collision.
44:20 i appreciate this edit a lot
Terraria but I swap between the world of shadows and light
Yeah I absolutely want to see this in Hardmode, and I think the Actuation Rod should be allowed, whatever situation use it'll have.
44:20 Nice text edit here
38:40 just fell to my knees on the Walmart parking lot
At first I thought the most important thing to save would be some water. Then the water physics exploded.
Oh so I was right, the physics dying was temporary.
"You've been met with a terrible challenge, haven't you?"
Watching your videos is kind of rekindling my urge to play terraria again
wand of sparking, you know you could make a pyramid of blocks to constantly double the water dupe right?
