so me and my friends made a custom modpack and we included the reskillable mod to limit our progress and draw out the server for as long as possible. The issue though is that after adding a bunch of our mod ID's, it doesn't seem to work? There aren't any level restrictions for any item in the game now. I attached the top and bottom of the config file to see if maybe i screwed something up when typing it in? i literally have no clue as to why it doesn't register the config at all. any help would be awesome!
