  1. 7th dimension is you go to the nether in the end but is only accessable in commands and if you go to the nether, you go to the overworld and you can't break, interact, but you can place blocks. If you leave the world and join back, all things you place will disappear and you get teleported back in the end.

  2. There also is a different way to get an Overworld to End Ghost Dimension as well as a different End to Overworld one and Nether to End one. All it took was playing the game in a particular version, using the OptiFine plugin, and while in the dimension you want to make a ghost, quickly enter the portal of the target dimension. This was showcased in a video by TheRealSquiddo (not an advertisement) where they also checked out two other types of worlds that were broken from strange generation; one of them went to height limit and was layered, and the other was basically 2D with everything to one side within 3D space not on the 2D plane being water and the other being void.
