Is there a mod that makes the Minecraft title screen texture bigger?

Its suppose to say "WINTER" under the "FOREVER" part.

I'm trying to make a modpack in Forge 1.20.1 with a resource pack that changes "MINECRAFT" in the title screen with a custom one with bottom text but the texture is not big enough to show the bottom text.

I have been searching for a mod to fix my issue and I've found this one in Modrinth but its for Fabric only. is there a Forge fork for it or a similar mod for Forge.
