I feel like the pet/mount system is a little lackluster and could use some love. Introducing my concept for Stylish Steeds! So Pets and Mounts are split into two categories…
Pets:
– Pet Pack: Extra inventory for your pets
– Collar Charm: A visual charm that goes onto the collar, granting a specific buff (Ex: Bone Charm deals extra damage to undead mobs)
Mounts:
– Saddlebags: Extra inventory for mounts, even those that can’t!
– Utility: A crafting station can be attached to the saddle, such as a Crafting Table for long journeys
– Saddle Blanket: Purely cosmetic, who says llamas get to be the only stylish ones?
– Steedshoes: Grants movement speed to your mount, tiered and have durability
– Sleeping Bag: A detachable and portable bed
– Collar Charm: Same as pets, but some are exclusive to mounts (Ex: Herdmaster’s Rope, giving you full control over Pigs and Llamas)
Also: New and improved mounts, as well as some older mobs getting love
– Polar Bear: Tameable with Cod as a baby
– Hoglin: Tameable with Crimson Fungus as a baby
– Pigs: Fully Tameable with Beetroots
– Water Buffalo New
– Takin New
– Ostrich New
