Does anybody know exactly what this "device" does?
In my normal play through I opened the Malum guide book and started scrolling towards the bottom of it and stumbled across an entry for this block. the entry itself didn't have any description for it and once i left the entry a sound played and the entry disappeared. Just to check the item out I went into a testing world and right clicking the block just makes the same sound.
