So, you spawn in front of a desert temple and a ruined portal, the temple with an enchanted golden apple in its chest. That is not all though. Travel to the coords 6281, 114, 995 and you will find a deep dark with sculk veins as high up as Y=114! That is a full 52 blocks above sea level! I believe this is quite rare, as it requires a very high mountain biome for a deep dark to generate so high.
