How to delete the Ocean in 1 second using a Copper Coin
42 Comments
I remember managing to put torches in lava in a much earlier version of terraria (back when picks couldn't mine glass) and it was very useful for disarming my obsidian grinder so I didn't have huge tanks of lava over my base. I could wire the lava and water deleters to open and close when I had enough obsidian, and I could dupe the tanks back to full using wires and pumps.
does this work irl ?
holy shit ;D
now everyone who saw this video knows how to delete their friends ocean (dont do it, be nice)
This would genuinely be so huge for draining lava in hell ngl
someone drain the abyss
Will lava delete in water if you place a stack of 2 copper coins? Since the obsidian wants to form on the lava and not the water
in the same way you can remove large piles of silt or otherwise using an extractinator.
That lava must be real thirsty
This often happens naturally with chests, especially in the underground jungle. Paint the sky to water in tEdit and it will have a high chance to evaporate on loading the world due to this.
You have just done irreparable damage to any terraria world I am invited to now.
never do this in the abyss, worst mistake of my life
Ok, now do this in the abyss
Amidias selling the entirely of the ocean for one cooper coin
now is there a way to refill the ocean just as quickly?
A man with a dream.
Andy, where did the ocean go?
imagine trolling the whole multiplayer server by deleting all oceans
(and maybe shimmer too)
0:11 very original, it was probably unintended
This will be great for when I want to drain the entire ocean
la la la lava fa fa fa fishing, Terrian's lava fishing oh yeah
Interesting to say the least.
Where is the shrimp video
I love lava fishing
extremely thirsty lava tile
The lava block be like the man drinking the ocean meme
Do you know how much greifing you just unleashed upon the world
2:19 Why did that sound like "they all make babies with lava"?🥀
Nobody tell Andy
2:37 Also I'd highly recommend bringing a bed with you to save your locations
ooooh didn't know this worked with coins, the method I usually use is a chest with something in it, same mechanic but a lil more annoying to set up
Do you guys remember that video Wand of Sparking did where they filled every air space in the world, above and below ground, with lava? Well I did that as well and just finished the game about 2 weeks ago. I don't think I would have used this glitch to get rid of all the lava but man, I would have loved to have known about it back then lmao.
This also works with chests
😀
The soviets did this.
But can you drain all of hell if the lava pools are connected?
This is a more compact version of the previous draining method people used.
You’d just fill a couple of chests with an item each, and place some liquid on them and boom.
Wait, doesn't everyone go lava fishing? How would you defeat bosses without superheated blood?
I did this, but using chests with 1 dirt block in them so they become unbreakable. I had no clue copper coins also worked.
my buddy about to wonder where the hell is hell 😭🙏
Bad day to be the Abyss
This happens naturally quite frequently. I would know because I've lost many good spots for underground fishing to one random minecart track
I've seen it happen a few times, but I never paid much attention to how it intricately works.
